Town Line did an excellent job repairing my SUV after it was damaged in a collision. Their front office person, Edi, provided exceptional customer service. The folks at Town Line communicated directly with my insurance carrier to ensure that the repair work was fully paid for. To top it off, they cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. Honestly my mom mobile hasn t been this clean in years.

Town Line did a fantastic job repairing my car after it was damaged by another driver. They worked with the other driver s insurance to secure a rental vehicle, provided updates throughout the repair process, and processed all of the paperwork seamlessly. Happy to recommend them based on their clear communication and beautiful work.

Extremely pleasant staff. I called 4 different shops and chose Town Line simply due to how nice they were to me as a prospective customer. Front office was extremely helpful with the insurance needs. The work itself was 5-star. I had a bent door frame and they did not settle for any used doors that weren t to their standards and ultimately decided a new door was best due to the lack Of quality in the used parts available at the time. Finally, the detailing on the car when I picked it up was immaculate and unexpected. They got almost all of the dog hair from my white pit Bull (black cloth interior) which I haven t ever been able to do myself.

A place of business you only seek when something happens with your car. In my case 2 cars in crashes. So not much fun. But after the team asked if I or any one was hurt ( no and fortunate) they focused on making sure I did not stress about Insurance stuff rental car and amount of time it would take to repair my car. Communicated on the progress and was spot on when it would be ready to pick up. So they get it on how to be a successful small business owner. They actually care given the situation most customers show up in and are professional and down right nice.They respected me and I respect them.Henry

Very timely with the service. My car was ready well before I expected it. All work was done completely and car was clean when delivered. All the folks we interacted with were extremely courteous and they kept us informed throughout the process.

I highly recommend Town Line Auto Body!My experience (first phone call to pick up) with the staff there was dealt with efficient, knowledgeable, accurate, truthful and beyond helpful. Great customer service. My mother told me that someone scratched her car. I found Town Line was the closest to her.It turns out it was on the surface, they hadn't scratched the paint.The guy spent about 10 minutes cleaning off the side of her car.When she asks how much, he said; no charge. It made her day.

Had the pleasure of using Town Line Body Shop for a recent repair. They gave us a quote quickly, worked with insurance seamlessly and did a great job with the actual repair. They returned the car to us in pristine condition and even did a full clean of the interior. We appreciate the little things and will happily use them again if needed. Thanks Team at Town Line!!

I honestly don t know what I would have done without this place! I was in an accident and my car was totaled. I had the car taken to Town Line on a strong recommendation and they did not disappoint. I had never been in an accident and had no idea what to do. Ron at Town Line was there for me every step of the way. He did an evaluation of my car himself, even called and spoke to my insurance company. He explained all the legal-speak for me, made sure I got the full value of my car, and was just all around amazing. The time and dedication that was given to me was overwhelming and I will be forever grateful for how patient they were. I whole-heartedly recommend taking your vehicle to Town Line.

I highly recommend Town Line Body Shop to everyone!!! From the first time I brought my car there for the estimate till the time I picked it up after they repaired my car, the entire staff was so helpful and nice. I am so happy with work done to my Jeep. It looks great! Edi was extremely helpful. From setting up my rental car to pointing me in the right direction when I needed help dealing with the insurance company, she was right there to help, even calling me to check in while my car was being repaired. Mark and Rich took the time to explain to me what needed to be repaired and were so professional and pleasant to deal with. When I got my car back it was it was so clean and in like-new condition!!! Thank you so much Edi, Mark, Rich, and the whole crew for making everything so easy!!!

Assessed the damage properly before taking my car so they could order the part ahead of time. Great communication throughout the whole process. Washed and detailed my car which really impressed me. It s cleaner than when I dropped it off!

Had some minor front bumper damage.They did an awesome job with customer service. Very easy to get estimates and fair. Brought the car in for them to do a color sample. Dropped the car off the night before after the part came in. Car was done same day. They matched the paint perfectly. Great staff and Edi was awesome.
