Avoid seller!!! Agreed to purchase a rollback truck last night. Had extensive conversation via Facebook marketplace and phone call. Seller agreed to price next morning extensive communication notifying the seller that I was on the way 12 hours away also after sending him photos of cashiers check. He sent me multiple texts telling me everything was all good. Five hours into my drive. He contacts me and tells me one of his workers sold the truck I was coming for and conveniently tried to sell me some other truck he had. by far the biggest scam I've ever dealt with through Facebook marketplace.

Scraped the bottom of the car on a parking curb and it tore the engine splash shield, they were super helpful and quick to look at the car even though we came at the end of the day, they took the splash shield off for free and gave us advice on replacing it. I don t live in the area but would come back again if I did!

Was in a panic today when I left the house and noticed a flat tire. This place was recommended to me. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and asked what they could do to help. They took my car right in and repaired the valve that was leaking. The shop was clean and I sat on the couch and waited inside. So fortunate to have found this place. I pulled in with a flat tire after closing time... the techs who were there immediately took care of my issue and even had the tire I needed in stock. They balanced and filled my tires and sent me on my way in about 25 minutes. I am so grateful! Thank you to Sajj and to the others.Service: TiresService: Tires

Easy to work with, I have bought cars off them and used them to get rid of older junk cars. 0 complaints. Keep you updated with everything. Super friendly. I d recommend them to anyone I know

Fast, professional and fairly priced repairs. Accommodating pickup times outside of the norm(July 4th)!!! Friendly and not pushy about other repairs. I had a great experience. Thanks guys!

If you want someone to break an essential safety mechanism in your car while performing unrelated service and then try to charge you hundreds of dollars to fix it, then this is the place for you!Brought my car in for simple service - oil change and battery swap. Their initial price seemed reasonable. They called me later and said "we really think your brakes are worn out and unsafe". The brakes were working perfectly fine at this time, but hey, I'm not going to argue with that. Please fix!They performed the service same day really quick - great! But when I get the car and start driving home I notice that the brakes are really not working right - when I drove the car that morning the brakes were perfectly fine, but coming home from the shop the brakes require me to almost floor them to catch at all. I think maybe it's just the new brakes need some wear-in time, so I wait two weeks to see if it gets better. Nope. Bring it back in, and they're happy to look at the car for free. Swear up and down that the car is "perfectly safe, perfectly fine, nothing wrong" until I insist that they actually drive it - oh sure enough now the brake booster is "totally busted" and needs to be replaced for hundreds of dollars. Excuse me? I brought my car in for an oil change, walked out with hundreds of dollars of "brake service because they're unsafe", and now you're trying to charge me another several hundred dollars to fix brakes that are now actually unsafe?Thanks for nothing, will be taking my car to an actual reliable shop to fix their mistake.

Excellent service at fair prices, get your vehicle fixed right the first time. Been going to Dynamic for the past year and have been satisfied every time. Had to have my car for work tomorrow and these guys worked hard to make sure my car was ready and fixed correctly. No more trying to find a mechanic, this is where i will bring my vehicles every time.

I'm always very skeptical when it comes to taking my car anywhere because most mechanics will overcharge you for their own benefit, or not give you quality service. Dynamic auto, however, was recommended to me by my aunt (who's judgment I trust) so I decided to give them a shot and I was not disappointed! I initially went in because I was experiencing steering wheel vibrations and the owner let me know of all the things causing this problem. After taking care of the problem he mentioned, I have absolutely no more vibrations in my steering! While I was there he also pointed out a few other issues with my car that should be taken care of as well as they would become larger issues. Although he pointed out these issues, there was no pressure to take care of those things right away. I appreciated his honesty and concern in the matter. I have since been back for a brake service and an oil change and I have been completely satisfied every time I use this garage. I was even more impressed when I saw the owner and his son (who also works at the shop) on the news for holding up a drunk driver that had just run over a woman. That combined with every interaction I've had with the mechanics at the shop shows me that these are decent people that are looking out for everyone's best interest. Very rare to find when it comes to garages these days, so I certainly recommend! I will be coming back here for every service that my car needs!

Do yourself a favor don't visit this place. Will quote you a lower price and when you're car inside their working area. He is going to jack up the price. He told me $100 to put on the crankshaft position center sensor which I agreed with and jacked up the price to $600 and ended up paying $400 part is mine and the worst thing was they didn't even put back the under-engine cover correctly most of the clips are missing. I called them but nobody is answering. This is not a good place to bring your car.

myself and two people I know Have bought a car and the cars have broken down. I m not apologizing for being a customer who is right. I pay My car note I pay My insurance I pay but my cars been in a shop now for weeks ! Weeks !!!! The warranty gave me a hard time because of the time spans I ve had the car saying for my engine to have a problem and I ve had the car less then six months well yeah take that up with the dealer. Then my friend gets a nice car from there last month their car is stuck in front of my house. For the past three days. My mother s boyfriend gets a car from here and his check engine light keeps flashing Air bag light is on and please please do not reply to this post saying I ve never done business with you because I ve personally replied to the other people you said that to and they have receipts I have Receipts. I get it you guys are trying to run a business but be honest and pay more attention to the cars you re getting from the auction. It s NOT just about money. You re supposed to want to build a relationship with the community and customers gain trust but I ve experienced first hand the neglect on the car. Yeah it s a used car but less then six months and now it s happening to other people that I recommended..... the shop where my car is says that this didn t happen within five months and they re trying to figure out how the check engine light never came on ! Yeah if I didn t want to mess my credit up and dig a deeper hole I d definitely return the car !!!!!! Do better you guys are nice but definitely you guys are far from stupid look out for your customers!

I had a great experience here! They took my car right in, offered a good price and got me out in an hour!!! The owner is friendly, helpful and the waiting room is clean and air conditioned! I would encourage anyone to come here!

Honest folks and quick service. Fit me in for a exhaust pipe repair without an appointment. While waiting saw the owner interact with several customers. He never tried to up-sell and stayed with or under estimates given. Highly recommended

Dynamic auto has been my go to for years now. From oil changes, tire replacement, tuneups and any other mechanical needs. Also love how it is family owned and operated. Bring all my family cars there for service and have never had an issue. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very friendly owner, BUT be careful anything outside of oil change they will OVER CHARGE you and then don't even do the job they over charged you for. Went to balance and align the tires on my car, didn't do a anything but take my money as the tires are still not balanced. Then the owner deflected to try and tell me that something else was wrong with the car. Dynamic, if you can't do a simple car balance wheels; how do you know what else is wrong??? His labor cost is ridiculous! Service is overall lacking.

Best service in town. I ve been going to Dynamic Auto for a few years now... I get all my oil changes done at this place. They are really friendly and will go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They also get you in and out pretty quickly. Highly recommend them!!

Towed my car, spoke to the owner who quoted me $400, to fix it. I told him to go ahead and repair. When I got there he said that was the cost of the parts. Charged me $1400. I will never go there again. Dishonest doesn t even begin to describe them.

I was really impressed by their service. I brought it in during the morning and it was ready by the afternoon, even when I needed significant work done. I am a college student and they worked hard to get me the best deal on the parts. I would come here again!

Went to this shop 2 times, though it was a good shop until I went to get a second opinion. Found out they were charging for 2 parts, when I only need 1 part and the part was $189 times 2 but my second opinion was 1 part for $63. I was completely shocked, then the owner that act like he was nice to get my money, started yelling at when I told him I would buy my own part. Then they add a job that don t exist. Honestly, they don t even deserve the on star. Might I add they ask ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS TO RATE THEIR WORK AS 4 STARS

Realized I was overcharged about $225 dollars for a drum brake on my 2002 Dodge Neon. When I got another estimate from someone else that works at a AAA Repair Shop. How do I know this? Because the same thing happened to my other tire on the other side it seized up like the other one. The guy at Dynamic Auto only fixed one side and should have replace both. He should have known better! Plus we paid $402 dollars for a job that was estimated at $168 dollars. So basically he charged us for the work that he should have done! Very dissatisfied to realized we were scammed! The parts cost $33! I looked them up! But I looked it up too late. It's sad that people like to take advantage of people. You can't trust anyone! TIP: Do your research before. I will never let this happen to me again. Bottom line. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Special thanks to the guys at Dynamic Auto. Brung my 2004 Acura RSX for a tire change and 4 wheel alignment. The job was done professionally and efficient. The price was great. I will be sure to come back and bring more business your way. Thank you Ali and Uhmar you guys are awesome.

Great service ! Always timely and always good at with the maintenance on my vehicle and telling me what I can help maintain it. I go here more than I actually go to Honda for my oil changes because I m uslayy our with in 20mins to a hour .. time and money and they are always timely with excellent service and nice empolyees...
