Needed a tire patched, they had me in and out and back on the road in about 30 mins, and the price was great!! Customer service was superb, just as overall great experience.

Literally top notch customer service. Came in for a full tire change. Car was taken in on time! They noticed that I needed my break fluid flushed and I couldn t afford to tac it on at the moment. I told them I d be seeing my personal mechanic tomorrow anyway. They told me it s a safety concern for them and they d do it for free. Take your service here!!

Everything went well. Easy to schedule appointment. Work done on time and done well (four wheel alignment). Service manager was competent, friendly, polite, and helpful. I would definitely come back and advise family and friends to do the same. Highly recommended!

They are always good about servicing my Jeep for easy maintenance like oil changes and more difficult jobs like changing my fuel injectors. Always quick, polite, friendly and thorough. I ll keep going back for all maintenance until my Jeep dies!

I have nearly always found staff at Firestone New Britain to be thoughtful and helpful. I have nearly always been very satisfied with the work they have done. In addition, I have found them on a few occasions to go beyond what was asked at no extra cost. My most recent visit was estimated to require half an hour, but actually required substantially less, so I was not charged for the extra labor.

Worst service in New Britain. Very very bad service.My appointment was @ 3.00 pm. I went @ 2.45 pmThen they told me I have to stay another 2 hours.I have replaced all the tyres from them.On my way I had flat tyre. When I went they need 1 hour.For one tyre sensor replacement $120 first day.After one week they asked $250Firestone use very bad parts for brake routers & pads.I have done one time brake replacement from Firestone another branch .Noisy ,if I break Shaking the car.

They literally can t do anything right. Always scamming people and recently find out that they put in my car battery the wrong way, A CAR BATTERY!!! These guys are the definition of morons.

They put the wrong oil in my friend's car last week (see pics) and also lied about her battery having acid on it despite the battery being clean. They also refused to show her the battery and said "nevermind there's no acid on it". On another note, their Bristol location quoted me $6000 for a $150 job I got done at another shop.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I do not recommend this chestnut street location to have work done at. Customer service is poor, work done had to be redone at another location, a OBD2 reader was stolen from my vehicle while work was being done. The store manager ray called me a liar when brought up and some suspicious footage caught on dashcam... go somewhere else.

My experience here was very positive. As soon as I walked I was greeted and asked how I was doing. I came in for an emissions test. I waited about 1/2 altogether. Not bad for a Saturday morning.

Had a previously positive experience here with an unrelated issue and thought I would give them more business. I needed an oil change. Price was excellent and was able to choose the day and time I wanted. Was in and out in decent time. Very happy and easily would recommend.

2 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment which I even arrived 20 minutes earlywow the low grade customer service, rude and no updates as the place got fuller and fuller of people.Definitely needs some customer service in this location. Definitely not returning to this location. I was taken care of by Michael/Mike he looks very miserable and unhappy too bad or he was having a bad day but since that s my impression of my experience I don t need to go back hereService: Oil change

My friend had an oil change at this location, they performed the oil change and did not put the cap back on as he was going to work on the highway, all his sensors were going ballistic, oil everywhere on the engine, he brought it back they said I m sorry .really?! That could have been catastrophic, also I got new tires for my truck I called MULTIPLE times to see if it was ready not one person answered years before that I needed a tire balance they said 2 days .I took it down the street 1 hour max..patheticServices: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

Mike and Grant took great care to get me the tires I wanted and to get them installed in a timely manner.Very friendly and great service, I can't speak for all locations but the New Britain Firestone has earned my trust and my tire business.

Beware buying tires here and having rotations. This store does not check condition of tires, as they should, when doing rotations. I went to this store wednesday night to get a rotation. They rotated my tires with this poor condition unsafe to drive tire!! I went there complaining of a rumbling noise. A couple days later (friday night) I did an alignment at Cromwell store who also failed to see the poor condition of this tire. It was Volkswagen dealer the next day who noticed a tire full of bubbles and damage that was rubbing against the shocks that was causing this rumbling sound all week. It is mind boggling to myself and volkswagen how Firestones could allow my car to leave the shop with tires in such poor condition, about to burst at any time. Firestones should ashamed of their so-called technicians that neglect to do their job. Luckily I didn't crash and hurt myself or other people in my car. Town Fair Tire for example would NEVER let this slip by their line of sight for example, the condition of a tire.

They messed up alignment by not tightening some bolts in my truck, it took $180 diagnostic fee at dealership to find out what s knocking in right front quarter, then they couldn t find time to fix it even though I showed up at scheduled time, I wish I never purchased lifetime alignment, we ll there are other Firestone shops!

Good for the most part. After car emissions test, took awhile until I noticed car back in lot in new spot and went to counter before they returned keys.Took almost 2 hours for tire fix that couldn't be done so replaced tire. They didn't give me any tire choice & they added road hazard protection without asking. (Likely worth keeping)

My tire went flat so i pulled over to nearest station for last minute service at the end of the day. The team took me in immediately and diligently tried to repair my tire (watched on the monitor in lobby). Very friendly all around team. They ended up putting my spare on and took the time to discuss safety with me in driving on my spare. Mike the manager was great and discussed various options with me and offerred to match or beat any price I could find on tires. Great experience!Service: Tires

BEWARE!!! Inexperienced technicians!!!The belt fell off my car, I brought it to these guys and they told me my AC compressor was putting too much pressure on the belt and made it slip off. They wanted $1000 for a new AC compressor and belt. I didn t have the money at the time and asked them just to put the belt back on.I was told not to use my AC because my belt will come off again.Long story short, my belt tensioner went bad. $75 bucks and 3 bolts. My friend did it in 30 mins .Haven t had a problem since, and my AC is still ice cold..

If I could have ranked then 0 stars I would have but I was forced to leave 1 to write this. They let you make appointments online and select your service, which seems great until you show up to your appointment and they tell you they can t do a simple oil change. I went online and booked an appointment for a simple oil change, got a confirmation email and then was told when I showed up at the place that they called multiple times to tell me they couldn t do it. One - don t let people book appointments online if you don t have availability. Two - they never called multiple times because I only have one number and received no phone calls and no voicemails. I have gone here before for oil changes and tires but there are so many other places in New Britain, I m happy to go support another business with better practices and better customer service.

Firestone in Enfield Connecticut is not a good Firestone, they're liars. I brought 4 new tires they only balanced 2 tires. Told me I didn't need brakes but I did. Told me I needed an axle bit I didn't.

I purchased a plan for free tire rotation and alignment. I came in for the first rotation and balance - they didn t do the alignment because you didn t say that . I came in and said I had the lifetime balance plan. The 30 minute trip turned into almost 90 minutes.I felt like I was bothering these employees the whole time I interacted. I will drive the extra distance to find a more customer friendly store in the future. I will also be sure to clarify balance AND alignment.

I came here to have two tires mounted on rims for my vehicle. These were walk ins, I didn't bring the car, only the Rims and Tires I purchased else where. Maria, their service writer greeted me shortly after walking in the door and was able to get what I needed done quickly and at a great price. The techs also were quite nice as I was waiting outside of one of the service bays to get my tires, he asked if I needed help and was able to assist me with rolling the tires out of the bay. All around great service and I am very pleased with this location. Thanks for the great service!
