I highly recommend this facility!! Ashley, the Office Manager goes above and beyond to ensure the customers are taken care. I had experienced issues with the car dealer, Genesis and she stepped in to help result the issue even though is was not under the Collison issue. Her team took extra care to ensure my car has returned in perfect condition.

I appreciate the excellent service provided by Traynor Collision Center. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My vehicle looks brand new after the repairs, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Traynor Collision Center for their professionalism and top-notch work. Five stars!

Worked with my insurance to have my car repaired here starting in September of 2023 after a hit and run. They had me stuck in a rental that I was paying for weeks after they were supposed to have finished the repair. They did a paint job that they claimed was not up to standard so they made me wait once again for a repaint. Finally they released my car with missing emblems and pieces because they are supposedly on back order and they would call me to bring my car back in to finish the job. I have called twice so far since then and it is now March and it s been radio silent with them stating they will call me back when they have the parts. Of course they kept changing their quotes and estimates to my insurance so they could be paid out to their max and yet here I am with an unfinished car. Waiting for a call to bring my car back in so they can actually finish putting it together unsure if that call will ever come and what I can do to force this place to finish what they started.

Very well communicating about the repairs. However, the estimated fix time was longer than I was told. Perhaps, they should had waited to see the car in more detail to tell me the actual expected date of completion of the repair. Just by looking at it they gave me an estimated date of completion that was very opposite to the actual. Also repairs came up to be higher than first told- so that also changed.

brought my car for minor front end damage after a little over a month i finally got my car back but to see it with mismatching badges, no sound deadening on door then when installed they didn't do it right, clips broken, missing pieces of the door panel, zip ties holding my panel underneath the car and 50% of the bumper clips weren't fully on. They made me come back 4 times and throughout that they broke my window buttons. Will never go back to that place again. Do they not have any type of inspection procedure before giving back to the customer.

This review is long. Bottom line: If you want exceptional work and exceptional customer service, then Traynor Collision Center in Milford (CT) is where you want to bring your vehicle!!!!!After a freak accident that involved our house and Pathfinder, the Pathfinder was very much in need of repair. Our insurance company provided the names of a few of their preferred auto body shops close to us. Our first choice was the shop closest to us, and it was not a good experience (see the end of this review for a comparison), so we went to another body shop on the list, Traynor Collision Center in Milford. I called late in the afternoon and was able to bring the Pathfinder in for an estimate the next morning. I had the immense pleasure of meeting Tony Chiaraluce, who came out to greet me shortly after my arrival so he could look at the damage to write the estimate. Tony looked at everything very thoroughly and explained what needed to be done. I have to add that Tony is the nicest guy and anyone who gets a chance to work with him is very lucky. At this point it was a no-brainer that this was the place to use for the repairs. I was told I could leave the vehicle that day, but I had arrived alone and had no way to get back home. Tony told me if I had any problems finding someone to help he would make arrangements for me to get back home. The next day I was able to get help, so I dropped the Pathfinder off. Every couple of days Jessica called to give an update on the status, such as when the parts were being painted and when the vehicle was being put back together. (Seriously, who does anything like this nowadays?) To our delight we got a call that the Pathfinder was finished and ready to go about a week sooner than expected, and immediately drove over to get it. When we saw it, it looked like a vehicle just bought and ready to drive off the lot. Tony came out to see us (so my husband had the pleasure of meeting him), and he went over all the details of what was done, as well as providing tips to keep the finish looking new. He even mentioned a potential issue that we will have our mechanic look at. In addition to the smashed part looking like new, a few other minor flaws were buffed and shined. And, to top it all off, the windows and entire interior of the vehicle had been totally cleaned! I can t remember the last time the interior was this spotless.Thank you, Traynor Collision!!! While we hope we never need to return, should we require any body work in the future, we ll be coming to you! In the meantime, should we know of anyone whose vehicle needs work done, we will absolutely be referring them to you!!!Comparison to first body shop we visited:TIME TO SCHEDULE FOR AN ESTIMATE:-Them: One full week.-Traynor: The next morning.STAFF UPON ENTERING SHOP:-Them: One surly person, looking at his phone, who made me feel like I was interrupting something rather important (even though I had an appointment).-Traynor: Immediately greeted by staff who were very attentive, friendly and helpful.THE CUSTOMER AREA:-Them: I wasn t in there long, but It wasn t the kind of place I d want to sit in.-Traynor: Very clean and neat. I didn t mind sitting in the chairs the day I was waiting for a ride.THE ESTIMATE PROCESS:-Them: Same surly person I had obviously interrupted when I arrived, who did a cursory look at the damage from afar and got the mileage. This took maybe 2 minutes, but I kept him a bit longer because I had a follow-up question (see below).-Traynor: I don t recall the total amount of time, but Tony was very thorough, looked up close in places like the wheel well, the edge of the driver s door (which couldn t be fully opened), plus the entire vehicle. He then took time explaining the repair process to me, all the while being so pleasant and personable and making me feel welcome.WHEN COULD WORK BE STARTED?-Them: End of August (this was on July 10)!-Traynor: You can leave it today and we start immediately. I ve seen Tony three times with my Mazda CX5 and each time I drive away, I think that Traynor is the best body shop in the area. The attention to detail by the front office, the excellent paint services, the deep knowledge of issues with your particular vehicle, Tony and his team consistently deliver stellar results. I was rear-ended and my insurance company suggested Traynor. You never know what to expect when it s an insurance-company recommendation, but I was pleasantly surprised. From the convenience scheduling my estimate to the process of getting the repair done - everything went smoothly and the people were friendly and helpful. They exceeded my expectations in getting the repair completed not just on time, but faster than expected. And my car was clean inside and out when I picked it up. This place did a top notch job fixing my car. Hit a deer and needed a new hood, fender, head light and bumper and they made it brand new. Car came back spotless and they even touched up a tiny paint chip on the door. Their effort doesn't go unnoticed. HAD ALL 4 RIMS REFINISHED! Bought rim insurance at a Jeep dealership which is subcontracted through a separate business. Of course it was sold to me as if it would be as easy as 123 to utilize. Come to find out these separate entities don t like to pay for much and put a lot of exclusions in their fine print. It was a bit of a hassle trying to put a claim through, however, working closely with Steve, we were able to jump through all the hoops to get payment out of them. Steve was a pleasure to work with and got the job done at a very fair price. The woman at the front desk was great as well. The rims came out excellent! They look brand new! They even detailed the car, inside and out! What a pleasant surprise. I am very happy I chose this place for the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.

Went for an estimate on repairing my car. Right from the receptionist, to Tony giving me an estimate and the gentleman who drove me all the way home; SUPER NICE AND PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!! I was more than happy to leave my car there, to get repaired. So wonderful that some companies see the value in excellent customer service.

This is the spot to go to for anybody work etc to your vehicle recently my 2020 Honda Accord was stolen and crashed and I was recommended to this place by mutual friends and I am glad I made the choice to work with them big thanks to Jessica at the front desk she called me very frequently to keep me up to date with my vehicle always was very attentive and concerned for me as if the vehicle was hers lol and was very professional with every answer to my questions felt like I knew her for years and also want to thank Tony he did all the work on my vehicle he did more than a sensational job to the point it really looked like I just drove it of the lot could not even tell the difference or would ever know my car had any damage and he walked me threw every thing he did to the vehicle in a very detailed manner and super professional and to put the icing in the cake my car was a mess when they found it so I m thinking man I m going to have to detail my car another expense and nope when I picked up my vehicle it was detailed for me and ready to hit the road thank you guys for that I highly recommend this place to anyone with out a doubtServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Paint repair

Review by Margie R & Bob MThe only good thing about having an auto accident is Traynor Collision Center in Milford! These guys just say you can trust us then show you all the reasons why. We worked with Tony C who was thoroughly detailed in his inspection and explanations. He was very polished, professional and had a great way of mitigating the trauma that comes with any accident. You just have to work with this guy!We knew exactly what to expected and what our options were before any work was done on our Murano. The front desk staff was exceptional in calling us with status updates along the way and had answers to all of our questions. Everyone that we met was courteous, friendly and made us feel that they were happy to have us there. The waiting area was spacious, super clean with comfortable seating and great coffee.As for the quality of their work it was absolutely spot on perfect. They exceeded our expectations and the car was detailed to boot. Tony C went through each repair point in detail and offered specific suggestions on how to care for the finish going forward. The job took a few days longer than estimated but for good reason, No one wanted to rush the paint curing time. We were kept abreast and were part of the decision process.Traynor is the only collision center that we would ever consider. My car went to Traynor after being rear-ended. They did a great job. You can't tell at all that the bumper was replaced - and they even saved my beach sticker, which any Milford resident knows is a huge plus! They also buffed out a few unrelated scratches for me. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back to Traynor if I ever needed their services again.Service: Body & Trim

A few weeks ago, a person ran a stop sign and smashed up my bumper real good. Her insurance company's attempts to contact her failed, so they took 100% fault for the accident and recommended Traynor Collision Center for my repairs. Seeing as I live in town and reading the great reviews that I viewed online, I made my appointment to drop the car off on Monday morning. 4 days later, my bumper looks AWESOME and looks like nothing ever happened to it. They did an amazing job making everything look new again! The additional cleaning of the car they provided was a nice surprise! The car now looks newer than when we bought it last year! The staff is super professional, friendly and just all around very pleasant to deal with. I am happy with how everything turned out and wish i could rate this place 10 stars. Highly recommended!!!

If I could give this shop -0 stars I would. This had been the worst experience I've had with an auto body shop. I had my car come here through insurance to get a dent taken out and a paint job. Prior to bringing my car here my car was in great shape despite dent. When I went to pick up my car from Traynor Collison Center, my car was left with gas under the E line and would not start(battery clicking). The guy Tony came out and was able to get it started and told me a gas station was up the street(didn't bring my car with an empty tank). After leaving and getting gas, I got on the highway turned radio on and my volume did not work. I quickly called, they asked if I could bring vehicle back. Brought it back they said they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and made appointment to my original dealership to have them check it out. Left and went to work. The next morning when leaving work my car did not turn on, again called Traynor Collision and they came to jump start my car and pick me up. Got to Traynor where I was told they did a hard restart to my car when replacing my door. They would put me in a rental that I had to pay $150 hold for and they would find out what is wrong with my car and fix the issue. Got a call that they had to hire an expert to figure out that they needed to replace both batteries in my car and everything was good to go. Now two days later My sun roof will not operate properly, and radio still having issues. Traynor then tells me they cannot help me. I do not understand how body work has anything to do with electrical and why they ruined my car that was perfectly fine when it was brought to them. It's very upsetting and disappointing. They have been such an inconvenience to me and causing me stress that I do not need. And to add I had to miss TWO days of work because of their mistake that they did not take responsibility for and PROPERLY FIX. I do not recommend Traynor Collision Center. Horrible place do not take your car to this place they completely fail at what they had todo. Plus used a touch up paint marker all around my car making the scratches look even more noticeable. My car is black so you can see all the imperfections. I took the car to my insurance to inspect the work and from a distance he pointed out all the problems. Theres overspray all over the car, my hood has dots all over it now and it's a large area. I went in for a ding on the driver side and with the overspray and unauthorized touch ups now I have problems on the passenger side as well. The area they worked and repainted looks like an orange peal not smooth like glass. I do not recommend this place to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Paint repair

I recently had an accident and took my car here for repair in these challenging times. I worked with Ben. The service I received was excellent . He handled my claim very quickly which I so appreciated since it was totaled. This allowed my claim to be handled quickly by my insurance company. I highly recommend this shop.

Brought my vehicle in and left my girlfriends wallet in there by mistake with a couple dollars in tips in cash and a couple cards with belongings on the side of the passenger door inside. I come back 3 days later after finally realizing where it could be and I come back to Traynor Collision Center and I found the wallet opened/unzipped and misplaced the other way, also her ID and cash went missing, and of course nobody knows where anything went and that they can t do nothing about it. Jus such great service .

Had to be one of the worst places to go, they have had my car in there for over a month now and I ve had to rental a car paying with my own money because they don t know how to give a date as to when it will be ready, every time I get updated I m always the one to call, they hardly ever call me to give me any updates about my car, today I called once s again after being told it would be ready today just for them to tell me it won t Bec they didn t like the way the paint job was done and if he didn t like it I wasn t gonna like it, he made a choice for me instead of asking me for my opinion on how MY car looks and they had to send it back to the shop to redo everything, if I knew they where gonna take longer then three weeks I would have taken my car somewhere else. When I first took my car there they told me it would take about two weeks, they just lie after lie after lie, this place is unbelievable and just the worse, now I know where to never take my car or never recommend this place to anyone, please if u are trying to get ur car fixed, this is not the place to do it keep looking but this place is not worth it.

Absolute perfection. I got into a little fender bender and needed some work done. True to the estimated cost and time line for repair. I cannot comment enough on the amazing work that they did. I will be recommending to anyone for any body work needs. Extremely happy with the end result. Friendly and down to earth staff. Always kept me updated on the progress. Absolutely no complaints.

Having had a very good experience in getting a quote several months back, for a vehicle we no longer own, I decided to visit again with new 2019 Tesla Model S. Met with Ben whom I found to be extremely knowledgable and friendly. He offered to take car in right away and finished the work ahead of schedule. Traynor will be my first stop next time I need auto body repair, highly recommend!
