I went the other day to get some parts for my car and this gentleman Joshua help me with the parts that I needed and even recommended which quality should I get depend on my driving habits. I m very grateful for his assistance, thank you!

I go to this NAPA on a regular basis, and I've been going here for decades.I am an ASE Master Technician and have had several area shops employ me and they used this store as their primary parts supply source. Not to mention that I live less than a mile from here.Recently, I had a minor issue. Long story short, I sent NAPA an email and then received a call from the manager, Crystal. I found her to be very helpful.Employees like her and Juan (whom I have dealt with several times recently while purchasing parts here on weekends) are part of why I continue to frequent this company. They understand the value of providing professional service and their actions show they value their customers.I know sometimes there are cheaper options out there, but I prefer to deal with NAPA parts professionals.What separates these guys from the other local stores?They stand behind the parts they sell. Sometimes there may be a quality issue with a part... It happens. I try to buy the better, higher quality items. They do cost a bit more, however, in the end, but I believe it is worth paying a little extra to do the job right the first time.It is a Major project getting rid of waste oil. I don't think they are prepared to take waste oil to this day, which is awful, since I buy so much oil from NAPA... Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing issue for years.Apparently, NAPA is no longer selling NAPA conventional oil, only a synthetic blend. Yet, another disappointment.I'm starting to like this place less and less - but there are still auto parts stores I actually dislike. I do still like NAPA.I do believe they should be a little better than what they have been.

Not willing to help a customer. Was looking to get a trailer hitch ans get it installed, called the store 3 times. The first time I called right after they opened, one man put me on hold, after a few mins someone else picked up, put me on hold again. I hung up cause I dont have all day to wait for them to play tag. Called again an hour later same thinf happened. If youre not willing to serve your customers then you don't deserve them. Autozone might have higher prices but its well worth their excellent service.

Just went on line to find break pads for a 2011 Cadillac CTS 4 & nothing came up for it. What kind of parts store doesn't carry all parts for a car .Duhhh.

OMG! The customer service skills of Crystal are Amazing . I walked in while she was on the phone took my order and helped another customer. I am in the service industry and when I see this kind of professionalism I truly respect it. Amazed!!!

Excellent service, friendly staff, I was surprised how items have gone up so much in price. I had a slow leak in a tire, a can of Fix A Flat cost $15! Times have changed

This Place is awesome. I bought a pair of headlights for my Honda civic which went bad in few months I didn't have the receipt for them but still an associate Juan helped me out and replaced for free as they carried 3 years warranty. And Juan's was so polite and humbled. Thanks all of them .

It's A Place With Car Parts That Go Threw A Slightly Better QC Process Than The Other Discount New Parts Venders. With 2020+ QC Being A Plague On Our Cars This Is A Better Line Of Hope VS the Big 3

Great customer counter service whether your a novice or a professional.For those that have SUV's with 15" rear wiper blades, NAPA was the only place I could get them right off the shelf. Other places either didn't carry them or special order.You can also save money by ordering on line and pick up at the store of your choice.I've shopped NAPA since they opened their first store in Bristol . Never have been disappointed.

If you go to this store have Jonathan help you. He went out of his way while I was working with another associate to help me with a question. I was looking for a part and he was very tech savvy to help me in the right direction.

Ordered parts to put on hold to pick up next day. It was supposed to be a break pads kit...they don't tell u online that the kit is really separate items . So when I went there to pick up my kit, surprise they didn't have something I needed for the job was not in stock. Was NOT a happy camper that day.

I still consider Napa one of the best auto parts stores. If a location does not have your part, chances are the warehouse will have it, and you might get it the same day if you order it early.

Depending on the time of day, it's a good place to get your automotive needs done,I was there today and got excellent service, I am very pleased with the end result.

Although there are signs at the door that masks must've worn they allowed a man without a mask to stand in line and took forever for him to get out of there. Never shopping there again.

I had good luck with this store this time,I have walked out because of the degree of socializing and not getting the line of customers moving.
