I called Bob on the advice of my real estate agent to fix a cracked window in the kitchen at my mom's place.He initially asked me for payment upfront. Given that I had not heard of him or worked with him before I was reluctant to do this. He was flexible and allowed me to pay him after the job was finished.He did a great job fixing my mom's window and now I can finally move on to other things and eventually sell her house. Thank you Bob great job!! Very happy with this service.

Easily the worst business I have ever attempted to work with. Exceptionally unprofessional. In the 18 months we have attempted to get them to repair our window multiple times they have said they would call us, then when we finally called them back after weeks of waiting they would tell us they had removed us from their list because we didn't call them.

A hilarious joke for a business. After 2 years of contacting this place every few months for a broken window repair, all we were able to get was a measurement performed after 9 months of calling. Every time we asked when we could expect assistance we were told "oh yeah your name is on the board". Finally after 2 years of attempting to work with this company we were verbally insulted over the phone and told to find another company. Do not attempt to work on this business, as they are a blight on this world.

Husband and wife were very great to work with. Window was repaired very quickly and professional. Over all plesent experience and would use again. The dog is always a good welcoming pet when your there.

We broke one of our windows about a year and a half ago- peak covid so understandably there was some issues with scheduling. My roommate tried to schedule a service with them on a number of occasions and we did eventually get some folks out to do an estimate. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that they tried to reach out to my roommate and were unable but long story short a year later I took over because I figured I've got the time to keep tabs on it.I left a message and mid may they called me back to get it straightened out. They gave me the answer that they were booked through July, but they'd give me a call to put something on the calendar when we got closer to time. Near the end of June I followed up myself (I'll admit I've been paranoid about getting lost in the shuffle) and the lady at the desk was very friendly, said they'd try to get us in on the 7th of July but they'd let us know. Fast forward to the 5th of July and I hadn't heard back so I gave them a call. They said they could not provide an update or estimate, or even a time for the husband to call back. I was frustrated and trying to press for literally any more information and the lady said I should 'take my business elsewhere' and hung up on me. I know I was frustrated but I definitely tried to be level headed the whole time. I'm not sure what more I could've done, I didn't call an obnoxious number of times, I just followed up when I would've expected a call from them and pressed for the information I'd hoped would be available.They're a small business that doesn't use a ton of digital tools so I tried to give the benefit of the doubt wherever I could, but I'm definitely frustrated after this whole experience and wish we had started with another company over a year ago.

Great small town shop. Very accommodating to make a custom mirror to replace a broken auto mirror. Fit is perfect and it looks like new.

These guys replaced a basement window in about 30 minutes at a very fair price.Pro tip: drive to the back of the lot to find it.
