I made a purchase of a 2018 Chevy Camaro from this establishment. The initial test drive went smoothly without any problems. However, after a couple of days, I noticed an issue with the car. I promptly brought it to the attention of the service team, who efficiently resolved the problem under the 60-day free warranty provided for all purchases. Since then, I have not encountered any further issues with the vehicle. The prices offered here are highly competitive, the staff members are exceptionally courteous, and my personal sales representative, Ken Federici, is not only a genuinely nice person but also goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comprehensible experience. Without hesitation, I would recommend J&M Automotive to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Highly recommend checking out J&M Automotive Sales. They have a huge inventory list and customer service is spectacular. Ask for Steven K and he will be more than happy to take care of you. They have everything from compact cars to commercial vans.

I purchased a 2018 F150 from them in March. They had a very good selection and competitive pricing so I made the 90 minute drive down to buy my truck from them. They gave me a fair trade in for my Ranger as well. My reason for not giving 5 stars was after I bought the vehicle I asked a few times for copies of the brake work etc. that J&M did to get it ready to sell for my records. It just felt like after deal was done they didn't want to be bothered and I never got a response back.

Dealerships have to do two things well if they re to thrive in todays appropriately customer-obsessed market: 1) provide the best value in exchange for customer dollar 2) provide a great experience. By experience I don t mean chocolates at the door for every purchase. I mean making sure customers aren t pressured, ensuring customers really get a feel for what they re shopping for, that customers are heard. Bob, for example, was exceptional. I m checking each car with a flashlight. Not only does he bring the next vehicle into the garage, out of the rain, he points out the way they inspect, service, and detail each vehicle before it leaves the lot. Fantastic experience. Their vehicles are priced for the best value while not so ridiculous that the dealership that you think there s a scam going on. No, these guys do it right. In offering both 1 and 2 above, they ve earned a repeat customer. Thank you!

Simple, easy and full of hospitality. We just bought a truck. It was the easiest experience we've ever had in our car purchasing history. Bob was our sales guy. Firstly let me say the staff at J&M are fantastic! Ken was my sales guy and when I went to pick up my car he was very helpful with a few things I was concerned about and they took care of it right then and there. The manager of J&M showed me that they do actually want you In a great car and it's not about the sale!! The financial manager was also very cool down to earth with a great personality! Great experience buying a car here! I would absolutely recommend! *** Little update****.. I was wondering where my 6,000 dollar down payment went because It sure didn't go towards my loan!! When I called and asked about it I didn't understand how there were 6,000 in taxes n fees.. and the guy in finance says to me " you want me to say it slower I'm here till 6 o'clock!!!! Was very disrespectful and soo unprofessional! Steve the finance manager apologized but I don't feel they care at all how ppl feel!ITS A SHAME

From the moment I arrived it was an amazing experience.Ken F was great, never tried to upsell or push me into a vehicle.. He listened and was very understanding .When I arrived to sign my final documents Steve M. was more than helpful to get me on the road.Everyone was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to get me into my vehicle.If you know of anyone looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend and trust J&M Automotive to listen and get you into a good trustworthy car.I will be referring everyone to them

Nothing but great things to say about this place. And its people starting with the finance manager Steve. Who was very honest, straightforward and informative on all my questions, making our transaction very easy and actually enjoyable.Great team around him too, Ken the sales rep was great to deal with and I will definitely be referring family and friends to him. I bought a Dodge Charger from these guys a little over 3 months ago.They had me wait a little over week to pick up the car as they were doing service to it before I got it. On the day I picked the car up I was told their was something that needed to be replaced behind the steering wheel (it ll make sense eventually) and that they would have me come in at a later date to get that handled but it wasn t nothing serious. Within the first week and a half I was realizing the car was running hot anytime I stepped on the gas. Since I still didn t have a date to come in I called them to get that checked out as well as whatever else needed to be fixed the day I picked the car up. The day they scheduled me to come in I was called into work and unable to make it and they told me they d get back to me with another date to come in. I waited a few days and didn t hear back from them so I had to call them and they told me they could have me come in three weeks later so I went with my extended warranty company because three weeks was too long to be without a car. I was told that it was running hot because of the thermostat and got it replaced and then it was running fine. Fast forward two months later and that little something that needed to be repaired behind the steering wheel was actually a tee connector that connected the heater core, cooling system, and engine. Two nights ago out of no where my car started overheating and unbeknownst to me that tee connector had completely ruptured off and to make a long story short, my engine seized, after only three and a half months. By the grace of god I opted for extended warranty and I m getting a replacement engine but it ll be a while before I m back on the road.Don t buy a car from these guys. I was told by two different shops and a private mechanic that they must ve known about it because this tee connector was conveniently behind the steering wheel in the engine bay. I feel like they spoke a good game but played me and I know others who s had similar situations with J&M.Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Phenomenal purchasing experience!!Came from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania for the car of my dreams. Shopping from out of state can be full of anxiety, but Kyle answered all my cursory questions then John Q. had more patience with me than I ever expected!!Showed up, was greeted, test drove and purchased with swift ease!You can be confident in J & M Automotive & John Q- the best -and only- combo you need !!

Had a great experience working with Tom to purchase a vehicle. I took a look at their inventory online and called ahead before coming in so he already knew what I wanted, the out the door price I was quoted over the phone matched with what I was told in person. He did not try to sell me on anything else which was good. A very easygoing, low pressure dealership. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Just bought our 4th car from J&M for our son and per usual, everything went smoothly. Bob, our salesman, not only listened to what our son needed, but my concerns as a mom and answered all questions. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. I worked with Bob, but everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive and helpful. As soon as you walk in there is a front desk to immediately ask for assistance and they can assign you a sales person which is very helpful! There is also lots of comfortable seating options! The vibe feels like you walked into someone s home which is a cute aspect! They also have restroom nears the entrance! They also have a coffee and tea station that is easy to use! Staff is friendly and helpful!

Amir was very helpful picking out a car with my husband and daughter. I loved the staff. Loved the desk girl. She was very helpful. The only issue was that the car was detailed and it wasn't very good. There was wax everywhere on the car. There was even wax on the cars badges. There were black marks on the pillar in the car that were not there during the test drive. The car was given with 1/2 a tank of gas. The car was picked up by my daughter and I. He gave me the key and shook my hand. I was kind of wishing he would walk me through the car so I could understand the many buttons it has. The car is beautiful, and I hope that it's not the last car that we purchased with Amir. Thank you so much.
