Had a dent worked out and scuffed rim fixed. Rim is now textured instead of smooth (looks like overspray) and even though the shop is connected to a VW dealer (with correct paint codes) the paint is obviously too light, looks like they tried to hide it by blending into the rear door that had no issue when it was brought in. THE SMALL DENT LOOKED BETTER! Shop around! Oh yeah and 3 bubbles or defects in the new paint!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am on a road trip, made a stop for a few days in Mystic CT. I have an SUV and I was losing air pressure in one of my tire. Hotel had me go to Bob Valenti shop. BIG mistake. I walked in and asked if someone could check my tire air pressure. I told him I'm from out of town and I was hitting the road tomorrow. It was the first desk as I walked into the Service desk area. He looked at me like I was talking French. He said the guys are getting ready to go to lunch. I said I can come back, he said, "we won't have time". I looked for another place and found Broadway Auto on Williams Ave. I was helped by Marlon, he might have been the owner. He helped me immediately and he said lets check for any nails. Found one and fixed it immediately. Do not go to Bob Valenti Dealership. Terrible customer service. I shared with hotel and they will not be sending people there any more.

Do not waste your time with this place. They do not complete the job EVER. Instead there is always an excuse as to why the work is outside the scope of their job. Main guy Chuck is condescending and useless.

Paul and his team not only found loose lug nuts that another garage had overlooked, but they took the time to squeeze my vehicle in on a busy Monday, tighten all the wheels, test it, and get me back on the road. No charge. I'm grateful in many ways.

My review is for the body shop,a month after buying my 2018 challenger some evil scum dented and scratched my passenger door through the clear coat (with no note!). Chuck and Chris led me through the repair process,fixed the dents and repainted, looks like new! Thank you guys.
