I had such a bad experience here with the man who changed my battery named Lucky. He was extremely rude and condescending. He looked at me and talked to me like I was stupid and also mumbled when he spoke. Made me so uncomfortable I never want to go to another O'Reilly again.

Every time I go to O'Reilly the experience is excellent. Today I worked with Rupert at the New Haven location, super nice guy let me borrow tools helped me out sold me exactly what I needed. If any managers are looking at this, this guy is awesome. Excellent customer service very nice I have nothing but good things to say about this place and it is my go-to auto parts store over all the ones in the area. Keep doing what you do

I ve went to my mechanic to get work done, and this is the second time I ve just been wasting hours of my time waiting for a quick job to get done because the delivery drivers associate with this store are taking forever to deliver parts.

I only shop here because the other two places I use to deal with was too unprofessional for me. They did not care or offer help when needed.

I tried calling two times today and Lucky hung up in my face twice when I went into the store he was super rude and unprofessional definitely should not be working for a company like this

Awful customer service. Ordered a new battery, and it was just handed to me instead of it being installed. The girl whined about being unable to carry it when I offered to bring my car closer to installation. A guy brought the battery to my car and couldn't be bothered. Wouldn't take the old battery I was charged for and had to go somewhere else. O'Reilly's is hot garbage. Go to Autozone on Orchard st instead. It's ghetto but at least they do what they advertise there.

Actually great prices and deals comparable to Advanced Auto. I can say staff is much more knowledgeable than the competition and service is much faster as well. Both lack motorcycle supplies as that's all I shop for yet again at least O'Reilly staff will take the time to help figure out a project as well as give a few pointers. My only gripes will be lack of size compared to nearest competition.

Nothing crazy guys there think that giving a small discount will come out of there pocket..and dont baddler in having a comercial account if you will not get any discount on the prices..

I went to buy the windshield wipers and they ended up breaking the protector and they didn't solve anything for me. Very bad attention. I would never go back. I don't recommend anyone to go buy anything.

If you are looking for any part for your vehicle they must definitely will have it. I needed a speed sensor for my transmission that no one had and they did and at a reasonable price.

I was looking forward to working here. Unfortunately at the time my life was a little hectic. I still stop by when I need to buy any car needs and o'Reilly definitely has got the customer service under control everytime. From being greated at the door to being taken care of and acknowledged. Kudos. I definitely see this company's growth in this not so certain future.

I have the best experience in O'Reilly's or the workers that were there today James Angie all the others that were working today were very very nice they helped me find my parts they help me do a lot of stuff and I give them more than five stars my name is Nick

I have an account with these people and I recently needed a alternator I have always paid over the phone and sent the mechanic to pick the part up this new assistant manager refuse to take my money over the phone I had to leave my job and go down there pay for the part with the mechanic which was a huge inconvenience he needs to know how to exercise professional courtesy business to business we are right up the street from him I've always been extended this courtesy and he inconvenienced me greatly

The guy from behind the counter was a pest and I did not purchase the tools I went to look at because he was a hinderence.When I did need him he was too busy on the phone bending a customer's ear with stories but did make a 911 announcement for help twice to ring up my whopping $1.49Worth of caliper grease.

Simply amazing. Staff is super helpful, friendly, happy to help. Such a great place. I came here from Autozone, after being fed up with their awful customer service. I figured they're right down the street so might as well give them a try, and it was totally worth it. I am never going back to AutoZone

Very good customer service great variety of tools and accessories for automotive in home store is laid out in a easy way to find what you're looking for so he's been helped right away in the first couple of minutes

They always have parts other places fail to find. Are workers are far more knowledgeable then other chain auto stores.

O'Reilly's SAVED MY BEHIND!!! Went down to O'Reilly's on whalley ave and bought an axel output shaft seal and those fellas provided great customer service and actually had the correct part. Which it seemed like no other auto parts store had it available nor correct.

We had our car towed here by Lakeville Towing ,after calling them to verify they had the part for out car we needed because we were traveling from mass to south carolina, we got there the part was incorrect, however they were very helpful they lent me a jack and a few tools I didn't have with me , the correct part was found the following day and the asst store manager Rhandy Blanco was very helpful in removing and swapping parts over from the old axle shaft to the new one, he was polite and patient and also lent me anything I needed knowing I was from it off town. They made the cold morning a little easier by letting me work inside for a bit and warming up whenever I needed to. The District mgr Aimee Meek was there observing him and now i know why she was considering him for a store mgr. These people could have easily just turned there heads after the sale but they went above and beyond to help me back on the road. If ur looking for a oreillys that cares drive the extra distance to this one. U will get good service .

This auto store - is new To Whalley Ave - advance auto closed down there Whalley ave location - there is a Autozone on same block as this Auto store - They open early which I like -I usually go to Autozone in The stop in shop plaza for my auto needs - I was asked did I want to sign up for there rewards or whatever - but being my first time I said I didn't plan to return not because of service but I don't need auto stuff that often just stuff to clean my car - I was only there today July 3rd because family dollar wanted to much for wd 40. - and they are directly across street - Soon as I came in store I was help by Damion assisting manager - he took me straight to what I ask for but went beyond - I was looking for something to protect my daughter car from rust and get rust off- It was a better product on sale which he explain and Thanks to him taking the time - The product worked and I saved money and I have enough product for future use if needed - I know this is long - but I was never gonna shop at this auto store from the sign looks expensive and overpriced- but to my surprise it wasn't and because of Damion and his customer service - I will definitely shop at this location again- nothing stays at that spot so I hope they don't close down - if I have any auto needs I'll def consider returning and I will sign up The next time - Thanks Again Damion hope I spell name correct and I love the uniform shirts - so professional and clean .

Great place, great staff. A pleasure to buy my car items here and usually have what I need in stock where other auto stores require items to be ordered.
