This place is amazing and where do I begin? First, the customer service was outstanding and everyone was super friendly. They provided an estimate within 20 minutes and began the process once payment was provided. The majority of the work was conducted before my vehicle was in the shop so it took less than 8 hours for my car to be repaired (front bumper replacement and minor dent removal on the front passenger door).On top of that, they cleaned my exterior and provided me a ride home when I dropped off the vehicle. If your in a similar situation, this is the shop for you!

I took my car here after an accident not knowing at all what to expect (and cried multiple times while I was there lol), but Abbey & Ashley were the kindest most helpful people! My insurance company deemed my car a total loss, and they were still so communicative, helpful, and sent me to an awesome spot to buy a new car. I am just so impressed with how wonderful they were even though I didn't spend big bucks repairing my car there. I would trust them with any future car and am so grateful for the ease and kindness they offered in a really stressful moment for me. Thank you so much!

Autoworks did a great job on my car. Abby was super nice and helpful, and dealt with my insurance company. Plus they returned my car cleaner than the car wash! I highly recommend this business!

This is a definite top tier auto body and collision repair shop in the Connecticut. They are very well equipped, and they take pride in putting out quality work. The crew has skills for sure. It is a family owned business that executes with great teamwork throughout. The staff here is friendly and easy to work with.I absolutely recommend this shop if you're in the New Haven area and have a need for collision and/or paint work.Actually, even if you have to travel a bit extra to get here, it s probably worth it

I have never been in an accident and had no idea what steps I needed to take. Autoworks did most of the work for me, in contacting the insurance company and making sure an adjuster comes out to give a fair price for repair. They also helped me with making sure communication between the rental place and insurance was taken care of. My car practically looks new thanks to their amazing work and they even cleaned it on the inside . Everyone was friendly and I had no issues at all. They helped this process run smoothly and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! Although accidents are never fun, I know where I can take my car from here on out. I wouldn t go to anyone else.

Autoworks fixed the damage after my car was rear-ended recently. From the minute they provided an estimate to when I picked up my newly repaired car, they were awesome--professional, communicative, and knowledgeable about the process of dealing with insurance companies. Autoworks handled the details of a rental car while repairs were happening and returning the rental car once I picked up my vehicle. Not my first time at this location but it must be known that this place is hands down the absolute best collision shop out in New Haven. They take pride in their work and they re with you every step of the way. If it s your first time at the shop for an accident, they handle everything and keep you informed every step of the way. I will never go to another shop. They even made sure my car was clean. It needed it badly. Thank you so much AutoWorks!!! You re the best!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went there to get an estimate for all 4 doors on my benz where it was rusting on the bottom, the owner Bob I think was real honest with me, he explained that the car had very high mileage and if I got 4 doors what condition would they be in, I would have to have them all put in doors painted and making sure all electrical components work, thats alot of money and because my car has high milage I may start having transmission issues. I appreciate his honesty

We've gotten body work and detailing done here multiple times on several of our cars and it's always top notch. The entire team has always been incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest and I'm incredibly appreciative of all their help over the years. Words are not enough! Bob and his team from day one, went above and beyond in exceptional service to our family. From big things like switching our tires (at no additional cost) to little touches such as providing bags and boxes for personal belongings! They even carried the boxes to our car! Bob and crew are fantastic! They do amazing work! I ve been here several times throughout the years, and I have always had a great experience. Bob does a great job working with your insurance company to make sure all the necessary repairs are done without the insurance company cutting any corners. I highly recommend Autoworks of Westville for any auto body repairs you might need!!

One of the best car-related experiences I've ever had. I was able to get an estimate very quickly, multiple options to consider for repair that were all explained as much as I needed, and then I was able to put a deposit down that day so they could order and pre-paint the parts. Once those were ready, my car was in and out in one day, and it looks even better than before the damage. I couldn't more highly recommend such a wonderful business.

Overall amazing experience with Bob, Abbey, Ashley and the rest of the crew at Autoworks of Westville. Starting from when I came in very close to closing on a Friday afternoon, to picking my car up when it was finished, the entire time was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and my car truly looks incredible. My fiance and I came here for an estimate on a repair job. We were so well taken care of and felt very comfortable/confident in Bob. He was passionate and knowledgeable of insurance and just the community in general. Bob and Ashley helped my fiance file his claim and made the process so simple. Bob even got my fiance a ride home because our car was totaled. We would recommend Autoworks of Westville Inc to anyone and everyone, you will not be disappointed. They did an amazingggggg job !!!! From the moment you walk through the door they help you with everything even the insurance aspect of it. The car looks brand new ! The customer service awesome and they take their time ! Not only did they do the repairs but they made sure it was washed and shining ! Autoworks of Westville is by far the most professional and quality auto body I have ever worked with. After my accident, they handled everything from insurance to my car rental; it was truly one less thing to think about. The work they did on my car made it look brand new! I loved my experience at Autoworks - the work on my car was completed in the time frame promised and my car looked perfect. And when I had a terribly issue with my insurance carrier - Liberty Mutual - Ashley took it upon herself to deal with them and keep me informed throughout the whole process, even dealing with their management for me. I have been to Autoworks of Westville on two separate occasions. The owners and employees of this shop are exceptional. They are courteous, thoughtful, and meticulously good at what they do. My car looked beautiful after they were done with it and they addressed everything in such a careful manner, never hurried on the details needed to be addressed.This family owned shop is the pride of the Connecticut we love, not many like it around like this one around anymore. Autoworks of Westville is built on hard work and quality workmanship. Highly recommended!

Over the years i have probably taken half a dozen or more vehicles to Autoworks for repair. Never been disappointed! Bob, the owner has a real passion (and talent) for his business and his staff is always friendly and go out of their way to be accommodating and keep you informed. Couldn't recommend more highly. The detailing of the vehicle when you get it back is always such a nice bonus too!

Autoworks of Westville helped me deal with an unfortunate bumper repair on my leased 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I initially picked them due to their positive ratings online, and I was not disappointed. Their customer service and quality of work are both exceptional. Ashley and Bob were very helpful in explaining everything to me, making the whole situation as painless as possible. Also, my car was there for slightly longer than anticipated due to a delay on the insurance company, so they took the time to completely wash and detail my car! It was spotless and smelled wonderful when I picked it up. You guys are awesome! Keep it up!

Having our car tended to by Autoworks was such a seamless, professional, and pleasant experience. After being rear-ended, we brought our car here. The team at Autoworks was great at keeping communication open and letting us know when we could expect our car to be done. To our surprise, our car was ready a couple days early and returned to us washed and vacuumed. They even buffed out a tiny, annoying scratch on our driver's side door. They were extremely friendly and professional from start to finish. Can't recommend enough!

I highly recommend Autoworks to anyone needing any type of work done on their car. I was rear ended and Ashley assisted me every step of the way from speaking with insurance adjustors, providing me updates about parts and then having my car ready and looking better than ever. I can't thank Autoworks enough for their services and helping me through what could have been a stressful time. I have used them before and will continue going back every time!
