Went in for a slow leak in my tire. I found Joe to be friendly and honest. He was straightforward about potential pricing (which I appreciate), quickly found the issue, fixed it, and had me on the road in less than a half hour.

I was happy that he was able to look at my flat tire when nobody else would today. He determined that it was not reparable so he referred me to a tire shop around the corner where I got great service. While I didn t do business with him, I appreciate his time in helping me get what I needed.

FAST FAST FAST and honest. These guys work together to fix and replace tires, quickly, at a fair price. Rarely a wait for service. They keep a large, organized stock of tires, some used rims, and they do many other car and truck repairs as well. Access Auto has saved me $ on many occasions, keeping my cars supplied with decent used tires at a fair price, or making quick repairs. Generally they'll install parts you bring to them, which can help you keep costs down. Note that they do most of the work in two parking spaces on the sidewalk, with on-street parking for cars waiting to be serviced.

Left work with a flat made it down Dixwell and stopped at Access auto tires. Rich lifted my car in the street and replaced my ripped up tire with no problem! Quick and easy! Thankful for the help. And thank you RICH

Service was phenomenal and owner of the shop is easy-going and friendly. He got me on the road in no time! Prices are great and affordable, Can t beat the price!! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to anyone in need of service!

Excellent customer service, fair prices and honest mechanics. In this day and age to find an honest mechanic can be tough but you can trust access. I can't to get a used tire for my Jeep and they were only going to charge $45 for mount and balance which for a Jeep tire is a good deal. Ended up that my Jeep had more issues and I ended up selling it to one of the mechanics for a VERY good price.

I've been coming here for years. Its very fast , affordable service. They get you in and out and they're very nice. Its local too so you don't have to go far had you needed a tire. I think everyone should try them!

The guys were quick, efficient and polite. They patched my tire, took the donut off and put the patched tire back on. All for a reasonable price and with a smile and a thank you! Don't think it even took 20 mins. Great work!

Very affordable and great service, all of the employees I dealt with were helpful. It looks like it gets busy at times, but that's because they do a great job! Park nearby and walk over to tell them whatever you need and they'll work with you. Great place, will be using for years!

This should of been my first stop. The service the tires were better than I expected.in and out in 15mins I thought I needed four tires,they were honest and told me I only needed two, AND the price was Alsume! I got two very good quality tires for $20 a piece.I will be back for those next two, and I'm telling all who I know to go there as well. ( 1980 prices all day)

Very nice young gentleman to help me. I was told by a dealership that I had a nail in my tire. I went to them and he took it off. He tried it twice and inspected it, didn't find anything but a smaller item which could have been considered a nail but it wasn't in the tire. For taking it off they only charge $5 for the inspection. The only complaint I have is trying to back out it's hard because that's a busy street and I just wish they would have helped me back out.

Employees were very nice and helpful. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and it was the cheapest place to get it fixed in the area. Only took about 10 minutes.

I had a bum tire went in for a slow leak turned out my tire had a bald spot and then it was stuck on the rim, the tech there tried his best but had to get help removing it and they set me up with a nice used tire, I will be back for an alignment
