The worst shop I ve ever been too. I paid for brakes and rotors in March and had to get all new brakes and rotors in August. They never even changed them. I paid $80 for an oil change and went to another shop for my brakes and found out they never did my oil change and it was only 2 weeks later. Do not go to them i repeat do not go to them. I went to them the day of my son s third birthday party with my BMW. They cut a hose and tried to convince me that it was already cut. They so-called fixed it but the leak that I went there with the get fix was never fix the worse shop. I m disappointed because I was so excited because it was a black on Shop with Black employees never again that fat girl and her so-called dad have no idea what they re doing

I've been going to BIM for over 5 years since the shop was on dixwell and I can vouch Emmerson (the owner) knows his craft. Every car I've owned he has maintained. He works fast and thorough and the best part is its a black owned family business. From oil changes to engine changes he has done it all and im not going nowhere else. Went in to have my bumper replaced and painted. The paint has chipped and bubbled almost like craft paint. The paint was a different shade from the rest of my car! And there s a little square cutout that they took from my old bumper to put on my new bumper and it s been hanging for life ever since. Terrible terrible job. Waste of my $400 dollars!Service: Painting

The worst auto repair shop I ve ever been to, a complete JOKE !They are very unprofessional and will try to rob you if you let them. WARNING ! The worst and most unprofessional shop I ve ever dealt with! They are clueless! Including the owner Emmerson! I drove my car there to have one thing fixed. He pretended as if he knew what he was doing, but I had to have my car towed out of there because he misdiagnosed my car in addition to taking things apart and not putting them back. The tow truck driver looked under my hood upon towing my vehicle and was disgusted with the mess that BIM Auto Repair made. He misdiagnosed my sisters car also. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO BIM AUTO REPAIR IF IT S THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH! You will be able to fix your own car before these guys can! They are con artist!

WARNING.!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BIM AUTO...EMERSON IS A THIEF AND A SCAM ! There's nothing professional about that place...He charged for work that he did not do ....and ladies be aware you'll be charged twice the amount and you will walk away feeling angry and unsatisfied and have to pay someone else to fix the problem that he said he did. I had a horrible experience with him recently and so i need to warn others to stay away
