This is a family owned business established in 1972. Your money goes to honest workers and supporting a genuinely wonderful family. A family that works for everything they have and want. This is a rare gem in society today. If you ever need help, Kevin and his crew will leave go over and beyond what is required of them to make sure everyone gets to where they need to go.

Had to wait about an hour for my tires to be put on the truck but they were done within half an hour or so, the conversation that I walked into was great. The guy even used a torque wrench to set the lug nuts which I have never seen done at the bigger places. Get your tires done there it's right on 184 across the intersection from Flanders road

Colonial tire is the best, the staff are great, the service is great, and it all comes at a low cost. Will definitely continue to come here in the future.

Valve cover gasket and spark plugs tube seal. Chad is an excellent mechanic who knows what he is doing. He was communicative, thoughtful, thorough and fair. He gave us an estimate in advance and a detailed invoice/receipt when we paid. Everything went smoothly and correctly. I have been into this mechanic many times, I continue to use them on and off as they are one of the closest mechanics to me, as well as having a great hourly rate in comparison to the big franchise shops scattered all over our area. This local family owned and operated buisness does do a great job I personally have had my issues and problems with certain jobs they've done, but over all for the price and ability to get things done promptly I guess I really couldn't ask for much else in a mechanic shop.They have done, clutch and slave cylinder in my truck, the break lines, they have done wheel bearings and suspension parts. Theyve also helped find me specific parts I could not find on my own. So I would infact recommend them to others. Just be aware it may take more time then you planned and you will most likely have to call them to figure out what going on. Thats probably my only complaint. Lol

My car was towed and they went threw my personal stuff and stole it. Worst place every to have your car towed too or use. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE unless you want your stuff stolen.

I can not say enough good about this service center. Ryan and Steve have been A class mechanics and professionals with all the business I have been there with. Went out if their way and stayed open late to save 3 standard people. Drove 20 minutes out of their way to tow and fix the vehicle, staying open late on a beautiful day. Cant recommend them enough, if you are looking for a shop that goes above and beyond this is the one.

Had a screw in my tire. He plugged it and I was on my way in minutes. Saved me a lot of trouble and expense since you cannot replace just one tire on an awd suv.Service: TiresService: Tires

Very knowledgeable, and great price. Only shop around which would help mounting and balancing my 35" truck tires. Will definitely return for more service with my diesel

Called multiple times cant get an answer as to repairs. Cant even return my call after I have spoke to people in the office multiple times. I've been told each time I would get a call back with a price for my repairs. The call never came. Moving on. Lots of time wasted its unfortunate. Could've just told me they're too busy

Had a tire go flat. Called, and although they were closed, the gentleman who answered said bring it by. They reinflated the tire, could not find anything but a small stem leak. They refused to charge me, and we're as polite and helpful as anyone could be.

My brother has called multiple times and no call back let s talk about running a good business because clearly this isn t run professionally. I would have liked to say the owner would return calls or at least not dodge them but sadly this business looks as bad as it s run.

Excellent service and they will work with you about getting the best and cheapest parts for whatever fix you need. Owner (Kevin) very knowledgeable and has a great staff.

This place is great Kevin the owner very honest with no extra fee's like the big shops !I took my Lincoln there after dealer failed to locate problem , colonial found problem had me back on road in no time thank you Colonial Tire !
