I was there to get my car serviced. Had a great experience. Just make sure you have an appointment so that the process is seamless. The service quality was good. They do have a couple of rest areas, where you can grab a coffee and chill. Staff were friendly and sweet. Overall the experience was great.

Great experience. Owais is great to deal with, definitely glad we got him as our sales associate. Honest and caring and took time to walk us through everything. Walked us around the dealership and explained where everything is. Knowledgeable and friendly, definitely will come back and buy a car with Owais again.

Coming in to the dealership at a toyota; did not know whag kind of vehicle i wanted. But i had my eye on grand highlander. With my two trades and down payment owais made it all happen for me. Very respectful and kindness. He made me feel very very comfortable. This is my guy for now on. I recommend everyone to see him.

I called A-1 Toyota acquiring about a grand high lander or Camry. Owais answer the phone and made appointment for me I came that day and saw both vehicles. I went with the Camry 2024 XSE V6. Owais was very professional and helpful.

My experience with the dealership was amazing! That evening before I purchased my car at A1 Toyota I went to Toyota Wallingford and had a horrible experience. I had heard good things about A1, so I figured I would give it a try! Kevin Wright was knowledge and very helpful! He made the entire experience a pleasant one! Gary also was amazing and provided a help deal of assistance. Finalizing everything with Eddie in finance was quick and easy! He was very efficient and organized and made the process smooth!

Owais met with us and immediately made us feel welcome. We had arrived knowing which car we wanted (2024 Toyota Corolla), but Owais' guidance made what would otherwise be a tedious process into a delightful, fun time! Editing my review..I use to love coming there because the customer service was off the chain . Today I came in didn t know my service would be 3 hours long so I asked for a loaner just to take my baby to the doctor and back . I was told none was available but then I heard a service rep telling another person ( white ) she have one .Okay I went to her the same rep who the customer just deviled the Tundra from and asked if she had any availability she said no ( I just heard her offer someone one and they declined ) .Went to the person who checked me in and asked he said no so I made him aware I heard about the Tundra that s when he went to the rental section. To ask if any of available and he was told no.He then said what about the Tundra and then that rep said yes it s available , that s when they wanna offer it .I declined it because I got my appointment moved to 1:30 pm but it s the fact everyone said no when there was actually one and it stared with the rep who the customer just declined it from.I don t know why this happened but it was definitely not a good experience. So if you the manger is happy that your reps lie to customer then that s fine with me but she lied when she said none was available it should have beenA customer just declined but all I have is a Tundra is that okay for you ?

We had a wonderful experience with Owais, Gary and Sammy. We called A1 after an inventory search as we wanted a specific vehicle by a certain time. Owais found the vehicle for us and made it happen. Owais got us exactly what we wanted! So happy with our new Toyota and the service we got at A1.

I am giving A-1 Toyota 5 stars for customer service. I realize they are a car dealership and that they want my continued business. I am not naive. What I care most about is how I FEEL when I am speaking to one of the many people who work there, from a porter, to a service writer to the Service and Parts Director. I feel like I matter. Not just my money, but ME. I matter. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. We worked with Kevin, who is very knowledgeable, and a thorough gentleman. They don't force you to buy unnecessary add-ons, are respectful when you indicate you are not interested in purchasing something. They don't haggle in terms of price, prices are fixed and very reasonable.

I have been servicing my car here for 4 years now and have always been treated with professionalism, respect, and dignity. This last appointment, I worked with an employee there that I have not worked with before named Mark. He was belittling, pushy, and made me feel like I had no options. From the start of making a service appointment, to talking with him on the phone, to picking the car up he was nothing but rude. I felt like he was pushing me down a road of needing to spend more and more money and I felt like I was getting ripped off. By the end of the diagnostic, I spent $160 for him to tell me that I need to spend more money to figure it out (at least $1,250) And then it would cost even more to fix it. I had to make recommendations to HIM about how to accommodate a way to drop the car off to get the job done. His attitude, level of professionalism, and pushy mentality just lost me as a customer at A1 Toyota.

He was friendly and very nice. He also seemed very knowledgeable and offered to help me out in the future if I need to look into getting a car.

Owais was efficient, friendly, and conscientious in helping us with our overseas purchase. We purchased our car from abroad and he was great with FaceTime, sending pictures, and responding to texts promptly. He made the process simple and not at all stressful. Very disappointed with my experience at A-1 today. It's a shame because everything started out so well with Jerry on the phone. But once the GM got involved things went south.They undervalued my trade-in by $500 when four other dealerships(including other Toyotas) have valued it higher. When you try to talk to them about it, they don't want to hear it. In fact, when I didn't like the monthly payments, there was suddenly no one I could talk to. The manager had gone to lunch. The sales person disappeared. Just a shame. I left that place with a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be going back.It's one thing to disagree on a price. It's another to be disrespectful over it. They lost a deal over $500. I think that says a lot

I have convinced myself many times not to write a negative review of this dealer but I am justifying it today. Ever since the stsrt of my parent's lease, they have been having issues with many things. A couple of notable ones: whoever helped them at this dealership with acquiring their Venza Hybrid, who also provided my parents with a plate that has been previously used and was then still linked with an EZPass that has unpaid fees - that eventually ended up in their lease. Being the responsible seniors that they are, they just paid to get it over with. Now, possibly not the dealership's issue but TFS, claiming they haven't received payment, so my 78 y/o dad had to go to the bank to get proof and fax it to them - now 10 days later, after being told that it is all set, he is still getting calls from them to collect the money he had already paid.I wish they had driven farther and went to a different establishment. What a disappointment.

The service and warranty support at this dealership is continuously horrible and very disappointing. If we did not have free oil changes for the life of our vehicle, we would never go back to this dealership for anything. We will definitely never purchase a new vehicle from this dealership again.

Special thanks to Frank, Sergei and Josh. Frank for keeping our email chain going over 84 replies and counting. Sergei for being so considerate when we arrived with sprite in hand, instructions on the entertainment system and the time to enjoy them. Josh for being swamped but in good spirits even without eating a Snickers. They aren't kidding about the no haggle pricing and there were no gatchas. If they arn't part of the Car Edge network, they should be.

I want to give a special thanks to A1 Toyota and specially to Abdul (salesperson) for all the attention to details, exceptional customer service and for allowing my mom to have one of her happiest days of her life. I talked to Abdul this morning about a SUV on the lot, he arranged transportation for my mom to the dealer and got my mom on wheels, I called him from FL inquiring about the SUV and he did everything to make sure my mom was taken care of 100% and clear on the purchased of the SUV.. management! Abdul went above and beyond for my mom and this means a lot to me, tears came out of my eyes when I seen my mom holding the keys of her RAV4 Thank you Abdul, you have a friend here. 100% recomened..

We've been looking to get a hybrid Sienna since April of '22. All the Toyota dealerships around where we live wanted 3-7K markup on these vehicles. After about a year of searching we found A1 Toyota(70 miles away from where I live) that was willing to sell the van at MSRP to us. We put a $500 deposit in July of '23 and picked up our van late Nov. Everyone at the dealership were very helpfull and reassuring of all our concerns and needs. It was a pleasure working with Serhii, Sunny, Eddie and Gary.In a time when everyone is constrained financially it's dealerships like A1-Toyota that instills faith in people that there are good businesses out there wanting to do the right thing for their customers. Expressing my heart felt gratitude towards everyone that I had the pleasure of meeting and working with to get our van. Thank you all!!

I would like everyone to know specially the manager from A-Toyota dealer from 50 Amity Road New Haven Ct that he has a Excellent customer service team that is very knowledgeable about customer care in New Haven Ct is very excellent the person that sold me my Rv4 the service he gave me was professional and very priceless he was very nice and very care of my questions and answers and the attention he gave me I felt so good vibes and very respectful , my auto was even registered by them thru DMV perfect and new plates with documentation correctly and the way confidence communicated with my sons like if they was there . Heexplained in detailed everything about the vehicle. Mr Abdul Fakih is a Blessing to have a kind patient person in your dealer .Excellent customer service from him and Eddie too .I very highly satisfied and enjoying my RV4 .
