This is the most sketchy dealership of all times. Just today my daughter was going to purchase a Volkswagen bug and before the purchase, we had the dealership take it to get inspected , on my dime.Someone came after us and they sold the bug as it was in the process of being inspected to purchase. Completely crushed my daughter! Don t give these people your money, buyer beware. If this is how they run their business, shame on them!

I honestly would ve recommended this place when I first bought my car. I brought my dad with me who, admittedly, doesn t know much about cars. I noticed that some of the seat belt buckles were rusty and SPECIFICALLY ASKED if this car had any water damage. While they may not have known for sure, the bottom has now rusted out on me and it ll cost a lot more to repair than it s worth. I bought this 2010 Nissan Altima less than two years ago for 8k and now i m out of a car. (I also regularly got my car washed in the winter months). Please bring car savvy friends or have your car fully inspected by your mechanic before purchasing.

I find the sales team at AAA Auto Wholesalers to be fantastic. I have to be honest, I went to them in search of a car for my commute to and from work after an unfortunate string of events occurred in my personal life financially. I Have to say that even though I have abysmal finances currently, Jay and David worked diligently to get me a lender to work for me. Truthfully because of my credit I was not able to get the best terms for my situation but I am thankful that I got the best outcome possible... I was able to secure financing and purchase a car to assist me in rebuilding myself. If you want a team that will give it to you straight and not mislead you, I have to recommend the team at AAA Auto Wholesalers. They are quality professionals who are in control of their business but you have to keep in mind that you (as an individual) are in control of your finances which dictate the outcome.

TL;DR: Don't waste your time. Prices may be lower than competitors but that's for a reason, quality and customer service.I try to take low rated reviews with a grain of salt most of the time, as I did here, but had I taken them more seriously I could have saved myself the hassle. Went in to look at several cars, of which all had noticeable damage, ranging from front bumpers being askew due to accidents to pieces missing from side mirrors and chunks of wheel well paneling missing. While I understand a used car is not going to be perfect I was taken aback by some of the issues I came across. When I asked to look closer at a car I was given a post it with rough numbers and told I could only take a test drive if I agreed right then to those numbers. Red flag #1. I decided to look past what I hoped were mostly cosmetic issues on one car and decided to have it checked out by my mechanic. They have a 10 minute policy regarding where they will bring the car to be looked at which I found odd since I've been to dealerships where they allow you to sign the car out as a loaner for an extended period and take it yourself. An appointment was made and missed, the car ended up being brought to the mechanic almost 5 hours late for the appointment which is absurd especially considering nobody reached out to let us know. Red flag #2. Made an appointment for the following day to discuss numbers since I had some concerns about expensive repairs that the car would require. When I showed up for the appointment nobody was ready to speak with me and I ended up waiting over a half hour and then left. Red flag #3. Both times I asked for a breakdown of the costs for the car I was given some estimated round numbers on a post it. If I'm asking for hard numbers I expect to see dollars and cents and a proper breakdown not scribbles on a post it. Red flag #4. I was told that if I left my info someone would reach out to discuss my concerns and get numbers nailed down, never recieved a call or email. Red flag #5.

I saw a lot of negative comments about people saying they want you to put a $1000 deposit before you can test drive a car! That is not true at all, well at least for my case, as soon as I got there I was greeted by the owner and I told him I was interested in a car and the first thing he said was sure, would u like to test drive it ! No deposit or nothing! They were all very friendly. After I bought the car, I got a check engine light so I went back to him to tell him about it and he said he will fix it and he will give me a call when to drop off the car! He did fix it and it was just a sensor on the car so it was an easy fix, I never had any other problems with it so far. However the only thing that I did not like was that he didn t call me to tell me to bring my car to fix it! Since I only live 10 min away from the dealership, I just drove there after work and so he was kind of forced to take the car. So if anyone lives far away from this place, try to be careful about what car you buy as that s the only negative I experienced from AAA! I also saw some reviews with people having that kind of trouble with phone calls! I bought a 2006 Acura TSX, so sometimes it just depends on what kind of car you get, some might have more problems than others and you can t really blame the dealerships for that but as long as they fix it for you, they re a good dealership in my eyes! One last thing, the owner said if I have any other problem with the car to just bring it to him and he will fix it so that made me feel better about the place, unlike some places that once u buy a car, they want nothing to do with you! Overall I give this experience a 9.4/10 and price wise 9.6/10!

My wife Amber and I recently purchased our 2015 Chevy Trax from AAA Auto and we couldn t be happier with not only the vehicle, but the experience as a whole! They are an awesome family owned car dealer that really made us feel like we could bring home a newer, clean, reliable, ride with piece of mind. Thank you to Abby and Jerry for being so genuine, organized and all around great at what you guys do. We really appreciate it!

What a negative experience this has been!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They clearly know the cars they sell have issues and want to charge you when you point out the repairs needed!!!

Hi all - We have had a very positive experience with everyone at AAA Auto Wholesalers. They were low pressure and helpful, addressed issues found on the car, worked with us on the purchase, and were patient, courteous and friendly. We have looked at a lot of used cars for our daughter in the past weeks . These cars often come without a history to a dealer. So they fix what they can find. We took the car from AAA to our mechanic first thing, he identified one issue, gave a clean bill of health for the rest, so we contacted AAA and they corrected it - in a positive way. We feel very comfortable recommending them to others. AAA Auto Wholesalers is a small, family-run business with a good selection of used cars where they will give you personal attention.

Contrary to other reviews, I had a great experience at AAA Auto Wholesalers. I highly recommend them! I purchased a vehicle that needed a couple items updated and Jerry and his father were super helpful in assisting me with those updates. Since it was a used car certain things were not covered in the warranty but the items that were included in the warranty were fixed without a problem. They are hard working, honest and fair people and I'm extremely glad I bought my car from them!

Bought a '12 Acura mdx just over 3 months ago. Only good thing about purchase was paperwork, mostly on behalf of my banks financing speed.Car poorly detailed, missing all floor mats, none of fluids looked changed, transmission jumpy due to old fluid, coolant burning smell. Bad water leak. Did their own inspection. That's like letting the bank robber guarding the safe. Horrible idea.Unless the dealership finally wants to fix water leak I told them about during warranty period, my review will stay a 2 star. Lucky it's not lower.Don't even attempt to down play this. Everytime i mentioned any of these you either blew it off or dodged responsibility.

The car advertised as having navigation but it didn't. My son purchased the car anyway. The salesperson and his father were very professional. No problems there. Found out the car had a problem. Now noone will answer any of their phones. We left messages but no response. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS.Finally received a response after I pretended to be interested in a car. Lady took down my information about the problem with the car. To this day, noone EVER called my son. He paid out of pocket to fix the problem. It was just a couple hundred dollars. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY. Mind you, we drove there from Baltimore, MD. They're located in Connecticut. To be treated like that is not good. All in all the car drives good.

Be very, very careful with this place. Okay cars, untrustworthy management. I suppose I should ve been more careful. I love my car but after being promised reimbursement for an aftermarket key (those who do not know an aftermarket key is a replacement of the original key for the car and can sometimes give you trouble) the owner Jerry and my father compromised on an even lower price than what we actually paid. I originally left my honest review and was asked to change it before being paid. Once I did, he called and denied the check altogether. They seemed very nice at first and I would have returned for their business in the future, now I wouldn t even buy a pencil. You can trust this place may get you a nice car, but pay attention to the details and pray nothing is wrong with it once you leave the lot. In my original comment I said that when you car shop you should read good and BAD reviews and this further emphasizes that point. Based on this experience I m wondering if the good reviews are even worth reading.

Talked over the phone with a guy they seem nice but often times reading reviews gives you a glimpse what this dealer is about. I m glad we read them we are not moving forward with this place. Whomever is responding back to these bad reviews clearly feels the need to address these issues maybe they have ..( INSECURITIES)Lol I only spoke on the phone with a gentleman and read reviews but that was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

Horrible Horrible experience. I saw their ad online and called ahead to check that the car was still available. I drove 30 plus miles to get to them. The son came out to show me the car which I liked very much and was interested in buying. He asked me how much I was looking to spend, the moment I told him his attitude changed. I asked if I could test drive the car and was told essentially "NO". Apparently, I could only test drive the car if I made a deposit/foen payment. I explained that I was prepared to make a deposit but not before the test drive. He then arrogantly told me he didn't have time to go back and forth with me because he was very busy working on other cars. I wonder if that policy is for everyone or was it taylor made for me. I left there so disappointed and upset. I would never recommend anyone going here if you want to be treated with dignity and respect.

This is a very unprofessional place! They made an assumption of me soon as I step on to their property!! Think this assumption was made because the color of my skin!! I am a 23 year old indigenous American male with a 3.8 at Colgate university with a majors in business administration and financial management!Places like this need not to be operating for business it places like this that give used car companies a stain on their name. Hopefully they treat people of all walks of life fairly. See as how I planned to buy the 2011 tundra cash with monies from a recent stock sale!!

My experience went very well. We talked to Gerry, a man that runs the business with his father. We purchased a BMW not too long ago and the transaction went smooth and my father and I wanted to inspect the car before purchasing and they did that for us. It was nice because they accommodated for us before we bought and that was great to see. And even during the test drive, Gerry didn't sound like any sales rep, he sounded like a guy that wanted to sell you a car you genuinely would want. Thanks again to Gerry and his father for the wonderful experience, would definitely buy from again.

I can t say enough good things.I bought a jeep from them a little over a month ago, the process was great! They honored the repairs that it needed in less then a day. Fast forward a month I had to call about another small mechanical issue...again fixed and back to me in less then a day. With friendly smiles and remembering my name. I can t recommend this family owned business enough! If you are looking for a car or suv or truck check them out!

Great people great cars ...the only thing I didn't like is when I got home with the car/suv I noticed it had a small crack in windshield so I called them to tell them this and No one called me back about it.

Never never have I went to a dealer that tell you no you you can't test drive a car before buying it. How do you know if like it if you don't drive it. Needs to be a law against that .

Great service, lots of vehicles to choose from. Unfortunately, once a vehicle was picked out, it turns out it had sold the day prior which was upsetting. Overall, the cars to choose from was a large inventory, with clean cars. I would go back, yes.

Brought a 04 civic this past march & couldnt be happier. They were honest & answered any questions/concerns and helped me in anyway possible. And 6months later my civic still drives smooth and has no issues. Highly recommend anyone who's looking for a good, solid used car at a honest price . I would recommend them to anyone & would come buy another car off them anytime! Great experience & overall I got a great car!

If I could give negative stars I would. Do NOT give these people your hard earned money. They are serious scammers. I bought a 2011 jeep compass from them, a few weeks later had to spend $500 on balancing and brake work. Now, only 3 months after purchasing the vehicle it is no longer drivable because the transmission is going. I called them and they hung up on me, TWICE. These people are what is wrong with the world. Ripping off hard working people. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

These guys are incredible. I felt extremely welcomed from the moment I stepped into the lot until I left. They have been outstanding with touching base and providing help and check up maintenance after purchasing the vehicle. I left and genuinely have felt like I've made new friends. Jerry is great!

I met Jerry, his wife Gloria and his "pops" Jerry senior over the last couple of days. I judge them to be honest, sincere and very nice to boot. I have bought quite a few cars over the years, some with high miles such as the 2006 Ford Explorer I just bought there. You always take a chance buying a high mileage car, but I think they go out of their way to buy nice cars such as the one I purchased. It looks and runs like new ! I would do business with them again in a heart beat.

BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT!!I bought a Rav4 from this dealer and have the biggest disappointment since I started buying cars in my life. There was noise from the car which he told me that was due to one of tires. I changed all four tires the following day that did not stop the noise. I went for state inspection and I was told that my exhaust was leaking. When I checked the undercarriage the muffler was all rotted. From there the engine was whining after every stop, i changed the serpentine belt still same problem. Clunking noise on right turn started less than a week after the purchase and I changed the sway bar link and that one was solved. I had to replace the muffler because it was rotted. I called several times the guy avoids my calls. When I text he replies but does not want to address the matter. I have spent more than $1000 so far in the last two months and I bought the car at the end of January 2018. Besides what I spent already, I went to Toyota and they found out that the noise was from the transmission wearing out and they discovered that my rear cross member was rotted, I was quoted $3225 to replace the cross member. He also told me that the car was never in an accident, when I opened the glove box, I saw the accident record and insurance quote for the fix. I was ripped off. Avoid buying from this place or take the vehicle to a close reliable place for inspection and/or diagnosis before closing a deal with them. I will not recommend it to anyone.

These car mechanic's are the best I've seen and dwelt with in the past 3 years of owning a vehicle and having to get work done on it. They are solid quality, loyal and trust worthy car mechanics. They will get the job done and are more then happy to help assist with what ever problem your car may be experiencing.

Now, this dealership is an hour and 15 minutes away from my home. So when I first found a car located at this dealership online, I was hesitant to drive out there. But after doing so, I was glad I did because I found an amazing car.Jerry was a very polite person. He answered all the questions I asked, and let me get a good feel of the car I wanted. I left very pleased with myself, and the vehicle I had looked at.On the day we agreed to meet so I could purchase the car, he texted me at 8am confirming that I will be there, and I replied yes, I will be there about 12 pm. At 10am, two hours before we agreed to meet, Jerry texted me "hey bro we sold the car". While I fully understand that I did not put a down payment on the car, and that is on me, it was very disappointing to have been texted so unprofessionally and be informed that the car I was leaving to buy in an hour was just sold. I believe it is very obvious I will not be returning to AAA Auto Wholesalers.
