My review may say 1 Star but that's because I can't give them a NEGATIVE 5 Stars. They were terrible! The guy that showed up on scene to my husband's accident was very rude to me. He also put all the garbage from the accident in our car! My husband was furious! When my husband went to get our things from our car the woman there was nasty to him. She told him she wanted him to sign some kind of paperwork before he took anything from the car because she wanted to get paid. Well so do we! She was offended when my husband said he needed to talk to our lawyer before signing anything. It was actually turning into an argument. They were a nightmare! They were totally unprofessional from beginning to end.

I had some body work done on my car while on a tight schedule. Not only did they complete the job expeditiously, but the quality of repairs were far better than I ever could have expected. I recently had issues with my A/C in my car and they took me in right away. I have been going to Gallo Auto for years and they are the most reliable, honest, and trustworthy auto mechanics around. The guy who picked up my car was very nice, but speaking to the guy over the phone to get information on my car, he was very rude and unprofessional. Never again. People tend to forget that you need other people as much as people need you in order to have a successful business.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Mr Gallo, a bit gruff as always. But his demeanor exemplifies their work. No extensive conversation, no inflated pricing. Gallo auto is a small hometown business you can trust.

On August 21, 2018 I was on my way home from NJ after picking up vehicles I purchased at an auto auction. I got hung up in NYC traffic and was unable to make it to an auto auction in New Britain, CT before closing time where I had one last vehicle to pick up. I looked around on google for a towing company to go and pick up the vehicle at the auction for me and have it sit in their lot so I could pick it up from them when I finally made it to New Britain around 7pm that evening. I found Gallo Auto LLC and gave them a call. The phone was answered by the owner of the business and I explained to him my situation. He then handed the phone off to his son to complete the call. I gave his son all my buyer information needed for them to get the vehicle from the auction house. I then told the son that I wouldn t be to town until 7ish and he said that was fine and to call when I am close so he could meet me at Gallo Auto LLC to release my vehicle to me. I was also told that they would only accept $70 in cash for the one mile tow which is a total Inconvenience because I then had to find an ATM. I called them at 7pm when I arrived and the phone was answered by the owner again. He said his son was not available to meet me at the shop like originally planned. Not only was he very rude and had an angry tone to his voice for some reason but he was extremely unprofessional as well. He stated on the phone that they were closed and that I needed to come back the next day. I told him that his son informed me earlier in the day that an after hours pick-up was fine with him and he d meet me at the shop. He then told me he didn t care that I was on my way home to New Hampshire and that I wasn t getting the vehicle until the next morning. I kindly and professionally explained my situation one last time hoping he would come through. I was then yelled and swore at on the phone. The owner of this business said the F word at least 6 times to me on the phone..... Whatever, I ll come f***ing meet you! ... this is f***ing bulls***! ... all this over seventy f***ing dollars ...I was completely blown away, as a business owner myself I would never swear in front of my customers let alone swear at them! I had New Britain PD come to the tow lot to ensure the safety of both parties during the transaction due to the disorderly behavior of this gentleman and the way he acted. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This was the absolute worst experience with a towing company I have ever had.0/5 stars!!!

David and Matt are skilled mechanics , painters and metal fabricators that can work on anything new or old. From vintage muscle cars to late model diesels , when I m in the shop you can see people trust them with anything and everything . Hard to find these days . Much recommended.

Charged me $600 and my car broke down the next day. Took it to a different shop. They fixed it right away for $300. I lost $600 because they didn't want to do the job correctly. I reccomend finding another place.

Called for emergency tow paid 110$ to have my car towed home driver was rude refused to drop vehicle in a safe area for other ppl in my complex to get thru ended up dropping car in tow zone and got my car towed by another company for him dropping it where he did after numerous request for him not to along with being met with a very nasty attitude for everything even threatened to take my car back to his shop because he was unable to put the car down and we couldn't decide if we wanted to risk putting the car where he insisted on putting it worst service I've ever used and rudest driver I've ever come across worst service I've ever paid for 0/5
