Great experience. They were able to squeeze me in during one of their busiest times of the year, were able to order the exact tire I needed within 1 day, and I paid a price I was happy with. They even filled my tires that had low pressure. I would definitely recommend going here for tires if you re in the area.

I went to Naugatuck tire last year to solve a problem with my Sprinter and was so impressed with the service that I went back yesterday to buy new tires for my RAV4. The price was the same if not cheaper than the big name stores and the tires had a longer warranty. Brad waited on me both times I was there. He is personable, knowledgeable and a non corporate type. In other words a real person that you could connect with. This is now my go to store involving anything to do with tires.

Best tire shop I've ever used. Honest pricing, no BS, prompt, and courteous service. Bought 4 new tires yesterday. In and out in less than 1 hour at a great price. Also, this summer I tried to "save money" by buying tires online and having my local mechanic install/balance them. The tires were improperly balanced, and after I gave my mechanic two attempts to fix the problem, I decided to take it to Naugatuck Tire. They balanced all 4 tires perfectly in less than a half hour. They confirmed the tires were not balanced correctly. As soon as I got on the highway, I could tell the shaking was gone. I will never try to cut corners again, and will always be happy to bring my cars there for tires/balancing.

Tuesday 21st, I went here to get my front car tires replaced. They took the car from me to do the tire replacements and they called me the next day telling me that I can pickup the car. When I go pickup the car I see that they have visibly damaged the fender of the car as if they crashed it into a wall or another vehicle in the shop. I ask them about the damages and they state that they weren t the ones responsible for the damages and state that the car was like that when I delivered it to them. This is a lie as if my car were damaged before I sent it in for tire replacements, The supervisor tells me that he s going to be looking at the surveillance camera footage of what exactly happened with my vehicle, but following that interaction, I never hear from him again. I filed a report with the police telling them everything that has happened in detail. Absolutely putrid disgusting customer service. Very rushed for no apparent reason. Disrespectful to customers. Would not recommend their service to even my enemies.

Had a nail in tire and needed it patched my review will change next visit depending on the service I receive store closed at 1pm and I arrived at 1105isham was taken care of around 1130am and out the door by 1145. Real quick service for a tire patch. Left a tip for fast service. When I do decide to get some real service and purchase tires we shall see if they're as quick to get me in and out the door. But seeing the good rating they had I decided to stop in here rather than the tire place just down the street. Dude that works here was friendly and real quick to see how he can help me when walking in rather than some places that will have you waiting more than 2 minutes to attend to you. So that should say a lot about the customer service here. Thank you for the service.

I had purchased 4 new Cooper Discover tires for my Subaru Outback on 1/16/23 - Monday. Brad and his crew thoroughly assisted me with the many questions I had. Definitely go local and purchase tires from Naugatuck Tire & Automotive. They're knowledgeable and professional.

Incredibly, honest service. I went in with a nail in my tire and they told me it didn t go all the way through and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Couldn t have asked for a better experience, this is the place to go!

I've gone here a few times over the years to get a tire patched or to get new tires completely. They have the best prices and can always get me in quickly. They do a great job.

This place is a joke. I tried to support a local business and purchased 4 new tires here on June 14th, spent $900. When I pulled out of the shop my car sounded like it had no exhaust on it. Turns out they used their lift wrong and broke part of my exhaust which they told me could possibly have been from their lift but was bound to happen from rust under the car. I had it repaired which also cost me $900 and the shop I went to confirmed the lift at the tire place definitely broke the piece. I tried for a week to get in touch with the owner and was ignored. I contacted the better business bureau and they were ignored by this business too. I was willing to take even half of the money to reimburse me for the damage they did to my car but they never gave me the time of day. Now I'll make sure everyone I know never gives them any business ever again. Should have just gone to Firestone or pep boys- lesson learned.

Tires were leaking. Paid to reseal them with credit card.Tires continued to leak brought the car back a few weeks later and they told me they were never re-sealed.Basically, paid the first time for nothing and was charged again, because I didn t have the receipt from the first time.Terrible customer service Don t buy anything there

Josh and his team gave me the best service I could have asked for. Very respectful people and true craftsmen of their trade. I was very impressed how Josh and his team helped me. They even saved me money and pointed out that I didn't need to buy a new rim. Definitely will be going back and making sure I spread the word about their impeccable service. Thanks again.

Great place! Locally owned! I really liked that I explained to them that my car was a lease and that I just needed new tires till the lease ends and they didn't try and sell me tires I didn't need. He was honest and said that if I am not keeping the car then I could go with less expensive tires. They were not trying to sell me tires I did not need. Highly recommend for their honesty!!

These guys are awesome. I've been coming here for the last 13 years and they're always quick, efficient and friendly. Prices are fair and they're just an all around pleasure to deal with. 10/10 recommend.

Honest small business. Been coming here for years. Owner is so nice and customer focused. He'll pick you up at your house if needed. Prices are about the same as online. Support them.

I was shopping around for some tires and after a few phone calls to various shops I choose Economy Tire & Brake mainly because of how friendly, professional and eager to help the manager (Nick) was. I needed to visit this shop twice in two weeks and both times I received nothing short of excellent service. The first time I needed a tire for my Audi. Since those tires are not readily available, Nick went out of his way to get it as soon as possible. He made communication very easy, he responded to my texts quickly and kept me updated. The second time around they changed 4 tires on my other car. The mechanics did an excellent job . The whole process took less than an hour. Both times they went above and beyond for me .

After doing some comparison shopping I came here first for a tire repair and an estimate, then new tires. I was very impressed with the timeliness of service, knowledge, and friendliness of the service manager. I thought I had a problem 2 days later and he went above and beyond to make sure it wasn't an issue related to the tire installation.

What great place.. Brad the manager is fantastic! They dont upsell u at all, are honest and if ur a new customer or loyal customer they treat u the same.. if u have any tire needs stop here!

Highly do not recommend this place, brought my toyota in for an alignment and there was an unexpected price increase which I questioned, owner and staff immediately got hostile and i was cursed at and neglected as a customer! Very poor business and if you re a customer who doesn t like being verbally assaulted then Avoid this place!!

I went there to fix a problem with my valve stem. The manager was friendly and helpful, and the mechanic had the stem replaced in less than 15 minutes. He then balanced the air pressure in all four tires. It was a very pleasant experience.

Went shopping around to compare prices and I could not be happier with the people at tire pro , they are very respectful and polite and they did NOT try to rip me off like the people at Town Fair Tire that told me that I needed new tires because it was vibrating in the front. When I came to see them here they told me that I still have a while before I need new tires that all I need is a balance of the tires and that saved me alot of money. They will always get my business and I drive all the way from West Haven to see them !

Helpful staff. Went over choices of tires and prices. Prices were a better value then other places i looked for tires. After the tires were installed went over the warranty in detail. Highly recommended if your looking for tires.

yo, I called them up real late on a saturday, like, 30 minutes before they closed. I showed up maybe 3 minutes after closing time, and Paul, who I can only assume is the manager took care of my tire change. Incredibly great service, better-than-walmart prices, took about 10-15 minutes, I just sat and relaxed for a bit. Can't wait to get another flat so I can give these guys more money.

4 new tires today. They went out of their way to get me the tires I wanted & didn t try to sell me anything else! Very helpful and quick! Price was comparable to Walmart for the same tires. Very happy!

The owner is a small little guy who is very bitter and mean . He acts like he is doing you a favor, you are wasting his time buying from him and is very temperamental...emphasis on mental .All I wanted was 2 front tires. He made it so difficult to deal with; it was like pulling teeth . He is very curt , no customer service skills and the place is overpriced compared to other venues. First and last time here. You have been given some good advice not to cater this place.

Courteous and professional staff. Fast tire service. I stopped in here without an appointment to get a tire mounted, balanced, and installed. Waiting area has free WiFi. I was out in under 30 min. Would definitely use again.

I want to support local business. This is the main reason I went to this tire shop. At first, the guy at the counter, who is not the owner, seemed very knowledgeable and nice. I bought 4 Cooper tires from him. The tires have 45 days returned guarantee by Cooper. I now called him back and inquired about the warranty because I am not happy the way the tires handle when turning corners. The same guy at the counter was sarcastic and rude. The way he spoke to me over the phone totally changed my opinion about him and about the business. I called back on February 2nd and the same guy refused to explain to me the Cooper warranty. He also told me that he was not happy with the review I wrote. He wanted me to come to the shop in person so we could "talk". I am not sure what he meant by ""talk"". He spoke to me in a very threatening and hostile matter, so I do not feel it is safe to go back to the store. I have a total of 3 cars but I will never go back there. Next time I need tires I will go where I should have gone in the first place, Costco. Costco is a place that "treats" you fairly and respectfully always. Please do not make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Naugatuck Tires & Automotive
