Stay away if renting a U-Haul from this place.I arrived at 3pm to pick up a trailer, I didn t get on the road until 5pm. The owner Eddie was rude, insulting, and wouldn t stop talking about all the problems he had. Instead of trying to get me on the road and make a sale he seemed to be more interested in crying to me about his staffing problems. We all have problems, it s our response and action which defines us.Eddie needs anger management, a hug and some growth in the problem solving areas. Everything is someone else s problem and never his own issuesWill never be back.

I have never seen anything quite like the lack of service and professional courtesy that I received from Eddie. He gave me a date to bring my boat in for service. I had it to him that very day. It was Mid-July.The boat sat at his shop for almost 6 weeks. I started calling at the 3 week mark and was told I ll get to it today . Obviously that didn t happen. Then after all that time Eddie told me he wanted nothing to do with my boat. I lost the summer boating season and ended up out of luck because it was September.I just called him back today and asked him if he could winterize the boat and cut me a break after having my boat all that time without getting service and he basically told me, sorry. You re out of luck here. I have many ahead of you! Are you seriously kidding me??This has been a very unprofessional experience and I would never recommend anyone consider going to Jensen for marine needs.Service: Engine repair

I have used Jensen Tire for many non warranty repairs on both of my vehicles in the past few years. they are great to deal with and have reasonable pricing. Their techs are experienced and loyal and the company works in a professional and honest fashion, that you could not depend on in other facilities. I have never had any issues with any repairs done by them and will continue my servicing when needed in the future. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for competent and trustworthy people to deal with.

Jensen Tire is, hands down, the best garage I've ever gone to for product and services for both tires and many other automotive needs. They are much more than a tire shop, are extremely friendly and flexible to work with, and will go out of their way to accommodate your schedule. They are also extremely fair in price. All that said, what they offer is far beyond other tire and automotive outlets in that they will go out of their way to help you out when emergency situations arise. I've had them open early and stay late, going way above and beyond to take care of me. I will never go anywhere else, and enthusiastically recommend them.

Highly recommend Jensen's Tire & Auto. Expert service from Anthony and his mechanics. Went in today for an oil change and new tires for my Chevy Equinox. Definitely beats going into a dealership or a big box tire outfit. Comparable prices, more courteous service, and less wait time. This view concerns Uhaul rental. Rented a 5x8 trailer one-way and per the contract I had 5 days ending 11/24 at 10:00 AM to drop off the trailer at Jensen Tire Auto and Marine in Monroe. Returned the trailer at 9:34 AM that day per my emailed receipt. Nevertheless, Jensen's charged me an extra day rental for some unknown reason which I did not know until looking at the emailed receipt at home.Had to call Uhaul customer service to get a credit which took about 45 minutes of waiting on the phone. My advice, get a paper receipt at the time of drop off.

Rented a U-Haul truck and it took minutes to get in and go. Prices were phenomenal. Didn't realize a truck of 20 ft. is only $39.95 for 24 hrs! ( Plus mileage which is a small extra cost depending upon how far you go)

Have been taking my cars here for years and felt Shawn was always good to me. Brought my car in July to get checked out for a noise coming from the front end. They worked up a $2100+ quote, which included replacement of front struts they had just replaced less than 20K miles earlier. Took to another garage & problem was fixed for $600. Saved over $1500 & will not return...very disappointed!!!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYs for a UHAUL rental!!! The owner doesn t know how to do the paperwork and UHAUL should find someone else in the area. Response from owner is I m not a IT guy so I don t understand all this. In the meantime be prepared to wait an hour or so to doPaperwork manually

I have been a customer for many years. The guys at Jensen are considerate, kind and very helpful. I trust them to do the best for me and my car. They are always pleasant, and knowledgeable. They always have a clean place to sit, coffee, and I would and do truly recommend them to my friends.

$31 to mount and balance one tire? They Did swap the replacement to the rear, but I wish they would have swapped the other front tire to the rear - especially since THEY noticed it was worn and the rear is not. Also, I had an appointment but it still took them 1 1/4 hours... Pleasant local service though.

Convenient location at the intersection of two state roads, Roosevelt drive(state route 34) and Monroe turnpike ( state route 111). Excellent service, I've been bringing my cars here for a dozen years.They offer u_haul service as well as auto and marine mechanical services.Shawn has been there as long as I can remember doing a bang_up job!

North of town locale on state route 34 (Roosevelt drive), the main east/west route through the Stevenson section of town. This is at the intersection with state route 111 (Monroe turnpike). Been bringing my vehicles there for 15 years and they always do a bang up job!

Countless times I've shown up first thing in the morning and had little to no wait for oil change on my Silverado. They've put tires on my 4-Runner and performed brake jobs. Always fair, friendly, and fast.

I have been bringing my 2003 Toyota Corolla to Jensen's in Monroe for the past several years for maintenance and diagnostic services, as well as tires. The mechanics are skilled and thorough and I trust them completely with my 'older' Toyota.

I was really pleased when Eddie opened his first shop in Monroe and even happier when the second one opened in Trumbull because it's closer to me. I have always been highly satisfied with Eddie's work. If he undertakes a repair and in doing so discovers another problem, he will always call and let you know what the issue is and why it should be attended to. But the choice is always yours to get it done, put it off, or go to another mechanic. Never a problem here with a repair for me. And should you have an issue, however unlikely that is, know that Eddie stands behind his work and he is a AAA certified repair shop. I won't go anywhere else.

A true one stop shop for all your automotive and tire needs. Friendly staff, Saturday hours and prices that can't be beat ! Forget internet shopping for tires, they'll match most any price and installation is cheaper !
