If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The level of "customer service", if you could even call it that, is disgusting at this place. Guy with the white beard and the guy with the longer hair should not be interacting with people. I was harassed about a return, for which I had a receipt for and the item was unopened. Then, they refused to print me a return receipt. The unkempt guy with the shaggy beard then just walks away without saying a word and proceeded to answer the phone while ignoring me. The guy with the white beard continued to give me an attitude and finally prints the receipt from a printer in the back. I never encountered such rude and disrespectful store clerks. People should steer clear of this location and I hope this spot gets shut down. What a disgrace.

I called here while heading over to the store hoping that they would have the fuel pump I needed for my car, but no such luck.They guy at the counter was terrific and explored all avenues with me.It is a very old car, so the part was not in stock. If I had the time (which I did not), they could have ordered it.The store looked clean and well organized.

Just quickly came in to pickup an online order and no hello or how can I help you? The customer shouldn t have to greet you first. Come on people this is customer service 101.

The store is never open on the hours that it's supposed to be open. They say 9:00 you get there at 9:15 an the store still not open every time I come to this store or send other people to the store they're never open. Horrible customer service even when they are open.

Excellent phone response.Excellent customer service and knowledge.Excellent product availability.The only negative is a small parking lot and trying to gain access to Veterans Drive.Terrible blind spot to the left and speeding traffic from the right.This is not the fault of Advanced Auto, but a poorly designed street.I have purchased parts from here before and have not been disappointed.It's worth the trip and the inconvenience of Veterans drive.

Had to replace the battery in my wife's Firebird. Had exact battery needed and was in and out quickly. Excellent staff.

Great service... the lady was very nice and did exactly what we needed her to do . Looking up the parts we needed was a breeze and she was quick too. The store was clean and very well kept.

Awesome store but since they're not a full store, they have limited parts, items and services compared to the one up the road a bit in New Brite plaza.

Ordered some parts on line and they reached out to me when the parts was ready. Being a member has perks like a percentage off your online orders which is cheaper then walking into the store.

Went the to advance yesterday around 4:30 pm . 3-26-19 and when i was waiting for the part i order I tried to start a conversation with the staff guy. Behind the counter and was giving me sarcastic answers i notice right away and ended conversation Im a hispanic man and truly showed this man was racist and disrectful .They where 2 men one with dark hair tall .he treated me fairly ,but the 50ish gray white ..man was the one.Just for being disrecpectful I ill never shop there again at Advance in veterans dr.New Britain,conn.

Will not be back. Tried to return a 5 month old car battery, did not provide the correct 'receipt' and was out $200. Thanks for the assistance!

This location almost always has the parts you're looking for and very well trained staff they are very knowledgeable in the parts that they carry and or can get and very courteous! Highly recommend as a parts store

I like the way this Advance Auto is managed. I had great luck with purchasing brake pads and rotors for my 1999 Mercedes E 320,very cool,saved me hundreds as oppose to going to a Mercedes Benz dealership.

Average auto parts store, but when they have to order something it can take up to a week to get it. Napa has a local warehouse that almost ALWAYS has your part and you will get it the same day.

The worst place to buy parts .I have priced brake parts to suspension parts there off the hook. But they get it.dealer n others cheaper. I'd search first
