They were great, Efficient, effective and replaced my door mirrors and my coffee table glass in three days. They measured, made, and came back withthe materials quickly.

Zero Stars. Terrible customer service. First order never placed. I was quoted $50 for a replacement glass insert for an end table that I won t be making any money on because I have to order it when placing 1st order then again when reordering. On day of pick up was told $250 and I don t know who gave you that price . I would never say yes to ordering replacement glass for $250....the end table did not even cost that much. Then was told $150 when I did not agree to the $250. THEN Just to make the whole situation that much uglier the owner yelled out that my husband was cheap from a back room when he went in to pick up our end table and not the glass....as my husband was walking out. When my husband took a step back inside and confronted him he denied saying anything. Choice words were exchanged. The place and the owner are disgusting. I don t live in NB but still wanted to support a local business of the town I grew up in....HUGE mistake!

My uncle brought his car to this place cause it s local for us. He has a Honda Accord LX 2001. The job we needed done was replacement of the hinges or latches on the back windshield because water was getting in. What we thought would be not necessarily a easy but simple task turned into a difficult one. Instead, they broke the entire windshield and offered no assistance to us at all. It is on us and our problem now. They wanted to overcharge us 300 dollars for the job. My uncle ended up managing to pay 100 dollars to get the car out. It s frustrating that the people that caused the problem have no solution to fix it. Would like to let everyone know do NOT go to this place. You ll regret it.

We needed some new glass for a few older window frames in our three family house. I brought the windows in and The Glassman replaced the glass quickly and was priced right. This helped us and our tenants get their windows back in timely manner. Happy customer!

no star at all. Terrible service. All experience was terrible. That's what I can say only. add bill whatever they want. after install mirror, broken by themselves(install was wrong). they refuse to replace. If you want them, go for it. good luck.

After a minor delay in product delivery they stood behind their promise of service and called with an apology. Not many places will take blame rather than pass the buck. Kudos!

HAD A BAY WINDOW REPLACED / SPECIAL ORDERED AND INSTALLED QUICKLY, HE ALSO FIXED A BASEMENT WINDOW THAT HAD A CRACK , AND FOR SUCH A CHEAP PRICE. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND DONE CORRECT. IT HAS NOW BEEN A YEAR AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED AND AM THINKING OF HAVING HIM DO ANOTHER JOB CURRENTLY

Not so good in customer service, had issues with the order I made they got the wrong item for me. When I asked for receipt did not even get one, not even a small discount.
