I brought my 2005 Chrysler 300 to them to get a minor fender bender fixed and they destroyed my car from the inside out .. they started with killing my new bought double cell battery I just installed in my car and when they jump it they jump it straight from the cables that lead from the battery to the car radio after market System and fried my whole new system and also my pcm computer and then after I brought it back they broke my steering column and then sent me home lying about the system working and also sent me home driving a car that was not supposed to be driven do to the broken steering column as dangerous as that is they still sent me home in the car , and mind it the car was In Perfect working order before they touched it . I advise no one to go their cause they lied to the insurance company and their mechanic are not competent at their job. And this is a pic of full body diagnostic to some of the damage they did .

I had to get body work done for my car. I got the appointment through my insurance , check in and check out was very smooth , work done was excellent the only thing was communication, I almost called 5 times to get an update, I would have loved a proactive communication. I didn t get my car on schedule time due to parts delivery but that was expected due to supply chain issue still going around. Overall I had a good experience.Service: Auto body & trim repair

After recently getting into an accident, I had literally on the spot while on scene of the accident filled out my insurance information, being in a panic I picked Steven's collision center not really knowing much about them other then the fact they were quick to get me in. As soon as I stepped foot in there my experience was beyond pleasant. I was completely set up with the car rental service and did not have to worry about a thing other then dropping my car off to begin repairs. When it came time to pick up my car, the woman at the front desk was beyond friendly, and extremely pleasant to deal with, also very informative. When I went out to my car, I honestly could not believe how it looked. You would NEVER know that I was recently in an accident. The work done on the car by Steven's Collision Center was completely TOP NOTCH, I sure as hell got lucky randomly picking them through my insurance. If I ever need work like that done on my car, I will 100% be going to them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Used the cheapest parts to replace my hood and bumper in a small fender bender. I was cut off and had my front end smashed in. Partly due to the job they did and parts they used. Nice and accommodating staff, POOR WORKMANSHIP. Cheap aftermarket bumpers installed. Brackets eventually unaligned and now it is no longer level with my headlight. Bondo on the quarter door panel is uneven to the other side of my car. Paint is chipping. Splash shield/guard under the wheel well was poorly installed and came off completely. I would not service my vehicle here again.

Whose place ever they take for ever don t reply with feedback lack of professional people on there also they lie and use used parts on new cars and charge like new they recycle everything they can steal peoples time and money
