I was recommended to them by my neighbor. They are very efficient with accurate diagnostic, repair, and affordable prices. They do not disappoint. Dawn, Jim and Todd are friendly and professional and will work with you to fit you in a timely manner for an appointment because they are constantly busy. I recommend to see them first before going to any other automotive repair shop. I am very pleased with their work and now I go regularly for oil changes and repairs if needed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Fixed our SUV brake line for less than half the price another auto repair shop quoted. I'm very satisfied with the work. And the mechanic is super friendly and professional. Recommend to anyone who thinks they are over-charged by the auto repair shop. Switch to this auto repair shop and you won't be disappointed. Plus they charge no money looking up your car's problem (we were charged $60 at another shop).Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

~I have used Annex for somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 years. In those years there have been 3 owners, all of which have been from the same mold people of true integrity.~When I drop my car off, I don t spend the day sweating like I have dropping my vehicles off at dealerships, or other repair facilities!!!~I highly recommend them and I do believe you ll be highly satisfied!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I got my alternator replaced and they did it quickly and for 300 less than Meineke in Branford quoted me. So they are fair and reasonable price wise. Also, they didn't try to sell me a battery that I didn't need. (Like Meineke tried to do). So that leads me to believe they're honest as well. Quick turn around time too.

Can't say enough good things about the people here! Great and timely service, honest pricing... you'll never feel like you got scammed and the work is done right the first time. I had to have a complete brake line rework done over Christmas break 2 years ago, and I haven't had a problem with that issue since. Will always take my vehicles here as long as I'm a CT resident.

Want an honest garage and reasonable prices. Annex Auto is the garage I've been taking all my cars there for the last 20 years and they are great and prices are lower then other chain businesses.

This is an honest shop. I originally started co.ing here after my mother-in-law raved about their service. Very down to earth, old school neighborhood mechanics. They treat you like you are regulars on your first service!

I had to change my review. This place went downhill. Very unfortunately.The new owner overcharges way too much is ridiculous. You cannot buy the parts (because they make the biggest profit there).We were overcharged hundreds of dollars, upon complaining, we were told there was a mistake and were going to get back some..........Again, it is unfortunate but this place will soon be out of business.

Totally honest. They have worked on my Dad's Explorer for years. I went there with the alarm going off and it wouldn't stop, the mechanic came right out and fixed it for us, no charge... 100% recommend this repair at shop.

Finding a good mechanic is tough, this is one of the best spots to take your vehicle for repair, awesome service, good mechanics on site, good pricing and if they can't do a specific job on your vehicle they will recommend you to someone who can.
