I bought a 2009 Pontiac Vibe for a good price, but the car broke within the first week. A local shop told me the transmission bearing was failing and advised to stop driving it. I towed the car back to Performance Auto and they helped me out (or so I thought). They claimed they did a full transmission rebuild that would have normally cost more than I paid for the car. I opted to pay for a new clutch while they were there (ended up costing near $500 which seems expensive since the trans was supposedly already out for the warranty rebuild). Anyway, after 2 days of driving it, the trans sounds just as bad as it is before. I took it back to the transmission shop, and they said it needs bearings...ended up paying $2400 at the trans shop but now it is finally fixed. The trans shop showed me that the trans had not in fact been rebuilt, and they also showed me that the clutch job done by Performance Auto was done really cheap...no lubricant on input shaft, and they didn't change out parts that they said they did. The trans rebuild I got from PA was probably just some synthetic fluid to quiet the problem (a pic of empty synthetic fluid jugs is all PA had been able to provide as proof of work). So much for that used car warranty. Only reason this isn't 1 star is because the initial price of the car was very low and the initial service was good (owner gave me some extra parts to fix the AC). End result: the super cheap used car buying experience isn't that good, as expected.

A good selection of cars at reasonable prices and good customer service. My salesman , Mr.Chris Brunner, had a lot of patience with all the questions I though at him. He answered every question clearly and honestly. I would recommend this as a good place to start looking to find a good used car. I would give it a 4 out of 5 star's.

I bought a Jeep Compass here and have had nothing but issues since i got it. Yes he did a to of work on it it for free to "honor the warranty" but the biggest issue of the check engine light popping-up is still there. After 8 months of trying to figure it out and him not able to do so. I finally lost it on him and he got pissed, deciding that he's not doing anything anymore.

I must say it s been up and down with them. Thru it all they manage to stand by they word, it s only been 7months and I have a 2year warranty with them, when I needed work done they fixed any issues. so we will see what the future holds. Until next time .!!

Bashar is a great salesman/owner he assisted me very well, with my purchase of my vehicle, and was outstanding with helping me with everything I needed awesome business to work with and I highly recommend every to purchase from performance auto

Awesome place.!!! I will not go any place else for service, even if I have to wait. I have been a long time customer. I have brought 2 luxury vehicles over the past 8 years that I'm very satisfied with. I get all of my servicing for both vehicles done there as well. Bashar, Victor, and Benito are excellent. I could not ask for a better group of Mechanics or used car dealer! I would recommend this place to anyone. And yes, my next vehicle will be coming from there as well.

It started off at a rocky start but they fixed my car. Like they said they would with no problem. Now everything s fine and my car drives smooth.

Bought a car from here and had nothing but problems with. They put you in a high apr% also. Brought the car their to get fixed they had it for two weeks and never fixed the problem. The owner is a good talker. thats about the best i can say about this place.

I Love my Mercedes Benz my experience here at Performance Auto has been amazing their prices are awesome. Any and every issue I had was addressed immediately the owner is friendly and always willing to help and accommodate me. I will recommend Performance Auto to any and everyone. I will keep you guys posted during my journey.

My worst decision of 2017 was buying a car from this place. My engine light keeps coming on, they fix non existing problems instead of fixing the main problem. The owner is rude and needs an attitude adjustment real fast. If you want to stay stress free buy your car elsewhere

Honest people that stand back behind the cars they sell. I have gotten not one but two vehicles from them, don t think I will never need to go anywhere else. If there is an issue they will fix it for you and that keeps me coming back because have had horrible experiences at other places that once they sell you they don t want to deal with any issues but at Performance Auto you can tell that people is their first concern and they aim to keep their customers happy. Recommend 100%!!!

I've been dealing with Performance Auto Center for 3 years. We got off to a rough start with my Ford Explorer but I came back after that vehicle and he helped me big time. I am now in something newer and better and he always goes out of his way to help me when my car needs servicing.

A really good and fair placeto buy your transpo.The staff are ALL awesome here.Kind, courteous, professional;& they truly care about their customers being safe and happy with the vehicles they sell them.A nice & busy little dealership.

Loved this place! They were very kind professional and helpful! Excellent service!!!! Had a great experience! Definitely recommend to everyone! The owner is very hands on and will go the extra mile just to make sure you are taken care of properly !! He even stayed late to work around my very busy work schedule!!!

Horrible. .cars are junk..they say there's a machanic that is certified but only one was and he wasn't the one working on my car..the kid was good but the owner lied..don't go there.stick with a regular dealership.
