Top tier!! I called Thursday am and spoke to Ramon about having my windshield replaced. He quoted me a great price and explained the process (they can come to you in good weather) or I can drop it off. By the afternoon I had an appointment for the next day! Dropped my car off and it was done in 2hrs! Very pleasant and professional. I also left some valuables in my car that went untouched! I highly recommend them, they re family owned and offer the same service as the big brand, can t go wrong.

Exceptional service and prices. Called in for a quote and was promptly returned a call within the hour with an exact quote and timeline. Planned to have work done the day, but was notified immediately as soon as they knew of the delay in glass shipment. When they came for the mobile repair, they helped fixed another issue with the car at no charge. Kept me informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for auto glass repair.

I had an annoying leak from the inside rear cab window of my Ford pickup. Ramon knew right away what the problem was and was able to remove the glass, clean out all the dirt and debris that was causing it to separate from the original factory seal (which was letting water in) and re-set it in new sealant that formed a water-tight bond on the perimeter of the glass. The work was professionally done in a timely manner. This is a guy you DEFINITELY want to know. I highly recommend him and wouldn t hesitate to use his business again.

Great little family owned shop located in New Haven. I called to get a quote to have my front windshield in my car replaced and Ramon was able to order the glass and get me in the next day. Very friendly service and they take pride in the quality of workmanship. Price was reasonable and also lower than Safelite. Arrived during the later part of the day; person was finishing up with someone else and when that was done proceeded to work on my vehicle. Did a few extras I had asked about then t9ok the cracked windshield out. Found it wasn't nearly as bad as thought. Was able to grind rusted area at the lip, put the new windshield in and send me on my way. Really nice people working there.

Highly recommend this family business!!! They came same day to my house when other companies would have taken several days. They had my glass in stock, showed up promptly, and took care of everything in under an hour without me worrying. Everything was so professional, from the repair to seamless billing with my insurance company. They even found mistakes that the previous glass company made and fixed that for me too. They were one of the businesses that was connected to Geico and it was seriously the smoothest process I could imagine. Geico sent a work order to them after we submitted the claim, and we were worried about needing OEM glass (it ended up this was covered for our type of car/plan), and recalibration (initially thought it was not included so we'd have to go to the dealer), but they did all of that at no out of cost expense to us. They came to our house within 2 days and it was quick. Friendly and easy to work with, they called US which was such a nice surprise where many other shops didn't answer or call us back. It was phenomenal. I dropped the car off at 3 pm. and done it by 3:40. It was great. Had to order the part for the car, which is 2002, and it took a week. It was great. The price was great.

Great service. They managed to replace my windshield with oem glass much faster than would otherwise have been possible by making numerous calls to the manufacturer. They came out the very next day. Replaced my windshield perfectly, the technician was very nice and was very professional. He even took the time to fix a piece of trim on the windshield that was installed improperly years ago by a body shop.
