Our Dodge 3500 dually 4wd went in for recall work / and DEF system repair - they had the truck over 25 days and never ordered the part . Would not return phone calls from service dept left over the course of 3 weeks. Eventually replaced the part - but never put the skid plate back on - and there was evidence of a joy ride . Specifically- branches stuck under the windshield wipers , missing , hub covers, and mud in the wheel wells.If you need a reliable service dept Do yourself a favor and drive past this one .

I have been searching around different dealerships for a new car. I went online to bob Valenti, found a car I was very interested in, received a call back very promptly from Devin. We scheduled a test drive. Devin was very professional, answered all my question and got the deal done very quickly for me with Nancy from financing. My overall experience with both of these individuals was spot on. I m very happy with my new purchase. Thank you.

Service and parts department people are the best. I have two Chryslers 2007 and now a 2024. I m thankful for these 2 departments that take good care me with my Vehicles. And you all care deeply on safety issues. Thank you for that.You all are why I stay with Bob Valenti and The best Salesmen I ever had that help me and my husband on concerns of the technology of deciding to buy a Pacifica 2024 was Rob Dickens in sales. I bought a car from the Mystic location on a Saturday. Everyone from (Chris, Dan and Phil) was extremely nice and helpful.The car I wanted to look at was ready for a test drive when I arrived for my appointment.The salesman, Chris went over each feature with me.Sat with Dan while the purchase order was being written up. I expressed how I wish I could take it that day. Dan made it happened. Next day I got a call from Chris to ask how things were going and if I had any questions regarding the car.A few days later I went back to complete the paperwork and Phil handled that part.From start to finish I didn t feel rushed or pushed. It was a very relaxed non stressful experience. I would definitely recommend buying from them again. I know I will be.

Velenti s is honestly the best, especially Brandon Mazuraitis over at Chevrolet! He makes everything easy and painless and was a pleasure to work with. Also Nancy in finance, is the best in the business. I Will be buying all my future cars from them for now on!

Wow. Came to Mystic for a weekend getaway. Decided to look at vehicles. The salesman was so helpful and not pushy at all. We ended up becoming owners of a 2021 Volkswagen. If you are vehicle shopping be sure to ask for Chris. I'm sure the others are good but Chris was just what we wanted from a salesman, he let us look and was not pushing us in any direction. He was happy to answer all our questions no matter how trivial they may have been. We will definitely be back when we upgrade our other cars.

This dealership is awesome great people to work with I highly recommend Brandon. He was amazing and grabbed every car i wanted to look at then i found my dream car. Nancy did the financial part and she was amazing. If your looking to buy car used or new Bob Valenti is the place to go.

My husband bought his truck here last week after searching for the right truck and price. The salesperson Joe Burke was straightforward and honest. There was no BS, and he worked hard on my husbands behalf for the best deal. He was a pleasure to deal with. It was also a positive experience in the business office while cementing the sale. I'd recommend Bob Valenti Auto to anyone looking for a no hassle buying experience. And my husbands new truck is awesome!

I truly find this dealership to be one of the few best. I must say, of the few times that I have trusted this dealership to work on my 2004 Chevy Tahoe, I have been very pleased.The way a dealership is run reflects on it's management team. However, the quality of service provided by the dealership reflects in the hearts of it's employees.I explained my problem to my service advisor Steven and presented him with a photo of my concerns and this gentleman went to work. Together, Steven and the shop team not only exceeded my expectations but, delivered my vehicle to me on time.The shop invoice explained all of my concerns and, what was done to fix the repairs. This included any special concerns or requests. The team was very thorough. All in all, I had a very comfortable experience. The entire team was very welcoming, polite and professional and answered all my questions.I highly recommend this service department and will continue to be one of it's long standing customers.

Great customer service. I stopped in while passing through the area with an emergency that rendered my car undriveable. I did not have an appointment and they helped me right away. They ordered the parts and had me on the road the next day. Tylor Conover was especially helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Every staff member was helpful, friendly and courteous

Edgar at Bob Valenti Chevy was the absolute BEST to work with! He made the whole process very easy and smooth, and never made me feel pressured or like I needed to buy something I didn t love. The TV COMMERCIALS of this dealership push the boundaries of pure Obnoxious!I am (as are MANY) insulted by the machine-gun delivery of audio messages. It s insulting and offensive.It also shows a lack of good judgment.Who thinks being yelled at in rapid fire style is appealing?Nobody with a sense of self worth.Yikes! Knock it off!!!!!

Just purchased a new Chevy Colorado and the experience could not have been better. Edgar R. in sales made this the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had. Nancy in finance was also wonderful to deal with. We will tell all of our friends about the exceptional service Edgar provided and will be back for any vehicle purchase in the future.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Valenti Volkswagen in mystic. Dave was the salesman and John was the manager. This was the most positive car purchasing experience I have ever had. Both these men were straightforward honest and not pushy in any way. I love the car they sold me and I would recommend anybody to purchase a car there.

Bought at least 4 vehicles from BVAM in Mystic over the years. Jim the salesman is a top notch individual. Went with Ford after being a GMC guy for years, and always got great products. A few months ago my significant other goes to buy a Bronco Sport. We sit down to do the financing, and the finance manager admits to rushing through and not checking the rates of all the banks before handing us a final number. The bank he did not check with had a lower rate than the one we had received. I gave them the opportunity to make it right, but e-mails concerning corrective action about this went unanswered. Do not trust the financial department of BVAM. If they can screw long-term repeat customers over, they will screw you too. I'll never buy a vehicle there again, which is sad because up until now I had always been a happy and loyal customer, you guys chose to lose lots of money in the long run in exchange for a quick buck.

Writing this review for my Aunt Brenda Carter who recently purchased a new to her 2015 Chevy Cruze. Her brother Tom Neigel took her to Valenti Chevy in Mystic, CT after his great experience dealing with Thomas Smith as his sales Rep on his awesome Dealer customized Z-71. Tom refereed them to Edgar Roman. Edgar was very understanding to Brenda's needs and made her buying experience a true pleasure. Thank you Thomas Smith and Edgar Roman for being so professional.

Had a great experience purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle thanks to my salesperson, Nick. Most car buying happens in a day, but Nick took the time to find the perfect vehicle for me and my family. I was not in a rush to buy a car and he worked with me over the course of a month until he found exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. He was knowledgeable, responsive and very easy to communicate with. He listened to my vehicle preferences and made it happen. He was overall very helpful and not at all pushy. It was the most painless (and actually enjoyable) car buying process I ve had. I will be back to see Nick for a car in the future!

The bob valenti service department has been one of the worst professional expenses of my life if you buy a car from them please let another dealership maintain and also know the 150$ diagnostic fee is a lie it ll more than that

We bought a great 2017 Silverado here. It is in amazing shape at only 13k miles and was priced very fairly. Still a good experience despite the showroom being closed. Collin was very helpful and patient. He knew the truck inside and out when we arrived and answered all our questions. We didn t feel pressured or hassled either, which would ve sent us elsewhere. He made sure to give us updates as needed and explained the next steps well. I ve bought a few cars at other dealers and he was by far the best salesman I ve met. Overall a great buying experience with nice people. The truck was cleaned and reconditioned perfectly for us to drive home the same day. I would definitely recommend Valenti.

One of the best car Dealership s in the area! Hands down weather it be sales or service in any of their many car companies each department is absolutely fantastic. The employees are always respectful and responsible. The sales department is not like every other dealership, they actually listen to what you are saying and don t push you to get the most expensive car that you can not afford. This is a great team and their leader is an even better man!

Purchase experience was fantastic. They were able to follow through on all the terms I wanted for the purchase of a van for my business. From the first impression of the facility meeting Joel Valenti (greeted me as soon as I came in the door) to the sales aspect with Jim Keane. Everything went better than I thought it would. My family grew up going to them and I went fully expecting A+ service and transparency. Sadly, that was not what I got!I bought a truck there a little over 7 weeks ago. It started having some issues almost immediately. Took it in and they charged me $140 to look at it and tell me that it needs a NEW engine. Which they then proceeded to tell me would cost me over $8000. When asked, they confirmed that they had indeed sold me a truck 6 weeks ago that now needs thousands of dollars of work. No apology, or even commiseration offered. For a business that came so highly recommended to me this has been a terrible (and expensive!) mistake.With the names of Bob and Robert Valenti so well known, I would not have expected them to be just another sleezy car dealership.(Since posting this I see that I'm not the only person that purchased a Chevy truck from them and was left dissatisfied).

Tom Smith is hands down the best car salesman I've ever had! we just bought a beautiful sportvan from him and it is wonderful! he is very laid back and NOT PUSHY AT ALL! It was hot when we were looking at cars and he let the kids sit in an air conditioned car!! This is our second purchase from this dealership and its been a wonderful experience both times! first car had a little issue! they didn't stop trying till it was fixed! Mike and Jason and the whole service department bent over backwards for us!!! The best car dealer I've ever experienced!!Not to mention.. free oil changes for life of vehicle...HUGE!!

I rolled in looking for a new vehicle, and Salesman Thomas Smith came out and greeted me this past weekend. He was very personable and asked what he could do for me, what are you looking for. No pressure at all, He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my search for the vehicle that I wanted, in the price range I had set for myself. When I showed him the vehicle I was interested in, he knew it inside and out.We then proceeded to test drive and then returned to negotiate for purchase. He was very knowledgeable of every aspect of the process and facilitated a great outcome for me. When I arrived back to pick up my new vehicle, he was outside cleaning fingerprints and such off the Windows etc. That kind of attention to detail will have me and others coming back again and again...Thanks Thomas Smith, for a great experience!
