I've bought several used cars over the past 10 years and working with Juan at Primetime Auto was by far the nicest and easiest experience I've ever had.I asked for a maintenance inspection and for the car vehicle history before I arrived, and he emailed them to me without a fuss.The car was in impeccable condition when I arrived for a test drive, and exactly as described, if not better! We negotiated a slight discount for condition of the tires. Juan said he would complete items on the maintenance report and register the car as quickly as possible. I put down a deposit and he turned it all around within a day.If a second key turns up, I would add a sixth star to this rating.The greatest thing about my car buying experience was that I don't know anything about Juan...he didn't ramble on about his life (like so many other salesmen), or talk over the test drive to prevent me from listening to the car. He was straight up professional and let the car speak for itself. I love this car!If you see a car for sale in his website that you like, then call him. You won't be disappointed. A+ dealer

Juan is simply amazing, I knew what I wanted and he came through and made it happen. If you want a great car with a no hassle experience, go here!!! I can t thank him enough for everything!!! Such a quick and smooth process!

Never bought from this place, but I definitely never plan to! Place looks run down, the cars look like they re about to fall apart. Don t know how the hell this place has a 4 star rating, the guy who runs this place definitely creates gmail accounts and leaves fake reviews. I mean, whatever keeps your self esteem up. Good luck to anybody who works here, you sure need it!

I do NOT recommend doing business with Primetime Auto Sales. By far the most unprofessional team I ve came across in all my years. Car overheated on the way home, when I brought up the issue to Juanito he acted like nothing was wrong, said he was here to help. We finally made an agreement to pay for any parts and service for repairs needed. He did pay for the parts, but left me stuck with a $994 bill. I am considering legal action to be taken, most incompetent car salesman I have ever came across. Do not trust this scammer!

I definitely would not recommend buying a used car from this dealership. So many problems with the car that I bought from them that they did not mention and when I asked them about it they tried to lie and say they gave me a deal. The car literally fell apart. Can t trust them. Would not do business with them. It cost me over $3k to repair the car and the only reason why I repaired it because they wouldn t let me bring it back and I have to work. I m not sure what to expect next. I can promise you, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

Bought a bmw from him in cash the car nearly blew up on the way home. Offered my money back and told me to find someone to fix it. The car is unfixable and when he found that out he refused to give me my money back. Finally I m taking him to court and now he s running from the Marshall that s trying to serve him. Deff a scammer. Don t do any business with this guy. UPDATE for everyone else getting screwed over. I sued this man / business in small claims in June 2022 and won against him for my full amount back. After arguing with him for months and him telling me I was wrong. Then he posted the car I sued him for back up and sold it. Stay away from this guy.

I bought a truck from here less than 6months ago I've had it in their garage to fix the repair they originally did after my gas tank fell ,then I just spent another $1000 for fuel lines to be installed after they worked on the lines just before I bought it and now my cross members are rotted away and they don't want any part of it so now I've spent $9,000 on a truck I can't drive safely this place should be shut down for good

This place is very unprofessional i had THREE APPOINTMENTS with the guy who does tints and he told me he forgot . First appointment was at 7:30pm and then he moved it to 9pm and then i had an appointment this morning at 8am and waited til 8:30 and he never showed up. Didn t answer a single text or call i sent him. Waist of my damn time and gas.

Terrible I drove a long way to be left there while he took a trip to DMV the service is really not good. I was planning on leaving with a car from there because I was really interested but he never showed back up so I left.

Would be zero if I could. Multiple issues with a vehicle from here needing costly repairs right after purchase. Look elsewhere.

The worst customer service had me waiting for 1 month to register my vehicle sold me a car with no lights inside and I also had to invest 3 grand more on the vehicle breaking down in 3 months of having it no one answers the phone as well this is so unprofessional this place should me closed down for scam
