I want to preface this by saying that the EMPLOYEES at the Naugatuck location have all been Five Stars!! I've been coming here over the course of about 6 years for various parts for maintenance, new battery install, etc. and all the staff have been super nice and professional. My only major complaint about this location is that they never seem to have *enough* staff. Regardless of day or time, it seems like they only ever have 2-3 staff members available at most (even on weekends), which can turn what you'd think is a simple matter or an item pickup take much longer than it should (ie: waiting to pick up an order took over 20min recently). Give these poor staff a break TAT

I was very impressed with the customer service at the AutoZone in NAUGATUCK. An employee named Chris was outstanding and extremely helpful. He not only helped me identify which wiper blades to get, but also put them on my car for me. Excellent customer service!!! He was polite, professional, and definitely an asset to your company! He is management material! Thank you for reinstating my faith in Customer Service.

Went in yesterday to get some cleaner for my windshield and some little accessories for my car. Alexis was super helpful and made sure I had found everything I needed including putting on my plate covers for me and helping me learn how to install the LED light strips I purchased into my car. Super kind and helpful, really appreciated him and how generous he was!

Lexi s, Chris and Andy were all so very helpful, friendly and personable. Not only were they able to help me fix a problem, but they made the experience enjoyable as well. Doing stuff to your car usually is stressful and annoying, but these guys made a quick easy and fun.

I had a dying battery and needed assistance with battery checkout and also alternator analysis. I spoke with Chris at the Bridge Street, Naugatuck, CT location on a freezing cold January 20th, 2024. Chris cheerfully went outside with his analytical devices and confirmed that I did indeed need a battery. He sold me the best available to me and did not try to sell me the most expensive one, but one that best suited my needs.He also went back out and tested my Alternator, which failed the test. I was able to go the following day for a new Alternator. Chris was very courteous and knowledgeable. I will certainly continue to visit AutoZone for my needs, despite all the local competitors available in my immediate vicinity.Jim, Middlebury, CT

Auto Zone is my go to when I have a car issue. They are always respectful, explain things that are easy to understand AND have awesome customer service. Chris help me with my Moms car battery yesterday and he was awesome. I always recommend Auto Zone to any one who needs car care. They're always willing to help.

Stopped in right when they opened for new wipers. Shawna came out in the rain and showed me how to install them. I clearly had no clue. She is very polite, considerate, informative and thorough.Thank you very much Shawna !!!!

Huge shout out to Paul Clavette at Naugatuck auto zone! I was stranded yesterday with a broken down car, and Paul went above and beyond! Road side help at its best! Not to mention , he had me sitting in a warm car while he worked on mine and got me safely on my way home!

Wow what a turn around, since the new manager took over the store functions really well the employees are trained very well and I feel very confident shopping here.

Bill was amazing. This was our first visit to this location and we were blown away. His customer service was phenomenal. He took the time out to thoroughly assess our vehicle and gave us many options to make sure we were riding safe. Bills personality made us feel so comfortable and made us 100% sure about what we purchased. It was much more than making just a sale for him it was making sure we had the Knowledge to go with it. I would definitely visit this location for all my vehicle needs. Thanks bill for all that you do to help the community.

Eric was just above and beyond . He really spend more than enough time and attention and helped me resolve an issue that I had with my battery. He was very professional and understanding. I walked into the store. Did not get greeted apon entry at 7:45pm and the guy behind the counter acted like he didn't want to do anything besides sit outside smoking. I got greeted by both young ladies once in the middle of the store. They both have nametags and very nice but the guy no name tag sweater over his shirt and attitude like he didn't care. The manager also had to tell him twice to front face and garbage and he didn't listen all while i was looking at the new camera products.

Five stars for the worker Jay who helped me as a customer to get everything I needed. He was very professional with me as a customer. Also, checked in the computer for the number of the battery, oil filter and oil. He made me feel comfortable and I will be back for anything I need for my car.

The staff here were awesome and really helped me with all my needs. The manager Bill helped me find breaks that are warranted for my car at the best price. Also Sam was helpful in making sure my purchase was made with all the info I needed. I will be coming here for life now. This Manager goes above and beyond Auto Zone is lucky to have him.

The manager is absolutely awesome. He not only sold us a battery he put it in for us in the pouring rain. Then he doubled checked the diagnostic to make sure it was just the battery. His customer service is outstanding. I dont live in Naugatuck but I will come back for any auto supplies Def recommend to everyone

Battery died in my Ram 1500 across the street at Big Y.... David at auto zone was fantastic. Made a great recommendation for a new batter and replaced the old one with the new one right there in the parking lot. Great service! They're lucky to have David.

Bill was awesome. My battery died in the CVS parking lot. Within 20 minutes I was headed home. Installed for me. Straight shooter and good guy. Highly recommend them for your car needs.

Bill the store manager is amazing, help me find a can for my ac , he was very knowledgeable, nice and friendly. If you have any questions I would ask him! Definitely coming back again!
