From the day I walked in with my 2023 wishlist until two and a half months later when I left the lot in my custom built 2024 F-150 XLT, I experienced professional, knowledgeable and courteous service. Being the first person to order a 2024 F150 had a learning curve to match this year s updates. Much appreciation for my salesman Paul Levasseur who was incredibly patient with me and found answers to all my questions with support from Joel. Ed helped wrap up the deal with clear and understandable warranty option info. And thanks to Dave for me getting back into the US when I somehow managed to set up my FordPass account in SPAIN! If I could give this team six stars I would!

The disrespect from the service department is palpable. The service tech I worked with refused to give me a part number for parts I was requesting information for. Scared that I would find a better price online.How can I verify I m getting accurate information when the dealer can t be honest about the parts they are selling?He then hung up on me.If service is any indication of the dealer than I wouldn t purchase a car let alone parts from Valenti at all.

never returned 4 phone calls and a text message and I thought I dropped off my truck for a job that would take a few hours and it took 3 days with no contact about any problem, then they refused to answer the phone or return my calls. deserves zero stars.

Before buying my 2017 Nissan Rogue from Valenti in Mystic I had only had very bad experiences with car dealerships. I walked in with my guard up. I'm sure I came across as rude. When I drove away in my BEAUTIFUL new-to-me car, I felt so happy. My salesman, Paul was so patient with me. He showed me about six different cars. We test drove three. He never tried to push me into buying any one of them. He showed me their features and let me make my decision for myself. The car I chose was exactly what I was looking for.When it came time to do the paperwork I was afraid, from past experiences to have my arm twisted into buying "extras." I was presented with additional services and products but never pushed into buying any of them, not by my salesman nor the person I completed the transaction with.It's been four months now and I'm still happy with my new car and my experience with Valenti. Some day, maybe well into the future, my first stop will be at Paul's desk.I highly recommend Valenti in Mystic. You will be treated fairly and with honesty!

Wesley helped every step of the process. While I wasn t able to secure the initial car I had wanted, he found one that was just as good if not better quickly. He kept me in the loop with great communication and made the entire process easy and stress free. Would definitely have him help me with my next Ford vehicle in the future.

Paul was more than helpful when it came to looking for my first real big purchase of a car. Very welcoming and kind which was great cause I was nervous of course. I settled on a RAV4, a car I always wanted! Paul and his team made the process very easy, I really didn t have to do much, they took care of everything. We talked over prices and the overall process on Thursday. I was out in an hour on Saturday with my new car!! The car came spotless, they did an excellent job cleaning it. I have absolutely no complaints. If you re a first time buyer I recommend Valenti Ford!

The dealership was excellent to deal with throughout negotiations. We came to a mutual agreement in a professional manner. My salesperson Jim was not pushy or deceitful in any way. I would absolutely buy from them again. Thank you for the smooth transaction and new truck!

I'm a returning customer to Valenti Ford. Valerie the sales person answered all my questions on the 2023 F150. Ordered on the 25th of Jan and picked it up on the 15th April. The trade in offer on my 2012 F250 Super Duty was good.

We just bought a slightly used Jeep from the folks at Valenti. And it was the most comfortable car buying experience that we have ever had. In the past few weeks we have been to several dealerships and with the exception of Valenti, and one other Mistic dealer they have all been quite aggressive and 1 that was actually deceitful. Our experience at Valenti was professional, pleasant, and friendly, and workable. A big Thank you to Paul L. Our salesman and the entire sales staff, car buying as it should be. I just wanted to reach out and let you know how impressed I am with Wesley Baldueza, the salesperson who helped me with my Ford Maverick. Wesley was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to when it came to ordering and purchasing this vehicle. We quickly came to realize we had a lot on common when it came to hobbies and if we weren t talking about the truck, we were talking about all of the nerdy stuff we like. At one of our appointments with Wes, my 5 year old son got sick with a headache and your entire staff came to see if he needed anything, and even as my son pulled everything off of Wes desk, he kept it cool and calm. It these kind of things that make a customer for life.Furthermore, I am a huge Ford Maverick fan, so I spent a lot of time online researching about the truck before it was available for ordering and there is large communities online that I belong to. As the trucks started to roll out of the factory there was horror stories of dealerships all over the country jacking up the prices and not honoring the quoted prices for pre-orders- I texted Wes when that started happening, and he assured me that you and your team would never do something like that to customers, and I am extremely happy that was the case. In a day-an-age where some businesses don t mind cheating the customer to make a buck, I am beyond impressed by you and your team s business ethics. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

Service Advisor was nice and accommodating. I told them what I thought the noise was. They could not figure it out but charged me which was fine. Service manager not so nice. Went back to were i work and one of my techs took ten minutes to find just what I told them it was. Loose sway bar end link. So had to change my rating. Pretty sad.

We came to Mystic from Upstate NY to look at a 2021 Mustang convertible. Made an inquiry with Cameron via the web. He was very helpful, and we decided it was worth the trip. Valery took care of us. She was great. After negotiating, we decided to buy. The business guy was excellent....sorry I can't remember his name. We arrived at the dealership at noon and left around 5 pm with our new to us Mustang. They were great. So far we are very satisfied.

If I could give less than a zero I would! Dealing with this company was the worse experience I ever had. They continued to request information from our company that was completely unnecessary! Then couldn't or I should say won't let us see the loan documents. They couldn't even tell us what we needed down. Just said "bring a blank check. It's going to be between $4k an $5k" Actual amount was $3k! If there is another Ford dealer near you, I would go to them not here!

The dealership was difficult to get an appointment and they did not notify me that the service wasn't available for my appointment. Once started, they did the work in a short time frame, did a little inspection report. and shuttled us to a point of interest in the meantime. We would definitely return for future service.

Valenti Ford service center is very good. They are efficient, reasonably priced and the staff are courteous, kind, friendly. I trust they do the work the way they say they'll do it, and I highly recommend buying a car there. They have a super oil change program!

lets start off by saying this was the best experience I've had at a car dealership. I have always been skeptical about car dealerships. They have all seemed like they are out to pull a fast one on you. I had very specific features i was looking for with a family Truck. I happened to stop by on the way back home and decided to stop in. I sat down with Paul and he went through everything i was looking for. They didn't have anything matching what i was looking for but within a couple weeks he contacted me back and described a wonderful truck that he just received and asked if i would like to look at it. I would say that Paul changed my whole way of dealing with a car dealership. He was very respectful, helpful, and felt like he was there to help without being pushy. Great Guy. Im very happy with my truck and he has even called a couple of times to check to see how everything is going. He also made sure they got me the best deal on the price that was right on point with the fair market value. Thanks Paul you have gained a customer for life.

I recently bought a vehicle at Valenti Ford after I had been looking for a specific truck for several months. They had exactly what I was looking for and it was substantially less than the closest competition. My salesman Paul was outstanding, not pushy at all, very likable and very knowledgeable. The finance guy was straight forward they got me in and out of there with no problems at all. I ve been driving Ford trucks for 40 years and I ve never had a major problem with one of them. Valenti Ford is a hidden gem and I m glad I discovered them online as I live over an hour away. Highly recommend

Service was not diagnosed or performed to my standard. Was told I would have to schedule a different appointment for them to further investigate issues. This is the SECOND time I bought truck in for same issues. Was told they would try alternate fixes to attempt to correct the hard shifting if the issue persisted the first time, brought I back expecting just that and got the SAME fixes . Try it for yourself but I recommend finding an alternative dealership for your Ford needs. This one just does not get it done!

Brianna was excellent! We had a great experience with her during our search for an updated vehicle from sedan to SUV. Not only was the feel so comfortable within the dealership, but the honesty and transparency was what sealed the deal for us. We got a great trade in value for our Accord, which they gave us $2500 more than 4 other dealerships were willing to give and ended up getting great financing rates and a vehicle we love. I will recommend all of who we know to go here from now on! Thank you for changing our dealership experience for the better.

Brianna made the car buying experience easy. She was very attentive and ready to help whenever I needed it. While she did a great job, the cleaning crew that prepped the vehicle for delivery on pick up day did not do a good job. I would recommend more supervision for the folks that clean the vehicles to ensure that the vehicles are clean enough for the customers who are paying such a large amount of money for these major purchases. Valenti has always been accommodating and courteous. I will return for my next purchase in several years.

This was my first ever new vehicle and the experience was great. Jim K in Sales was phenomenal from our initial meeting right to the day I picked up my new truck. I was hesitant about buying new since I have heard not great dealer experiences from friends at other dealers but I m very happy I went in to see Jim. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. The good people at Valenti showed me constant open communication which was helpful since my truck had a shipping delay from Michigan. Yesterday when I picked up my new truck Jim walked me through every feature of the vehicle and guided me through the final steps of the purchase. Nothing was hidden and even the folks in the finance and Management staff came to see me to insure I had a positive experience. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Valenti especially Jim K. In Ford Sales. I will def. Purchase another truck from Valenti in the future.
