Scammed me out of $150. Dropped vehicle off with a transmission malfunction light and codes requiring warranty repair. Shop quoted $2500 for a different part not covered and claimed no codes were present, charged me $150 for diagnostic. Picked vehicle up with no light present, and after driving 2 minutes down the road light showed up again.

Thank you to Kim, I walked in with no app and she found a way to fit me in for a quick check of a noise concern. Being here from out of town, safety was my concern. Greg took the time to show me all was tight with the aftermarket suspension I had. Gave me piece of mind. Ask for Kim as she was great. Thanks again.

Great service results from the shop. Though efficient about their business, the service advisors up front need a little more warmth in their exchanges.
