They put the cheapest brake pads, charged for good quality pads. Then after a month I had t change it anyway. After a visit when I was changing pods, I had to change caliper. It was working just fine before visit. Do not recommend visiting that place for any repairs.Unfortunately they came recommended from my friend.

Auto One is the easiest I have worked with. I ve had multiple services done and every time they delivered 100%. People are amazing and make the process really smooth. Very knowledgeable and resourceful which makes it easier for the customer. They go above and beyond for their customers and try to help as much as possible. I am new to this area of CT and did not have a "go-to" auto repair shop. I found this place and tried it out based on their reviews. The owner did the work on my car, I needed a new clutch for my 5-speed. Despite being short staffed they got me in within a week and even finished several hours early. Not only that, but I have an issue with my exhaust that they diagnosed, showed me, and thoroughly explained. The woman who does the scheduling was great and I was shown all of the parts that were replaced. Additionally, the owner did a thorough check on my vehicle and explained everything. I already plan to go back and have the rest of the work my car needs done there.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

I ve been to many car mechanics and I can honestly say I ve never been fully satisfied. At Auto One, everyone here is so friendly and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to assure you drive away with a working car. With many places, the wait time is very long, while here they keep to your appointment time and work in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend coming here to anyone!

Took my car here to get my axle fixed. They were so friendly and helpful from the time I called in to inquire about pricing. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off. Will definitely go back.

I called the day before and the receptionist was able to give me an appointment the very next day. The Receptionist and Mechanic are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! Great prices too! I will be using them in the future to work on my car! Best garage! Trustworthy and the one you can depend on! Owner is very knowledgeable, giving you very best service with complimentary safety check and advice. No hidden agendas. My bet this would be the fastest growing auto service in CT! They are getting busy - the word is spreading.

I am so glad I decided to get my car done here!! I was having some car troubles, and I called for an appointment and they were able to take me the next day!! Great service, couldn't be happier. Highly recommend it to anyone, super friendly as well.

Got brakes and rotors done here. They were pleasant and friendly however it took hours to get the job done. I went in at 830a and my car wasn't done until 5p. A dog was also running around wily nily. Now don't get me wrong..I love dogs but it could be off putting to some ppl. I'd recommend if you're in a tight spot and your usual go to place isn't available

I was looking for a repair shop close to my new residence and called for an appt. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. She offered me an appointment the next day. I was very pleased with the quick diagnostic and repair. Prices very reasonable and fair. Will definitely be going back for future services!

Oh man I used to really like this place but alot has change. since they received the trust of the community they have become very sly they made my vehicle unsafe in an attempt to get us to go back to them for services. I'd never go back or send anymore people to them.They cut so many corners charge alot&take a very long time doing so no straight answers no consideration I payed almost 400 &basically had to beg for them to test drive it because when I pulled in my driveway literally 2 streets away my vehicle stalled. Ugh just so much I recommend diamond Brite if I could've gotten my vehicle to west main I would've Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

These guys were unbelievable. My car had broken down on the side of the highway and I slowly drove over to them hoping they could help me. Within 45 minutes my car was fixed, and they were incredibly generous. I'm so moved by their professionalism and kindness.
