Our salesman, Jason went above and beyond with making sure the truck we purchased was a perfect fit for us. Showed us all the bells and whistles as well. The sales manager, Sam was amazing as well and got us the best price for our trade in and made the payments affordable for us on the new truck. Thank you again to the Valenti team, you have some amazing employees and they should be recognized for their outstanding work.

My husband and I were honored to have Rob Dickens as our salesmen. He was there for us after deciding in 3 months to get our 2024 Pacifica. Valenti company has no idea how Rob went ubove and beyond for us. I got a 2007 Town n Country in 2007 and still have it that salesmen then was great to us but Rob Dickens everyone reading this review need to know he s a great choice as your sales men, And I hope the owner or manager of Bob Valenti s gives him the commission and sales person gets but he deserves more. I ve been down there twice to see Rob on some things I needed him to help me with. No problem he was right there, He cares everyone ok he cares and Valenti lucky to have him, I had so much stress getting the Pacifica do to the technical stuff that Rob was there reassuring me how simple everything will be and he showed me a lot on what to do also outside of me reading, and if I did not understand reading something he was right there showing me when I came down with my Pacifica and he showed me thank you Rob so much and God bless you always from Karen and Dana Alan

My experience with Rob was amazing! He s so helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to work with! Tina the business manager explained everything and made it easy to understand the paperwork. We will be back when we need another vehicle!

I went at 8 AM to have a noise checked out and learned that my 4 yr old Ram was unsafe to drive. As if that news wasn t bad enough, parts were at least 6 weeks back ordered! Needless to say, I entertained trading it in for a new vehicle. The Service Department (who are 5 stars in their own right) hooked me up with Jason in sales who helped me navigate the process and by the afternoon I drove away in a brand new truck. Thank you to everyone for making my day as pleasant and seamless as possible. I miss my old truck but I must say this new one is a beautiful upgrade!

Jason Crandall lead us through one of the smoothest transactions we have ever experienced. He is knowledgeable, courteous and very transparent. His responsiveness expedited the process which we were very happy about! Everyone we dealt with at Valenti was pleasant and helpful! We put our trust in them and they exceeded our expectations. We know we made the right choice, with their help guidance. All around, it was a stellar experience. They really know how to deliver customer service!

So I have bought many vehicles over the years here and those times were good professional experiences.Times have changed!!!I have an issue with the service dept - and lack there of. They had my truck over a month, would not answer the phone, and of course no return calls .Finally spoke with a manager today only to learn that they never ordered the part for the repair. - Again over a month this thing has been in their lot . And so , now we must wait some more .Additionally there was evidence of a joyride- ie branches stuck under the wipers, mud in wheel wells -and of course a report of a bent inner rim on a dually . Yeah wonderful.This is NOT the dealership I remember from the past . Breaking up is hard to do - but whatever the final bill is will be $$ well spent - because I will never do business here again .

Great staff, from sales everyone is super helpful. I've purchased over 20 brand new vehicles, and at least as many used cars. We've purchased a Ram Pickup & Jeep Wrangler Valenti Mystic and Subaru Forester Valenti Westerly. Each purchasing experience was relatively easy and stress free. My salesman Rob Dickens at Valenti Mystic has sold me the Ram and the Jeep, he's a great guy, stop in ask for him he'll take the time to find you what you want.

My wife was looking to downsize her Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to a 2 door Jeep Wrangler. Not only did she find the perfect Jeep but we were both super impressed with the entire team! I have purchased many brand new vehicles over the years. Generally, I find it to be an unpleasant experience. However, I will state that my buying experience at Valentine's yesterday was the BEST and most transparent that I have ever done. I would definitely recommend Valenti's to family and friends.

I wish I could give this place ten stars! The service team at Valenti is truly one of a kind. My husband and I bought a new car from another dealer on Long Island for a cross country road trip. We bought a new car instead of a used one so that there would not be any issues, but there ended up being an issue that triggered an engine light. Our brand new car spent three weeks at the Long Island service center, and the repair people there could not tell us what was wrong. The service on Long Island was so unhelpful, and at points hostile, that we gave up and discovered Valenti on our first cross country stop in Mystic. We were immediately greeted by Heidi who was super nice. She set us up with an appointment and did a quick code read on the car as we waited for Tyler, another mechanic. My husband and I were both shocked at how quick and attentive Heidi was despite being a walk-in. It was clear after meeting with Tyler that the Valenti service center has a terrific team. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and was so optimistic and confident, we ended up feeling the same. He supplied us with a loaner vehicle and the whole team fixed our car in a single working day. They kept us updated via phone to let us know what was going on. The Valenti service center is unmatched in their kindness, communication and expertise. I am sending anyone who has a car issue there! I could not be happier! A big thanks to everyone who works there- we thought our whole trip was going to be ruined because of our car issue! but Tyler, Heidi and the team really swooped in and put us right back on track!

Picked up my new to me car a little over a week ago. Jake in sales was fantastic. Answering any questions I had and was up front and honest about everything the all details about the car. We came to a fair deal so I made the 3hr drive down to see the car. Buying process was super quick and easy. No hidden anything. After the process Jake checked in to make sure I still loved my new car and I do! He also sent the paperwork right to my town hall as well as took care of everything I need to do with my bank. They really went above and beyond any experience I have had at a dealer. Even being 3 states away I ll definitely be returning the next time we are looking for a vehicle!

Paul, Mark and the entire service team were fantastic! My Jeep SRT experienced lifter failure and they provided me with clear updates (photos and explanations) multiple times a week and worked hard to get it completed a day before promised. They are car people, that really care about the customer as well, it's not a coincidence they have such great reviews. I drove an hour to bring my Jeep here vs. the other dealers close-by to me based on a referral and how well they answered my questions on the initial call. Very happy to have my vehicle back, will not bring my Jeep anywhere else!

My husband and I worked with Rob Dickens and he was great! He heard what we wanted and needed and understood that I don't like to play mind games and wanted honesty. He showed us all the cars that would check our boxes and was in our price range that we felt comfortable with. Never was pushy or showed us cars our of our range to tease. He made sure to HD the car we wanted so we had time to do our financial part of it. Sam suminsky was great to help get things done quickly as well. Chris the Business Mgr was quick and easy to sign the last paperwork. We will always go back to purchase any future vehicles!!
