I've used Town Fair Tire for years and I've always gotten best service. I trust their knowledge and skill to give me the best quality for my family and not break my budget.Shout out to Warren and Angel and all the rest of the crew at the New Britain shop. Excellent work & Service year after year.

What a wonderful and knowledgeable group of gentleman! Each encounter I had with this shop s employees was pleasant and informational. The tire damage was assessed in a quick and efficient manner and they even dealt with the third-party tire insurance quickly. My tire was ordered Saturday morning and came in the same day but I had the work done on today. Once service was done, they even offered suggestions on what should be done next with my car. Very very grateful for their assistance.

Extremely professional and courteous. I didn't have an appointment and Ty was able to quickly fit me into the schedule on a busy Saturday. Highly recommend this location for your service needs.

Second time coming here to get 2 tires. It s never fun when you have to spend money on your car but it s not so bad when you are met with good customer service and fair prices. Warren and Ty were nice and helpful. They treated me kindly when I came in during their last hour of work and were able to get me what I needed. Warren made sure I was helped in a timely manner and Ty explained everything to me to make sure I understood my purchase and how important it is to come back for my torque check lol. Thank you!Also, be sure to purchase a warranty in case you get a flat tire. I previously had a flat tire with my last purchase and they were able to provide me with a new tire with no hassle.

I came to this location, which happens to be the one I always come to for tires. Angel and Tatiana at the front desk offer incredible customer service. I also appreciate being understood in my native tongue. I know a lot of people who do not speak English and the weight that's lifted off them when an employee can speak their language is amazing.

I have been coming to the New Britain Town Fair crew since the '90s and they have never failed me. This time Ty took good care of me, checked me in, and was super friendly. Angel was there, fielding questions and also helpful. I'm pretty sure he's been there for years and is always reliable. When my service was done I had a concern, so Warren was great and got Mike to drive my car and "feel" what worried me. After a thorough inspection he came back and assured me that all was good and there was nothing to stop me from making my annual drive to VA for Thanksgiving. Ty was there again at the end of the service to send me off. So sweet! Words cannot express how grateful I am to all these guys, who go out of their way to make me happy and comfortable. I will likely be coming here for another 30 years. Thank you!

Warren and his techs were on point! I had a flat on my Ram and they found the correct match and was back on the road right away!I would highly recommend you come in and watch how they take care of you!

I love this town fair tire. I ve been coming here for years, but today was exceptional. I scheduled an appointment but arrived 30 minutes early. Angel helped me, took me a little bit early and got me on my way. Great customer service!

I ended up ruining 2 brand new tires and destroyed my rim. Warren and Angel were able to order me a new rim and got it fixed for me before the weekend. They were quick, efficient and very kind. 5 stars all around

By far one of the best experiences I ve had at a town fair tire. This was my first time at this location, not only were they super helpful and informative with helping me decide which tires to get, but they also let me know issues they saw n fixed and they even helped me look for new rims will definitely be my new go to spot

Angel and his team over at town fair tire on east Main Street in new Britain CT were fast an efficient, I was in and out in less that 1 hour for a set of brand new tires, thank you guys I will be doing business here all the time.

I have been going to Town Fair Tires in New Britain CT for years they always do a great job..But I recently got work done on my new car. And Angel at Town Fair Tires ; in New Britain did a great job on my car..He s very knowledgeable and knows his Job Town Fair Tires in New Britain CT is a great place to get tires.. Everyone is great there Can t forget Warren he s the Manager; he s the best of the best .. Thanks Warren

They were very nice, did a good job. Got a new drivers side tire that had gone flat. Didnt push anything else on me which was nice and not typical when going to most auto places as a girl. 5 stars

I got stuck in a snowstorm inNew Britain with bald back tires. I needed to get back home to the shoreline. These fabulous folks replaced my bald tires quickly so I could get back home safely! Ty and Warren were a great help! Thank you!

I was in a very tough spot a couple months ago, my car was breaking down and I found that I had a tire that was unsafe to drive on. Angel at the New Britain location took care of me, and swapped the bad tire out for my spare first thing in the morning before I went to work. Very good customer service, very fast service, and all around helped me out when I was in a tough spot. Thank you!!

After a recent nail punctured my tire, I needed a new one. I didn t know what to do as often my father helps with these issues. Unfortunately, he moved to Florida and I was worried about what to do. Everyone at Town Fair Tire in NB helped me make a decision on the best tire for my vehicle. Ty was especially generous and assisted me a few minutes before that had to close. I didn t feel rushed at all. There guidance and honestly truly meant a lot to me. 100% recommend!

Use to be a great store every time I come. In there nothing but issues had an appointment for an alignment and then I get there and they said alignment tech went home so now Im screwed over last time I was had new tires installed the tech didn't put the tpms sensors in lied up and down he did Warren the manager checked turned out he didn't put them. Like I said nothing but issues with this location manager a great dude just seems to have clowns as employees

Ty and his team are amazing! They stayed open late when the tow truck didn t show and the next day found the the right tire and got it at west Hartford town faire. Ty made this all happen when I was going to have to get the right tire at another town faire! Ty went and got me a bottle of water when I was thirsty! They re very kind, reasonably priced - great shop I highly recommend this New Britain Town Faire! Also they have a fabulous waiting area with TV seats and a mini kitchen while you wait!

I recently had a flat tire after work. Warren and his team were able to repair the tire and get me back on the road in no time. Warren's pleasant manner and sense of humor made my New Britain Town Fair Tire experience exceptional, even near closing time. Great work!

Replaced my front tires here in 2022 and my rear times today. Ty helped me stay within my budget which I really appreciated. I was warned that they were short staffed and I waited about 2.5 hours. They do have some electric outlets in the waiting area so bring a charger if you need it. Dunkin and McDonald's are in the same plaza if you want to grab some food.

I had a very pleasant experience today over at the tire shop. Angel went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved. He explained the entire process to me and ensured that my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, schedule permitting. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Don t forget to ask for Angel when you call or go :-).
