Had a tree fall on my truck. Took it down to Jesse at ADT and they did an absolutely amazing job. Any issues were taken care of immediately. Truck was originally all red. If you re looking for great work and people who care bring your repairs here!

Adt is a really good auto body shop. They car back to looking brand new. Service was great and the Communication was also great. I would definitely recommend them .

It's a very immoral workplace, the employees are very immoral, there's a lot of money. I took a car. They said a week. I took it by force in 2 months. They didn't give me the car we agreed on for $1,800 without asking me for $4,500. Ok

Does a great job with repairs and painting... I always recommend them. Just drop your car off and wait until they call you to pick up... No worries at all. Also will clean and wipe down the inside of the car making it look new inside as well.

This business is of the highest quality of work. The owners are clear and precise. They are both extremely knowledgeable with their craft and provide a professional and welcoming experience. Their work within the shop is second to none a fantastic business I won t take my vehicle anywhere else.

New customer, new to CT. Looked for a few mechanical automotive place and came across this particular one with least amount of bad reviews and very close to where I leave. Initially service for front rotors and brake pads replacement, excellent job well done. Returned just over a month later for rear rotors and brakes. Not the same experience, as if I went to a completely different place. Less than a week later had to return due to right rear wheel almost completely breaking from the vehicle could ve had an accident if I was paying attention to the throbbing noise and raddled movements of my vehicle while driving on the highway. Initially thinking it was a flat, unbeknownst it was actually much worst. Broken bolt and missing screws and displaced hub. Was told wear and tear but that should ve been addressed before I was allowed to bring my vehicle back on the road. And I do believe the mechanic did something wrong and didn t say anything. I don t know much about every car, but I know my car very well Instead of honoring the new service for mishaps I was basically charged for overpriced towing, new parts and labor. Be careful if you are a young woman without a male backup with this business. I should have not had to pay for a second service within the same area of the initial service. I will not be returning, and I will not recommend them to anyone close to me. Good luck to everyone else who puts trust in them.Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement

I was in an accident and brought my car here. Unfortunately, it was deemed a total loss, so, I can't comment on work. However, Jesse and the team were extremely welcoming and helpful. I've never been in this position before and they navigated me and helped make a very stressful situation, less stressful for me. It was totally worth the hour drive, and I will not hesitate to return should I ever need any work done in the future. Thank you Jesse & team!-Alaina

Jessie and Dee Dee we re extremely great to me. Anything wrong with my car for certain they are sure to take care of it.Second time needing them and I walked away worry free from it all. Within a week of having my car, someone hit me I brought it down to ADT the next day and they handled everything for me. From contacting the other person s insurance, making sure I was provided a rental vehicle and fixing the damage on the body. Their work was efficient and precise and I left happy; they also detailed the car for me and followed up a week later to ensure that I was still happy with their work. Their customer service and professionalism only added to my pleasure in being a customer. Excellent repair shop. Owner, Mr. Jessie was very thorough and kind. His staff are amazing. I arrived just moments before closing; my car was buried. 3 kind gentlemen helped get my car out while Jason processed my account. No one seemed to be disturbed. ADT is my go to collision repair shop. I highly recommend them.

Nice guys who were willing to work with me to make the necessary bodywork affordable (I did not carry collision insurance). No outrageous estimates involving unnecessary parts and service (other bodyshops were NOT willing to make this affordable). I'm not a very trusting person, and I was pleasantly surprised at how affable the staff was, specifically Jason. Also had some email contact with Jesse. Very happy with the work performed, and they even cleaned the inside of the car. Jason said they also do other work fixing cars, brake jobs, etc. Will definitely use them as needed in the future.

I was told to bring my car here because they do a better paint job than most and I would definitely have to agree I have a white car with high quality basecoat/clearcoat paint and my car looks brand new. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was clean spic and span ready for me to pick up that Tuesday. Jessie did a great job on my car in a very timely manner and also was generous to even return the rental for me. Very satisfied customer

Their prices are outrageous to paint my hood and fender with no dents. I was quoted a price of 2,260.47. You can get a whole paint job looking factor finished at Macco for less than that. I woke up to a puddle of water in the backseat of my car. I was so worried and devastated, I thought I would have to get rid of my car . Regardless of how busy Jessie was, he treated the issue as if it genuinely mattered to him .He wasn t rude at all, he was so polite , he didn t tell me how many customers were ahead of me. He took his time and he listened to the concerns that I had regarding the water damage.When I picked up my car, I wanted to cry . I really thought the damage was fatal. I ll never forget that experience. My car came back in perfect condition. Not only was Jessie polite but he was transparent. He showed me exactly what was wrong and walked me through everything they did to my car .Jessie, thank you for your patience and the amazing service you and your team provide.

This family run business is very well organized, offer top quality, and unlike the bigger shops that always try and milk your insurance, have reasonable prices. I d actually say they have excellent prices for the quality they offer. Jesse the manager is calm, collected, and very good at what he does. Highly recommended.

I was told by someone I know that ADT does good work. I arrived at the place and immediately greeted the secretary and asked if they had gotten the e-mail she asked me to send with my vehicle info, she replied "no I don't do that". I then asked to speak to the gentleman who does the body work quotes on vehicles and she stated he was right outside but never told him a customer was there to see him, as her and I had scheduled. I waited for him until I could not anymore. Needless to say they are not professional or care enough to be considered..maybe too busy for paying customers.

I'm familiar with this place only as a delivery driver. I brought them parts to replace on damaged cars. I can attest that they look over everything with a fine tooth comb to make sure their customers are getting the best. They were not afraid to turn down parts that they felt weren't up to their standards. This is a very customer-oriented business

The service, turn-around time, and rates at this place are exceptional.I've brought my car to this shop twice: once for autobody work after an accident, where I needed an entire door and rear quarter panel replaced, and again for a full install of brake pads and rotors. The staff are super friendly, accommodating, and kept in touch with me frequently during each process. That's a lot more than I can say for either my dealership or any of the other shops I've been to.Bonus: Each time my car was returned to me, it was as clean as when I first purchased it. The detail jobs are enough alone to go there.5 stars for this place... would definitely highly recommend them to anyone that needs autobody work, or basic repair work (I don't believe they work on motors, but for small stuff like brakes, they were on point for sure).

Last week I took my dads truck to get fixed Jason did a FANTASTIC job, even took the time out to clean it inside and out. The truck was fixed in less than a week.He blended the paint so well you would never guess the truck was in an accident. Thank you again Jason it s a pleasure doing business with you. Laurelin

The work they did was great. Not only did they keep in touch with updates, They did an amazing job, the paint matched perfectly and I had no over spray, no complaints and was more than satisfied with the work ADT did, ADT even cleaned the inside and outside of my car. They had clear business processes as well. ADT definitely works to serve the client's needs. Picked my car up on Friday and just received a call asking me how everything is with my car. That's great service.Thanks Adt!!!!
