Really disappointed at how poorly my car was repaired. Not one panel that was replaced lined up and multiple panels were painted over pre-existing issues when it was there for these issues to be fixed. The response was "sorry we couldn't meet your expectations" and "I hope you find somewhere to make you happy" as if asking for things to be assembled properly, fit, and be generally decent is too much to ask. Also came back with front camera issues so now not only does almost everything need to be redone, other issues need to be repaired as well after repeatedly saying that my concern was that the car was done well and not what it cost, and that I didn't want to have to go back to address any issues down the road. Now here we are.

These guys are the best at Papa's Auto Body. They know how to take care of their customers. I had a big scratch on the door of my black Chrysler 300. I was stressing out over what this could cost. The manager Marty looked at it, brought out his paint guy Darren (I call him the doctor) for a second opinion. Not sure what he used but he opened up his doctors bag and went at it for a few minutes. The scratch was gone I was happy and all was good. There was no charge for this which caught me off guard. Papa's knows how to take care of their customers. Nothing but thanks to these guys and Papa's.

Hi I had a ding in in my rear quarter of my 2015 Sublime green Hellcat the body shop at Papas dodge removed the ding with no paint work. I can not find where the ding was.Fantastic job. working with Frank Papa was great I highly recommend Papas body shop.

They did an excellent job repairing the damage to my wife's SUV, I will always use them in the future for all my auto body needs, plus reccomend them to family and friends..

Took my wife's car here after it had been in a pretty bad accident. They did the body work but never sent the car to a mechanic. Turned out the suspension was bent, the axle was damaged and a check engine light involving the gas tank appeared. They sent my wife who is nurse with MS home in a dangerous car even after I pointed out some of these issues.

They corrected the paint on my quarter panel and right hand door. The color was an exact match and I couldn t ask for more.
