I went in today to purchase new windshield wipers and received great service. Not only was the service great, but the gentlemen installed the wipers without hesitation and without asking. That saved me a ton of time and made my day. Thank you!

I like the fact that they can find parts quickly and know the products. I also like dealing with the same people. They must have a way of hanging onto the staff.

Jeff, Eric and Abe are all super helpful. I needed multiple brake lines and if anyone knows about brake lines they are a pain to shop for. They made it easy and helped me find a solution to my brake line problems.

now that s what I call customer service. Even though I purchased something from the store and Shelton which by the way the store, and Shelton did not even want to attempt to try to help me I went to the store Monroe almost no questions asked helped me out in more than I even expected. SHELTON STORE WAS TERRIBLE!
