Thanks to the Staff at A1 Toyota! I ve been in and out of their doors for three years now and treated in a very kind, respectful, and professional manner the first time and every time! I haven t had any shock prices going out the door, someone always gave me an estimate when I made my appointment; if that estimate changed, I was notified in advance. The facility is clean, you can actually wait for your car. Great job here!!

The mechanics are 5 star and the service members are great with trying to help the customer understand the mechanics of the car when not certain what is going on and breaks down the explanation of why and what might need to be done. I have owned a Toyota for 2 decades. If you want to buy a car get a Toyota either used or new. Thank you Amanda for making it a good experience today.

This Service center used to be one of the best in the state but unfortunately I found them very uneducated for the past couple times I've been there to service my car (Tire rotation, Battery checkup, Oil Change). Even I saw few people (customers) were mad because after couple hours waiting there they found that the oil was NOT even changed! I marked my tires before I go there and then after waiting there for tire rotation and charging me $$$ I saw the same sign as it was on the tires before visiting them! I told the guy that "you didnt rotate the tires!" So he went back and forth then He apologized and said our tire experts decided not to rotate the tires!!! Anyway after wasting another an hour there with them I found that all they care is just MONEY!!! not taking care of the customer at all. I brought many of my friends there since 2010 and even few of them told me the same thing recently even though they were happy before not now anymore! VERY SAD and disappointed!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

Did not fix problem despite paying a lot of $$$$. Brought car in twice. Each time they said it was fixed. It's still not fixed. We really would like to have it fixed but don't have time to deal with it and missing work to bring the car in multiple times. Communication was also not great. I would bring it elsewhere but we already paid them! Very unsatisfied.

A-1 Toyota s Collision Center was excellent. The customer service is wonderful- making you feel good about leaving your car with them. They were timely in getting the car finished and easy to communicate with. My car had severe damage to the back and it now looks like a brand new car.

Toyota is loosing it's ratings because i don't understand how i pay for 4 tires, wheel alignment and the works but yet the tire sensor pressure light is still on. I went for oil change and tire rotation and the light still have not been fixed. I have carried numerous people to them for business over the years. My mom has car from Toyota, my younger brother, my older brother, my cousin, my professor and many more all feom recommendations. They truely have down hill. The service department of Toyota does not seem to care about its customers. The last date i was there was 01/28/2023 still waiting on a call about the tire sensor that they damaged. It's very unfortunate we have to deal with such disrespect and disregard.

Everything was done my car fella fine. My service guy mark was a little lost w/ us. He didn't think I needed to pay & gave me the wrong set of keys & now cards for a point system.

Ken went above and beyond to help me achieve my goals there. Explaining everything in detail, and showing me what was done and why. Just amazing. Felt part of the family.

Couple weeks ago, I went to A1 Toyota to swapped wheels with another Toyota owner. We both had new 2021 Highlanders with less than 500 miles. We didn't buy the car there and I was out of state. Initially, the dealership was going to charge us $30 each to swap the wheels, but was going to charge $250 per car to reprogram the tire pressure sensors. The dealership said it would take 30-60 minutes for each car to program the sensors. We decide to go to Monro Tires in Guilford to program the new sensors, which they did for free. When the dealership finished swapping the wheels, they waived the fee, which we appreciated.I found out later reading through the owner's manual, the 2020-2021 Highlander have the ability to reprogram on its own through certain settings. There was no need to pay for this service. The A1 Toyota's service representative never told us and probably didn't know. You would think a service manager would know their product.

Needed a clock spring replacement. Was quoted $950 for a job that literally took four non-specialized tools, 20 minutes of labor, and a $40 part.

Brought my Van For service had a problem another car shop could not identify identify their service department took 2 days but figured the problem out and corrected it price was very reasonable half of what I thought it would cost...

I came in for a break service and was charged however the job was not done and they refused to fix the problem and claimed they did it when they obviously did not , very unprofessional especially the front desk employee . Stay away from this place , I will never be back again .Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

A1 Toyota is a good place to buy a new Toyota. Their service department provides quality maintenance and free oil changes as long as you own your Toyota.
