The main reason for my giving Schaller Honda five stars today is because they kept their promise. I went in for a simple maintenance service oil filter and oil change as well as tire rotation. Not knowing how long the service would take I requested a shuttle service. Keep in mind this was my main reason for switching to Schaller from Manchester Honda. Shortly after arriving I met with a service advisor who was professional and polite he took in all of my information. I had mentioned that I had requested the shuttle service when I originally requested the service online. He indicated that either the shuttle driver will provide the ride or Uber would be used. In short an Uber driver brought me home. A short while later another Uber driver drove me to Schaller to pickup my car. With this quality of service how can you not give 5 stars! Thank you Schaller for not letting this customer down.Service: Auto maintenance

I spent well above the initial quote for a diagnostics, almost triple the amount to be exact, to not even be told what was exactly the problem. The short video they're supposed to give you doing the diagnostic, was literally 15 seconds long. The front desk girl Brittany waited to tell me they could not figure out the problem till the last min, exactly 10 minutes before their closing time, both days my car was there. Well that was another inconvenience as well. Very disappointed with the service. I wish I can get my refund since the diagnostic wasn't even preform completely, I could have gone somewhere else and probably got my car fixed with the amount of money I was charged. I sent a complaint on their website but no response back.UPDATE: I was lucky to get my electrical problem fixed by a great, honest and professional mechanic in town. I paid less than $200 to get my vans electrical issue resolve. That was the main reason I brong my van to your shop, but thanks for estimating my issue to be fix for 5k, that made me go seek second opinion. I will never go waste my money here again!

I had just bought my used car at a different auto place and was having a few problems. I called up Schaller and they said bring it down and I was in and out in five minutes. They checked my coolant levels and oil and assured me everything was good. I will definitely bring my car there if I need repairs in the future. They were very friendly and made me feel my car was safe to drive. Thank you Schaller! And no charge!

Awesome customer service, I especially love their shuttle service when you drop off your car...you don't have to be racking your brain how to get back to your location or have to sit and wait because of no ride to leave... thumbs up

Schaller Honda treated me well with my safety recall. They had a complimentary shuttle service and also performed a complimentary Multi Point Inspection. Thank you Scott, Nathan and Patrick.

Definitely pricey so would not recommend for people on a tight budget. Brian there was understanding and kind, but man did it take a long time so would not recommend if you're on a time budget also. Gave conflicting documentation at the end stating brakes had to be changed asap but on the checklist marked green for satisfactory (attached photo). All in all they are a big business looking to make a profit and the workers are doing their best.

I had inherited a 2008 Honda CRV that needs some love and attention.One item I needed right away, was a molding that goes on the top of the hatch. With out it there was a hole that exposed the interior of the hatch to water.I went to the internet and found Schaller Honda parts department phone number.The call was answered right away and I explained my needs to Joe. He knew exactly what i needed, checked availability then indicated that it had to be ordered and the cost.We placed the order and I didn't have to pre-pay, and Joe would call when in, which was about 7 to 10 working days.Schaller Honda is located basically across the street from Bee hive and New Britain High School Stadium .I was fortunate, there was no waiting. The area was very clean and organized. I Met Joe, he handed me my part and directed me to the cashier window.All the associates that I dealt with were very friendly and customer service oriented. Joe will be seeing more of me.Parts department was the only contact I've had with their Honda division, but if the service department is as customer oriented as their parts department, then what a great place for Honda owners.

1 hour and 35 min wait for an oil change and tire rotation with no one ahead of me and that was with an appointment. I was admittedly late for my appointment but like I said, not a single person ahead of me anyway.Lesson learned. I will gladly pay the $10 or $20 I saved and go to Firestone instead.

I was ripped off. What they told me needed to be done was bogus. Charged for a basic repair. Lots of labor cost. I was partially refunded, but I was still overcharged.

Super careless service. Oil change sticker was marked as a Honda without milage I was driving a Subaru and payed for the extra filter etc. Secondly got a tire rotation and the hubcap fell off within days. Brought my car in because there was a battery drain. Costed 140$ for the diagnosis. First they said it was a loose terminal. Battery drained still happened. Then they said it was my starter and was going to cost me around 700$. Decided not to let them work on it. After working on it myself, the issue came from a bad a/c fuse switch, that only cost 8$ to buy and fix. You would think they would check all the fuses before they decided to say it was a starter issue. If only I can get my diagnoses money back....
