That s the third time they denied to change oil on my vehicles. Terrible service! Latoya was very helpful attending me. Car was dropped off at 4PM, at 5:05PM the service manager Charlie said they don t have the right oil filter for my car. I went to another store to buy the oil filter and came back at 5:30PM. After 30 minutes he said he can t change the filter because it s in a different spot and he needs to take too many parts to change it (actually he only needs an extension for the tool. Car was returned to me at 6:30PM. For 2 hours they all walked around, no busy and no rush and nobody could change the oil. He almost send me home not charging for the cabin air filter. I had to remind himSam Walton once said: "There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.I m not coming back

Efficient & speedy. Great customer service at the desk too. Ordered 2 new tires from Walmart online & made the appointment for the tires to be installed at the same store. They arrived on time. Was in & out within an hour and a half.

My experience at Walmart Auto Center Milford branch was far from satisfactory. I went in for an oil change and mentioned that my window wasn't working. However, despite my warnings, the staff forcibly opened the window, causing further damage to my vehicle. I believe there was a lack of regard for customer satisfaction and negligence in car maintenance. I definitely wouldn't recommend this branch to others.

I brought my car there to have the headlight replaced. They said there was about a 90 min wait. Ok. I left my keys and went across the parking lot to the coffee shop. I got a text when they brought my car into the bay. Helpful and I figured it wouldn't be too long. After about 30-45 mins with no update, I went back figuring it couldn't be long.My car was parked outside with no updates via text or in the app. When I went in to ask about it, they told me it was too complex and they couldn't do it. I'm not so upset by that. That's why I didn't want to do it. It's more annoying that I never got a call, text or app update. If I went by that, I'd still be having coffee the next day because the app says my car is still there.Communication was poor.

One star for the price. Everything else was substandard. I spent over 1,000 on four new tires and the facilities were dirty and cramped. Add to this that they under-inflated ALL of the tires -- so a trip to the dealer was necessary to clear four yellow warning lights. The money saved was almost not worth it because I barely trust that the rest of the job was done correctly.

Purchased and mounted front tires here. Front desk people were multitasking so I knew to be patient. Arrived early, didn t have to wait astronomically long since I had an appointment. Been here for an oil change before and I always feel like I m taken care of. The techs will give you hints that other serious work may need to be done if they see something unsafe. I appreciate that.Services: Tires, Oil change

I changed 2 rear tires today. The lady who took the order hardly wanted to say hello.he said the replacement would take an hour and a half.nevertheless, I waited two and a half hours. 40 seconds later my car was on the scaffolding, they just stopped working.for almost a full hour.it used to be a great service a few years ago, but today a lot of lazy and incompetent people work there. to see that they don't feel like being there.if i could i would give 0 stars but for the price it deserves one.Service: Tires

Ordered to tires and never got a notification on my order. I called twice and no one ever answers the phone. Talk about poor service. Last time I buy from here.

RUN AWAY!I used to love this service center but after the disaster they made on my last visit to my car and myself I am advising anyone that sees this to BEWARE of this place, run and never look back.I have filled a report with corporate for negligence.Never would have thought I would leave this place with my heart on my throat. There s a female employee there that is rude. Not your typical rude employee. I m talking about the rude that makes your blood boil. The rude that makes you feel like you re a nobody. Like I know you can barely make ends meet but that s not my fault. I really hope the district manager along corporate makes changes to this department. Not a good experience at all. Getting constant service here was nice while it lasted. On to a better service center

i wash if i can you 0 Star. because.i went there yesterday theTire Shop 2 Girl Misbehaving with me.especially One Spanish girl in particular is behaving badly When I asked she to help me she told me she was busy but I saw she walking around talking to another employee.Why are you guys hiring these girls for customer service? This is how you provide service to customers!

The girl working behind the counter was so miserable. I tried talking as nicely to her as possible but she just couldn t get over her misery. I said you should try smiling and that seemed to infuriate her. Wow sorry Walmart doesn t even care. They just want your money they don t care whether or not the customers are happy. I ll go somewhere else next.

They only good thing about this place is the price. Always ordered tires online from them and put them on myself. My tire machine broke so I figured it seemed like a good enough deal just to have them put them on but I was mistaken. Waited an hour for my car to be done just for them to tell me I bought the wrong tires. I did not buy the wrong tires. They refuse to put them on because they were not factory spec when my car doesn t even have factory wheels on it. They lied to me about how they wouldn t fit instead of telling me of their policy. After it still took them an additional 45 minutes to put them on despite telling me my car was ready 15 minutes after they put the tires they wanted on my car. If you are a car person and want tires not just for functionality but for aesthetic as well do not go here. If you are a woman they will mansplain you. Town fair or anything other tire place will not give you an issue. They also scratched my Sparcos.

When I arrive here I had no idea how long I was going to take changing just two front tires, 4 hours, and. When I went to ask why it was taking to long the answer was literally, *** you can wait or you can take yours and leve. We are taking just appointments at this moment *** really frustrated

Very impressed with the service. My wife got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon and after looking at all the tires, she really needed 4 new ones anyway. I filled the flat with air and went to Walmart. They got me in immediately and changed out all 4 tires in about 30 minutes start to finish! On a Sunday afternoon! Thank you Walmart guys!!!

I don t believe it. If you wanna waste your time all day, I recommend to go to this place. Changing 2 tires literally took almost 3 hours. Funny part, I was only the costumer. Wasted. Too many people there doing just nothing.

Absolutely worthles, misreable, and lazy young girl working there looking to not do anything. Go to Costco instead. Worst customer service. I noticed lots of other people complained about her. Walmart get rid of her.

Purchased a battery from this place in October, and it was dead in January. My mechanic said it could not hold a charge due to a dead cell, but the auto care center manager said it was fine. After complaining to the corporate office, I was able to get a refund, but I would not recommend batteries from this place.

Tire was mounted inside out, they dont read what's on the tire when it says inside on one side and outside on the other? Make sure to tell them if they need to be mounted a certain way. 3 out of 4 were correct. Good attitude though, but maybe done too quickly without checking for details?

We went to order & collect & install our new tires. great service and quick install. Considering much cheaper than most garages the service was just as good. arrive before it gets really busy around midday.

I needed tires on a Sunday and Town Fair was closed. I went in and got actual Goodyear tires for a FANTASTIC price, mounted balanced and stemmed with TPM tire stems, all for about 89 dollars a tire with a road hazard warranty that lasts for the life of the tires. Which is UNHEARD OF at any other local tire store. Did I also mention they completed the job in less than an hour?? I did my weekly grocery shopping while they fixed my tires and 45 minutes later was even able to check out in the auto store. The employees are fantastic. I am a super happy camper.

An associate was contacting another store for us to see if they had the tires we were looking for (this Walmart only had 3). The manager asks her what she's doing and then tells her to hang up. This occurs with him standing behind us, talking in Spanish assuming we couldn't understand him. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. We waited at least 30 minutes for someone to help us out, and were barely given the time of day. Never coming back.

Check your dipstick. After an oil change mine was below the Low minimum and they refused to top it up. They said "the book" only said 3.2 quarts so they would not add a drop. They finally added a small amount to just take it to the minimum Low mark once I threatened to stop payment from the CC company.These people are hopeless. I went home and checked - it should take 4.2 quarts!!!Useless ..

Good prices, horrible customer service. End up waiting in line at least 20 minutes just to talk to someone. Then again another 20+ min line to pay and pick up. Very frustrating when the actual oil change only takes 20 min and I can see my car waiting for me.

Purchased tires online. Arrived at my home via FEDEX in two business days. Brought to Milford store for mounting. Met at front desk by Delmis with big smile and can-do attitude. Clean, well-organized shop and nice waiting room with WiFi. In-and-out in 45 minutes. Could not be more pleased.

This wouldn't even be 1 star. I went for an oil change and received a broken tube for my washer fluid. My car also had a pinging sound to it. I was told that the oil alot of these places use is recycled oil. Is my money recycled? I WILL NOT go back. I like my car and want to take care of her.

3 hour wait for tire rotation. No scheduling system. So drop a car and wait 4 hours in the store is the only option. Don't ever buy tire rotation package here.
