Warning Please consider purchasing a vehicle from a creditable used car dealer. Female sales rep was unprofessional and unfit to provide proper customer service. Misrepresented sales contracts lead to $5,000 in "fees" rather than put as the down payment which it was intended.I was sold a car with a cracked transmission that the dealer sealed and sold with out informing me. Later I was accused of sealing the transmission myself. Went 3 weeks with out a car or a rental car (which was included in the warranty). All this lead to $600 out of pocket repairs for a new transmission.Like I said, there are plenty of creditable dealerships in New Britain. Please be smart when shopping for your vehicle.

If I could give this place a zero rating I would. My daughter bought a car here 2 months ago. We were told by the salesman the car was all set and the mechanic went through everything. I asked if the fluids were changed and he said yes. After a test ride there was a rattle and it was a loose heat shield. They took it in and allegedly fixed it. Since we have had the car, I changed all of the fluids and none had been changed. The transmission fluid was brown and smelled burned. All the other fluids had not been changed in a long time. The battery terminal was corroded, the battery was 5 years old, the spark plugs were old, the spark plug wires needed to be replaced, the power steering lines were leaking and the valve cover gaskets needed to be replaced. Forgot to mention there is a misfire at cylinder one. Now the heat shield is rattling again. The car is now in the shop getting fixed. The shocks are worn and the control arm bushings are dried and rotted. I don t know if the mechanics are blind but this car is not all set and does not meet minimum safety requirements. The salesman was all proud of himself because they replaced the brake pads and rotors. Stay away from this place because they are full of S#@T

Sold me a car without a horn. Everytime I have called Lisa I get the run around. They checked my car telling me they have to order the part. Never called me to get it fixed even after I called 3 times and her response I can see what I can do. How can you say a car is safe to drive without a horn in it?? And say it's safe to drive on the road. If you get a car from there check every single thing before you sign for it. Because they will not fix it. Now I have to get a horn installed with my own money even though it should have been handled by this establishment. Never again will I come here. They claim to help you but they don't honor anything they say. very unsatisfied customer

I bought my car from peter it was a 2008 gmc Acadia the front bumper was damage an He promised that it would get fixed he even signed a piece of paper Gave me aCopyI no longer have the carNever got the bumper fixedEvery time I called Lisa to leave a message with Pete I never got a call backI would also get the run-around every time I called Lisa to get the car fixed. Transmission also went after a couple months of having the car. I would never buy from this place worst experience ever. I left peter almost 100 message an i never got a call back. Lisa was very rude everytime i called to either to talk to peter or to fix the car.

Do not buy from this dealership. I still owe $5,000 on a car I no longer have. The transmission blew after 2 years and the car had problems from the very first day I took the car home. They will check off everything on the checklist but please inspect before you sign, I had an old battery they had to change the 1st day. Oil leaking and the car smoking the very first week. Lisa enjoys gaslighting her customers. Save your money

I am very very very happy with the experience I had with this company. My car broke down on the highway on my way to work and I was recommended Central Auto to see what I can do to get another vehicle. I was helped by Lisa whom was fast and on point with everything. My credit was not the best but not the worst, and she still got me back on the road for work again by the end of the week. I recommend anyone that is curious or doubtful about their credit history to just come in and ask questions and you just might be surprised by an approval. No, I did not get paid to write this and no one has me tied up. All I'm saying is you owe it to yourself to give them a try. Good day!

This is the way a dealership should be ran! Lisa and Peter are the best in the business when it comes to cars and customer service. The catered to my every need and even went out of there way to find me the right car for me and my family. I m on car number 2 from them and car number 1 is still on the road right now. I will be back for a third no doubt about it. Love you guys thanks for putting my needs and family first.

Sold me a car without a horn. I have contacted them numerous times to fix this issue and never get a call back. Way to go selling a car to a woman with a child and the car is not safe without a horn. After contacting Lisa and getting the run around for almost 4 months now I might as well do it myself. Unreliable and horrible service. Not everything is about making a sale. And if you do make sure you sell a car that has everything in it. I was told they were going to order the horn. Instead of going to the two auto stores here in town that have the horn for the car, they chose to give me the run around instead. If you get a car from here make sure you check if it has all the important peices. Because they will not fix it and give you the run around I would rate you zero stars if that was an option. Poor customer service.

The buying process was great. Super easygoing and to be honest was a breeze especially at the start of the pandemic. I should ve known it was too good to be true. The car I was sold, within one year had to have ignition coils replaced, a serpentine belt replaced, and now a serpentine belt tensioner replaced. When I went in to let Lisa know what had gone on throughout the year I was told You bought a used car, did you not think anything would go wrong with it? Now here s the thing, of course I did, but it wasn t just wear and tear. The ignition coil went not even a month after purchasing the car. That should ve been checked before I even drove off the lot. The serpentine belt as well as the tensioner should ve been checked as well, especially considering those parts go around 90k miles and I bought the car at about 93k miles. Now at 103k miles, I m $700 into repairs, that should ve been done before I drove off the lot. I was then told before leaving have the mechanic you're getting repairs done with call the warranty company and see if it s covered. That should ve been done, or a courtesy call, or even offering to take a look at the car. Unfortunately that wasn t the case. So if you re up for spending hundreds on repairs after buying a car here have at it. If not, save yourself. Don t go here.

Worst dealer. They're warranty was horrible, didn't cover anything. The fees they put add a few thousand to the car. They lied about the price of the car I wanted then sold me a more expensive car than I wanted. Inefficient buying process. After dealing with that, the car ended up breaking down. Minor issues take a few days to fix. Personal experience: went when they opened and no one was there, left for a couple hours and the lady was just getting there, and lied to my face and said she'd been there since they opened. The bank they use doesn't allow refinancing. Better off taking your money else where.

lisa is extremely unproffessionl, rude and nasty. she lies to your face, makes it seem fast and easy to leave with a car only to find out a week later your transmission is blown and she going to say try to see if warrantly will repair not sure maybe you drive crazy... like what. then my ignition went out as well.,, the starter and the car was turning off while driving!! she would purchase cars from the auction without repairing then selling knowing they are messed up, she knows your going to come back so she offers her mechanic. DONT NOT GOO HERE

I went to Central Auto Sales to check on buying a car after my engine blew. Both Lisa and Pete helped me find the vehicle I wanted and Lisa helped me through the financing process which turned out to be a lot easier than I originally thought. In 3 days I was happily driving my "new" used car. Thank you Lisa and Pete!

Worst experience buying a car ever. I was sold a car that needed work already( not to my knowledge) especially since all their vehicles are road ready, I kept calling to get the work done but never received a call back. Then when I finally discovered what was wrong with the car it s self I called the dealer for some type of reimbursement and I was told it s hard to believe I drove around with the vehicle needing work for 2 months and that I couldn t get ahold of anyone. That was the first problem after that the car randomly disabled its self because of an after Market security system which they never even told me about, once again I had to come out of pocket for that too. This dealership is very unprofessional and instead of trying to fix problems they run away from them. I ve been calling for the last 3 days and have yet to speak to neither one of the sales people even though Lisa sits at the desk all day. The warranties they tell you about cover nothing. I would not shop here unless it s a last resort option.

ANYWHERE ELSE but here. They sold me a car 18 months ago. At the time of delivery they could not find the car title so they gave me a dealer plate. After multiple requests, still no title. 4 days ago I moved out of state and had to have the title to register the vehicle. Lisa refused to return my calls and Pete wouldn t even answer a text message. I had to pay to have the car towed. Oh, did I mention that Lisa and Pete are family? Simply unreal.

I purchased a vehicle here and it was the biggest mistake of my life. They are very friendly and seemed to be very helpful when they are trying to get you to buy something but as soon as you sign that paper they're very rude and unhelpful. I never received my 2nd set of keys for the vehicle Which I called about on several occasions and they gave me the run around so I had to go out and purchase a $120 key unchipped. I was also told that I was getting a 3 year agreement but turned out to be a 3 and a 1/2 so really pay attention and make sure you read any paperwork you sign. The vehicle in question was sold to me with some issues that they were obviously not honest about But it's all good they gonna make their money. I should have known something was up when I heard the way they were talking about their customers right in front of me. Imagine

Was really nice and cool when they were trying to get me into a broke Acura TL then to find out its having issues a month in having the car it got a check engine light on and was sold as is nothing was done to the car Lisa tried saying it got a oil change but Pete told me it was done when he went to go get the car and I also checked the day I test drove. I missed apt do to my work schedule and the only apt times they have is 10 for me I can only bring my car in on Mondays and if it s not first thing then I m out of luck won t be getting another car here.

I was one of Lisa customer's she for me did a lot when I got my MVP vehicle it was giving me trouble she fixed all I had wrong with it she made sure I was safe in the road plus made sure the vehicle had no issues I would go to her anytime very nice family and good dealer when u don't really have the best credit plus building ur credit plus paying the vehicle you purchased from the will up ur credit at the same time.very good people just don't believe everyone that put bad report because they do all for u and help u getting a vehicle

We Thank you Lisa!! You guys really stand by your word! Our 2014 Honda Civic transmission went called lisa she told me to get it there they fixed it under warranty no questions asked!! If anyone has something bad to say about this place then we dont know the whole story!!! We Love you Lisa Thanx again for everything Jodi-N-Mike They also did an oil change and a couple of other things that needed it no extra charge

I love this dealership lisa always been a sweetheart and very helpful got my 2013 kia optima and haven't had a problem with it and got my 2014 subaru crosstrek and never had a problem with it and I just got my 3rd car from her a 2011 Mazda 3 and I'm so happy to have got my cars from here a recommend this dealership 100% thanks Lisa

I m making a complaint, I m not mention names but my brother have purchase a car from you guys and the 1st the car was in the shop you guys erase the code on my brothers car to make it seem like everything is okay then 2 weeks later his car his back in the shop and on top of that you don t have dealer plates so he can use a car for the time being to run his errands, you guys are trash and I def won t be buying anything from your dealership I rather go to make brand dealerships at least I know if something goes wrong with my car I know I could get a rental until all the issues of the car is fix.

Do not do any business with these people. Please read all the reviews about this company. I have filed a K-35 with the DMV against them. They seems nice at first and then they show their true colors. You have rights. They refused to give me back my deposit then peter claimed that he never told me that I couldn t have it back. He supposedly mail me back my deposit and I m still waiting. I called him and he said that I will get it when I get it. My co workers were listening in and they were socked that this man owns a business. I did everything to try to get money before I had to get the DMV involved. When you talk to them on the phone make sure you have witnesses because they will lie to you. BAD DISHONEST DEALER.
