I recently called New Canaan Foreign Car with question about my Volkswagen Tiguen. I couldn t be happier with the service I received. My phone call was answered right away and there were no automated menus to jump through! (unlike the dealership!) The lady who answered the phone was very personable and professional and answered all my questions with ease. Definitely give them a call with any questions or concerns. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about Volkswagens!

They do fantastic work on both of our cars, a classic and our family SUV. Truly appreciate their communication around scheduling, estimates and how long repairs will take. Always a pleasure to talk with them, highly recommended!

First time in as we had just moved. The level of customer service was exemplary and the turn around for work performed was very quick. Candace and Kyle were very professional and accommodating. I did my homework and chose New Canaan Foreign Car because of their reviews. I never used them prior. In my younger years I was a mechanic and a service manager. Communication at New Canaan Foreign Car is stellar. I'm completely satisfied with the service that was performed, including their comprehensive documentation. I am a new customer at New Canaan Foreign Car and can say hands down it is the best automotive business I ve ever patronized. And I ve been to many.From the first time I walked into the office, Dylan and Candice made it clear that NCFC was going to be a much better experience. They arranged to have me driven home while my car was repaired and then sent a car to pick me up to bring me back to pick up my car. Jorge and Seiji were the drivers. Great guys.Dylan then itemized everything that had to be done, then other things to be dealt with in the future. Honest, clear communication, fair prices well below dealers quotes. Can t say enough about NCFC. No surprise it has the stellar reputation it holds.

New Canaan Foreign Car is a wonderful local business dedicated to doing right by its customers. They conducted a more thorough inspection of my vehicle than a dealership, priced out my repairs, and walked through each item and their recommendations. Some of the repairs did not make sense to do at this time, and I felt they made an honest assessment that other shops would not provide. Pricing is fair, Candace is a pleasure over the phone, and NCFC will continue to have my business. Highly recommend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection

We have an older high mileage Mercedes and they did a great job accommodating us to get the work done on time, and really giving us an honest assessment of what were immediate needs and what could wait. 5 stars - will be our go to for our Mercedes from now on.

After replacing my tires at a dealer last year, my front passenger tire developed a slow leak. The dealer s maintenance department inspected the tire twice and assured me it was fine. NC Foreign Car inspected the tire and immediately found and corrected the damage, all for less than the cost of a visit to the dealers service department.It s clear from the classic vehicles they work on that this shop is highly trusted by their clients.Excellent service, quality work, and reasonable prices.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

This was my first time using them and they were FANTASTIC! Responded to my appointment request quickly and were very up front about service/labor/diagnostic costs. Always called with updates when they said they would, and were very informative and helpful in their explanations. Everyone I dealt with or talked to was friendly. Was a totally superior experience compared to the local Audi dealership/service center. This place is phenomenal! We had some brake work done earlier in the year, and the work was professional, the price extremely competitive, and the staff treated us like we were family. Recently, my daughter went in with an oil light on, and again, they took care of her with the upmost of kindness, added oil to the engine, and didn t charge her! These people are simply wonderful! I am so very grateful as the people at New Canaan Foreign Car Service went above & beyond to help me. My Toyota Sienna had a near flat tire while I was visiting in town, and the many tire service centers couldn t fit me in for its repair for several days. I called New Canaan Foreign Car at 1:30pm, and they returned my call within minutes and said to bring the car in. They found a screw in the tire, repaired it and called me at 4:15pm on the same day to say the car was ready! They didnt have to do this, but they did, and even gave me a ride to where I was staying in town when I dopped the car off. Good, honest people who care about customers and know their business!Service: Tires

Took advantage of not needing my Fiat 500 during the quarantine to have some service done. The folks at New Canaan Foreign Car Service came and picked up the car, kept me well informed throughout the process, cleaned the car before returning it, and returned it right to my door. Everyone who I have dealt with at the shop is top notch -- friendly, responsive, knowledgable. We are so lucky to have this service in our town.

After years of taking my Mercedes to the dealer, I tried New Canaan Foreign Car. After repairs, my car that has almost 90k miles drives like brand new. What I liked most was the friendly and personal service. No long holds like working with the dealer. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had low batteries on 2 of my key fobs and was dreading going all the way to audi greenwich when I live in New Canaan. I called them and they were very polite and went in and the keys were swapped out within minutes! Great service and very efficient! I would definitely use them again!

New Canaan Foreign Car Service on Pine Street in New Canaan has excellent service on most automotive brands. When I needed advice about buying an Audi versus a BMW, they were available in person and by phone to offer advice and pricing information. They recommended I drive both cars before taking the automobiles to them. Although I grew up with Mercedes and prefer vintage Jaguars, I was looking for a less expensive car that's easy and fun to drive. They're always helpful with expert advice about all aspects of buying, renting and repairing automobiles both foreign and domestic. I highly recommend New Canaan Foreign Car Service to everyone I know.
