It's better to order online so you can get the extra discount. And just go to the store and pick it up if your computer savvy. If it doesn't work for you the just simply go to the store and they will be happy to look up your part and provide you with the best customer service possible.

Will not return. Went to the Advance in Newington for a torque wrench loaner and was told that they were out, but the one in New Britain had 3. Went there and was told that they don t rent out torque wrenches. I told them that I ve rented one from the location in Newington before and how they said the New Britain location had 3 available. Finally was able to get one, but it clearly had been abused and was off by 15 ft-lbs. I was also just given a regular receipt as opposed to a rental receipt, so I m not certain they will accept the return, which I tried to do at 6pm on a Sunday only to find the store closed already despite the posted closing time of 8pm. Advance ought to close this location down as an embarrassment to the brand.

Great Team and Great Service. Extremely knowledgeable team members helped me out when Autozone could not. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I would like to give a big shout out to the store manager Miguel for installing the battery in my car like a Pro, in less than 10 minutes had me back on the road. Thanks a lot.

FYI you can drop off packages for ups as long as they already have the shipping label. Besides that I ve never needed to come into this store but it seems to have a lot of auto parts here.

Staff has no clue on how to read because not once or twice but 3 times gives the wrong part , customer waited 3 hours longer than it should have taken . Thank you for losing a good customer cause of advance auto go to Napa and save money and headaches

I wouldn't buy a quart of oil from this place the manager that was working there a few years back was awful very miserable did not seem to like his job very much. The lines are long understandably that's good that they're busy but five workers and no one at the registers trying to ask them a question is a waste of time none of the employees are knowledgeable or know anything about automotives . Very sad if I was the manager of the store a lot of person I would be fired. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Hopefully they get that store in order and have some employees with Automotive experience in the near future

Horrible place! I won't ever return. The treatment I received was degrading. It's 2016 women work on cars just as much as men and the gentleman helping me didn't seem to realize that instead he just starred at me like a piece of meat. Also this was not the first time this occurred.

I get a lot of discount offers which I always put to use, parts are always available and I end up getting free perk money which I actually got and used $10 today

Decent prices but you can save 20% if you order online and pick up in store, or free shipping to home for orders over $25.

They won't ever see my face there. I went here to change my front pads and rotors under warranty due a squealing noise. The manager John without even check them closely he said there is no problem with them and he couldn't do anything about it. I explained to that the front rotors were glazed and that was the cause of the squealing noise. He told me the glazed was due to a frozen caliper even that the brake pads had normal even wear. I told him that I am Master Auto Tech and this is my career, let him know that I know what I was talking but he said no and no. I currently a Master Auto Tech and Undercar Specialist, and I am certified to due warranty for Chrysler, GM, Ford and Toyota. Plus I am a Massachusset and New York Vehicle Inspector. Plus I inspect resale vehicles. I work for a Fleet Vehicle Repair and I work with all kind of Makes and Models. Finally I went to another Advance Auto Part and they change the front rotors and pads with no problem. As long John is there i won't ever go back.

I enjoy shopping online because they offer a 20% discount. They also consistently have the lowest prices. I certainly recommend them.
