We rented an RV from cruise America next door to this shop. The mechanic was to fix the RV before we could head off on our trip. He delayed all day, and never finished it. He was too busy not doing anything. He left and came back with a 12 pack of Heineken, then proceeded to fall asleep. My husband had to wake him up. He never finished fixing it. We ended up leaving with a smaller RV than we ordered which was probably a good thing. I didn t have much confidence in a drunk man fixing a vehicle I would be driving.

So I love how the only 5 Star Review is from Anne DiLorenzo Slais, who works there. She is the definition of rude. We returned our RV that was falling apart (Through no fault of our own) and needed work done to it. She had zero lack of concern and made no notes of anything that required attention which we politely listed off to her. She then had the audacity to become mad at us because she wasn t going to be able to send it out the following day. There is no way it should of been sent out the following day. Anne DiLorenzo Slais, would not even put on a mask during this pandemic which is against the law in the state of CT. Do not use this business unless you want to meet one of the most miserable people in CT.

Very rude before they even knew if I was a customer or not. Very standoffish!
