The service department here is fantastic. The service advisor, Will was extremely honest regarding the kind of new tires I should get for my bike and instead of selling me the most expensive ones on the market. He recommended the ones that would be best for the kind of riding that I do. I dropped off my bike in the morning and it was ready to be picked up before the end of the day (even though the estimate was for a few days). Can't beat that kind of turnaround time. I will definitely have all of my service done here in the future.

Stopped into New Haven Powersports this afternoon to check out their inventory of scooters. I was helped by Dan and Jodi and ended up financing a rugby scooter for an extremely fair terms, which was a great help. Both of them made the process of finalizing everything seamless and I was literally in and out in under a half an hour. Very impressed with the level of decorum and customer service. I will definitely be a long time customer here.

I ve been here before and had a great experience. However I walked in yesterday with a wheel and a tire and asked if they could mount it for me. The guy behind the service counter asked what bike it came off of and I said it was from a Honda GL1200. He simply shook his head and told me to take it to Libby s and that they don t work on off brand stuff. I asked since when was Honda considered off brand and he simply said it was because they didn t sell Hondas. Maybe this is a new policy because they ve changed tires for my VTX in the past. It s not like I was asking them to work on a Honda engine. And let s be real, it s the same to mount a tire on a rim whether it s a Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, or a Ducati. I m happy to take my business to Libby s if New Haven Powersports doesn t want it. Libby s was more than happy to take my cash.

Great place, great inventory, great people. Came from NYC to buy a used motorcycle here, in and out in a few minutes with a very nice bike. Very nice place to do business. I do recommend this place ifyou re in the market for a motorcycle this season

As an out of state purchaser of a 2022 Piaggio Liberty Dan (Sales Mgr) took incredible care of me. He walked me through the entire process painlessly and professionally. He answered my myriad of questions patiently and even helped me arrange shipping to NC. To top it all off he also gave me a great deal. I will not hesitate to call upon Dan and New Haven Powersports again when it comes time to upgrade. Fantastic job by all.

I was there for some parts and maintenance stuff, everything you need is there. They have large selection of motorcycles and motorcycle gear as well. Professional people and friendly service. Definitely recommended place if you need anything related to motorcycles.

Hi Just purchased a used BMW R1200RS at NH Powersports- Dan and his team made the process straight forward and easy which was important as I was travelling from Massachusetts to get the bike. The pricing of the bike was great and the description and quality of the bike matched. More than happy with my purchase and with the whole experience at New Haven Powersports- I would definitely recommend them - Maybe next time I will pick up a new Ducati!!

I wish I could give more stars!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - I rarely review, but New Haven Powersports is the place to purchase and service your motorcycle. I purchased my Ducati streetfighter v2 here. Dan at the front office is extremely professional, and Will from the service department is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I look forward to doing more business with them, I wouldn t go anywhere else (and neither should you!!).

Transaction of buying a new vespa could not have been easier dan The salesman made everything go smooth as possible. Everybody at the dealer was super nice .and their selection is outstanding, Great place for ducati's also.

I am writing this review inside the dealership: I came to the area from out of state, had a great time and then when looking to leave I found a nail In my rear tire. The ride home was 2 hours. I called Powwrsports near closing and they immediately took me in and changed out my tire; Couldn't be more thankful. Excellent service and personable staff.

Nothing but fantastic things to say about this shop. I traveled 3 hours to pick up my new Z900rs se with a torn achilles and two children in the car. Dan was fantastic, had the bike parked right by the door, and paperwork ready to go. His team even wheeled the bike out for me and secured it on my trailer. Blown away by how helpful his team was and the level of organization. Bike is stellar is also!

Great place. Knowledgeable people. Good inventory. Bought my Vespa at NHPS and have had it serviced there regularly, mostly just oil changes. 10 years in, still going strong. This year I needed a little transmission work, and the price was reasonable. Work is done to a high standard, and all the replaced parts were in the seat bucket. My scoot is running like brand new. Thank you.

I bought my Motorcycle from them and extremely disappointed with their service department. I have faxed paperwork to them and called to get my bike fixed for months and yet, no call back. When I call they say they are to busy. Not very friendly. I recommend you do your research before buying a bike here. I m right now making my move and Purchasing a watercraft, but won t be from them. As for my bike, took it to a more local area and they were very professional and true to their word when they said; they will be calling back. My Bike is currently in the process of being fixed.

I made an appointment to have my bike serviced because it was not starting. Spoke at length to the technician about the details of the bike, we agreed on the soonest possible date (about a month out.) I called them before I was going to bring my bike up and the service tech said he had no recollection of me and I wasn t on the schedule. My appointment was a few days away and when we spoke previously he told me I can bring my bike up whenever it s convenient from me. I took notes during the conversation.Then he tells me he s got 92 bikes that need service and that he can t get me in when I made an appointment over a month ago. Sloppy and unprofessional business practice. He wouldn t even accept fault that he messed up and wasn t even willing to negotiate a time to fit me in despite his error.I ll tell everyone I know never to come here. I m totally blown away by the lack of professionalism. I never even leave reviews but this experience really did it for me. Waiting all this time to get my bike fixed and being excited that I can finally ride again and then I have to deal with this.

It's definitely one of the best motorcycle dealers in Connecticut. Very knowledgeable and polite. If you're serious about buying a motorcycle, ask for Dan. He's the man to deal with

Dealt with Dan Landan at New Have Powersports. I purchased a 2022 Piaggio Liberty remotely online while here on Long Island. Dan was on point. We exchanged information and paperwork, and he responded to my questions and concerns all via email. Pointed me in the right direction to set up shipping. Arrived in perfect condition and runs like a top. It was a seamless transaction. He's a gentleman. Would definitely recommend this establishment. Thanks again.

Extremely friendly, family run, and a pleasure to work with.They got me a great rate on my bike, persevered with me through the process of actually deciding which bike to buy, and didn't pressure me at any point.Helpful, friendly service dept too.Can't wait to go back to buy bike #4 from them.

Thank you to Dan.L at New Haven Power-sports! This is my first experience with this dealer and Dan was exceptional. I was interested for the new Kawasaki 636 and been communicating with dan via email/phone. Great communication, very professional, and engaged to help me get the bike I wanted. Dan told me the bike I wanted wasn t in stock and was able to get it to the dealer less then a week! Very quick turn around! Overall I highly recommend this dealership! Inside was beautifully displayed and clean, and all the staff would say hello even if they were on the phone or interacting with another customer. I will be back soon to get my sons bike (ssr70)! Thank you Dan and New Haven Power-sports team!

Was interested in checking out this place after reading positive reviews and recently seeing a specific bike that caught my eye on their website. Greeted by two beautiful and incredibly kind golden retriever dogs. There were two staff members on their desks and didn t even look away from their computers for a second to say hi until we approached the desk.I m a retail store manager and I am overly familiar with providing excellent customer service and how you want people to feel welcome when they come into your store. Definitely did not feel welcome here which was so disappointing after reading how great the staff was.

Bought my first bike here, great experience. You are greated by one or two Golden's. It was nice to walk around and look and not be hassled. Buying was super easy and they were very accommodating with delivery. Would absolutely recommend.

These guys alway take care of my Panigale, not only are they experts in their field but they always provide great customer service and they keep my bike running top notch. If you're looking for a good shop that does good work with genuinely good people, this is the place. Thank you for amazing work on my bike guys and a great customer service experience !

Called about Vespa I asked him 3 times to tell me about it. It was my first Vespa purchase. He automatically assumed because of my out of state cell number I was not from CT. He acted like I was not serious enough to purchase. I m here 3 months for work! I had been looking for that color.The price was/ is listed $3990 out the door $4995. The dealer charges $1000 OVER asking price!!Seriously just advertise the price! The guy was a total jerk on the phone! Toooo bad they had the color I wanted! Treat me with helpful customer service, if you want my money! So disappointed!

The best buying experience of any motorcycle. Dan is terrific to work with and is extremely knowledgable. Negotiations were great and the whole experience wonderful. Dan took me through the facility and answered all questions. Upon delivery today he, again showed me how to work all aspects of the bike. The owner, Dave was extremely pleasant and gave me a terrific deal as well. There is a great "vibe" in the place. Go there and check out the shop. You will not be disappointed.

Bought a brand new motorcycle from New Haven Powersports about 5 years ago. I give that experience a 5 star review. Salesman was great and even test rode a different bike (different color but same bike) before buying the one I ended up with. Felt like I got a good deal and was very pleased with my purchase. About 4 years into my ownership I decided to replace the stock windshield with an aftermarket one simply because I wanted a bigger one. In removing the old windshield I noticed 2 missing bolts and nuts. They are normally concealed by 2 plastic plates on each side (why they weren't noticed as missing until I replaced the windshield) that fastens over them by another 4 bolts that hold the plates and the windshield together. So 6 bolts hold it all together (I researched to double check that's the case) but 2 were missing. The design of the plates would of prevented their escape even if they came loose on their own. What does this mean? It means that the tech at New Haven Powersports did not install them when putting the windshield on during final assembly since they receive the new bike in a crate all packed up. Now 4 were holding it on and I'm sure that's enough to hold it fine under most conditions. However it was designed for 6 bolts, and I'm thinking a shortcut was taken. It makes me wonder what other shortcuts were taken on my bike. I called their service/parts department and they wouldn't make good on the problem and I had to pay for the parts and shipping. For less than 10 dollars (cost of the bolts and nuts) they could of made this customer at least minimally satisfied. 5 stars for the buying experience. -1 star for customer service. -1 star for missing parts on a brand new bike in which shortcuts may have been taken. I won't be back as good customer service is the most important thing I look for in any business even over a good price. Some might think this is just nitpicking over something small but to me it's the principle of the thing. Regardless it wouldn't of been any trouble for them to just send the parts since the cost was very minimal. Still my initial buying experience including the test ride was excellent for what it's worth. Also still love the bike too, as it's been a great machine to own.

Purchased a bike left there on consignment. The bike is great, and I love it! More importantly, you'd never know that I wasn't buying a fleet of Ducatis. Everyone, Chris, Jodi, and Dan were all very friendly and extremely helpful. They let me store my bike there so that I could take the new one home and enjoy it for the weekend. They had all the paperwork set and ready to go during a very busy Saturday and had me out the door in very short order. I will look here first when buying my next bike.Great people who made a good thing (buying a motorcycle) even better. Thanks guys!
