Dan Perkins Subaru in Milford is the absolute best car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! From the moment you step on the lot to purchase your vehicle to when you are in need of service, all the team members are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The service department is amazing and very helpful and know exactly what your Subaru needs to keep driving in perfect condition. The new facility is beautiful yet state of the art. You will never be disappointed with your decision to purchase, lease or service your Subaru at Dan Perkins. I will never consider another vehicle or dealership. I've been a loyal customer for 8 years now and will be for life! Thank you Dan Perkins Subaru.

The new storefront is absolutely amazing. The check-in process and overall wait time for service was incredible and efficient. There were multiple people working at desks and aiding to attend and help. Incredible improvement from before!

Really nice and clean new facility. Two times as quick for servicing now that they have a larger shop. They gave me a shuttle ride while I waited to the gym and it was done within an hour. Really impressed with their service drive, the shops, and the new hand wash detail was really good. I told four people how impressive it was before I even drove away.

This was my first time in your new location. It is a very impressive, modern and bright place to visit. I drove into the service garage and met David. He verified my appointment for an oil change and pointed out that upon entering, I drove over a device that checked tire wear and alignment. David pointed out that I needed an alignment and visually showed me how far out of adjustment the wheels were. David then Les me to the new customer lounge and came to get me when my car was ready. All in all, or was a very impressive experience.

I enjoy the new facility- bigger, better and cleaner. I was able to work while waiting for my car to be serviced. Service specialist David is always professional and polite. Car wash was provided even though I didn't ask which is appreciated. Highly recommend.

My 2022 Subaru Ascent was recently in for its 25,000 mile check up I have been a customer of Dan Perkins forever it s not only a dealership it s a place you can go and feel confident that things will be taken care of accordingly. It was my first time in the new facility, which is absolutely gorgeous. They make you feel welcome the second you get there David in service was as usual amazing. He kept me up-to-date on everything with my car. If you re looking to purchase a new car, go see my friend, Kevin Puzzo your friend from the second to meet him

This team works with precision to get people registered and their vehicles on the lift as quickly as possible. The new facility is outstanding and even checks tire treads as you drive in.Jonathan was helpful and informative and didn t pressure and answered any questions I asked. The quiet room was a great place to sit and binge my favorite tv show too.A fine experience

I had a great experience with the service department thanks to Shana! My car was looked at within minutes of my appointment start time, and I received a very detailed diagnosis very quickly, and had constant communication with Shana throughout the process. Very grateful for the service department at Perkins!

Spanking New Place Many experiences The Service was fantastic. I drove into their service bay was greeted right away , several times they updated me on the progress, they even got from Napa a belt they did not have. Fast job very short wait.

Things could not have gone any better at my service appointment. I was greeted promptly and pleasantly. My car was in and out in no time with no surprises. Everyone was great from the start to the cashier. The new place looks great as well.

Had brought my car in for an engine knock. Quickly diagnosed as damage in the lower block. Had an extended warranty, but All State didn't wanna pay full price for the repair. Melissa Martins worked with the shop foreman and parts manager and was able to get the difference pretty much all taken care of. Barely had to cover anything out of pocket. Kept me updated on everything that was going on. Highly recommend their service department. And the new dealership is extremely nice.

The new Dan Perkins Subaru site is awesome. Plenty of room and easy to navigate. The service department recharged my a/c and changed the oil. Service was neat and professional. Great dealership!

10/10 service at Dan Perkins Subaru. I shouldn t go through automatic car washes as it can mess up the paint on my WRX, so the service department took it upon themselves to hand wash my car and give it a vacuum as well without me even having to ask. David D. kept me updated throughout the day with the status of my vehicle and was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. Super happy with my experience. Thank you!

Love the car. Not detailed very well. My wife took time off from work for noon appointment and left after 45 minutes because paperwork was not ready. She had to come back at 530 to sign documents. Mike Capobianco was our salesman. Great job by him.

I just purchased a new Subaru Ascent at Dan Perkins Subaru and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. My Sales representative Kevin Puzzo was extremely professional and helpful. I live out of state which meant it didn t want to drive a long distance if he couldn t deliver. Kevin more than delivered he had the car I wanted and gave me a price I was happy with without all the typical car salesman haggling. He also made every other aspect of my purchase very easy ( including the credit report, insurance needs and out of state registration. He he also gave me a very competitive price on my car trade in. Because of his efforts and the rest of the Staff at Dan Perkins Subaru I was able to buy and pick up my new Ascent in 72 hours. If you are buying a Subaru I highly recommend working with Kevin Puzzo . And I also highly recommend Dan Perkins Subaru of Milford Connecticut . The best car purchasing experience I ve had in years.

George is terrific. I had an appt with someone else, he overbooked and George stepped in. He was awesome first time I bought a new car in 9 years and so happy with it, much due to George. I highly recommend him if you are shopping around.

My pleasant experience of purchasing the vehicle has been overshadowed by my recent service experience. While the new dealership is nice and their process is top notch, I was hit with almost 2k in suggested charges for the used 2019 Impreza sport I purchased a year ago. $160 for a $15 dollar cabin air filter and a disinfectant spray, $60 for a $30 dollar engine air filter, $300 to flush the front and rear differentials, $180 for fuel injector cleaning and a grand for 4 new tires... all after putting on a few thousand miles on the vehicle in a year. I'll continue to go back because I prepaid for the scheduled maintenance but any other service will be performed elsewhere or by myself. Disappointed.

Based on previous facility, I didn't think service could be better. The experience I had at the new facility & with the staff were absolutely tremendous. I would recommend Perkins Subaru to anyone buying a car.
