The guy does the good work. Fairly priced. It's not a place which will welcome you with sweet words but rob your wallet, so be prepared for that.The guy replaced one tire in about 10 minutes with balancing.The owner can be more polite with customers.

Very unprofessional left my car rims bent after installing tires and expected to be paid for another job that they initially messed up. I only went for tires now my car needs 4 struts control arms and tie rods. This is the first and last time I deal with them. Plus they left my car dirty which I had to obviously clean myself. Very unprofessional then I call and he s yelling in the phone. This is not how you run a business. This place needs to get knocked down @fox8news @nhP. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED

Extremely unprofessional. I called for a price and to see if they have a size of a ride I need. The man who answered the phone barely spoke English and made everything I said out to be a joke and told me bye and hung up in my face as I asked to speak to someone else. Then when I called back and asked for a manager he put me on hold and acted like a different person. Then someone else got on and said that the man I just spoke to was the manager. I tried giving this place business and they lost it. Maybe when they take customers more seriously and get their act together I will go there again. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. If I can trust them to talk on the phone why would I trust them with my car. Goodluck in the future !!

Owner was VERYYY RUDE customer service is non existent!!! I just tried to ask him a question and he barked at me ! I would give them 0 starts if I could.. I went there before with a friend A coupe years back and he was rude as well!! I just had a flat and it was around the corner from my house And the one i usually go to (ferry tire center *loveeee them*) were closed !! They will never EVER GET MY SERVICE !! Idc if they re the last tire shop on earth!!

If you are not Hispanic do not go there!!! He openly refuse to change my tire bcuz i didn't want to pay $5 for him telling me why i needed a tire repair. I know why i needed the tire repaired and asked him to do it. He said he has to see. He then confirmed what i said then told me its a $5 charge. I asked if i get it repaired now will the $5 be in addition to the charge he replied "Yes" even if i get the work completed now. A Puerto Rican at the shop getting a repair said that "BS" bcuz he didn't know he had a crack in his rim he thought it was a slow leak and the owner didn't charge him to see why. After that the owner replied but you're family you got the family deal. Guest replied this is my 1st time here i dont know you. He then told me to go to Star tire in West Haven they will take care of me. He then said he will bot return after he seen this guy try to get over on me. Imagine how many other Black and White people he has did this too.

I will never go there again bad fking attitude (owner) to expensive charges u 5 dollars extra just to see the tire that's wrong. I found a cheaper place to go too very friendly place 10 minutes away from him cheaper....

These guys are great. A cash only shop. I went in late with a challenging non standard rim. They found a tire to match and had me out in 20 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

I pulled in unannounced with a flat and Eladio stopped what he was doing, put a plug in it, inflated it, ordered me a new tire and replaced it the next morning. Great job

Came for back brake pads/rotors install ($80)1hr after, right back wheel makes screeching noises.Came back, metal piece was installed improperly & got stuck.Eventually agrees to take wheel off and remove metalApril 2017Come back for front pads install ($50)1hr after, right side starts making grinding noisesCame back, owner "that's normal man don't worry about it"Go to two other shops.Shop#1 no lube ($10 inspection charge)Shop#2 no lube ($20 inspection charge )Brought evidence to Suero, denies fault.

I just called to see how much the tires were for my car and the guy asked the size of the tires. I told him I didnt know but, told him the make and model of my car so he would have an idea. He rudely kept saying I need the sizes of the tires and hung up the phone. He will NEVER get my business even if he was the last tire place in the world !!!!!

It's $125 for 1 tire brand new from this place I payed 50 each you do the math and they put them on for me great place to go!!!!
