My son's vehicle broke down on of all days, Easter Sunday. Since the vehicle would not run correctly, he called AAA to have it towed. ROBERT'S SERVICE was dispatched to tow the vehicle and they were there in no time! The vehicle was towed to their service center without any issues. I called ROBERT'S SERVICE the following Monday morning and was assured that the vehicle would be fixed and on the road by the end of the day. At first, I was very skeptical but soon learned, they keep their word! By 3:30pm on that Monday afternoon, I received a call that the vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. My next big question was the cost but once again, I was pleasantly surprised. The total price was EXTREMELY REASONABLE! The technician explained what was needed AND what was NOT needed. He didn't try to sell me anything extra nor did he look to add any extra costs. My son picked up his car and once again, it was running perfect! From now on, both of my son's who attend college in Connecticut will be bringing their vehicles to ROBERT'S SERVICE for any/all mechanical issues! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROBERT'S SERVICE....

Steve and the whole team are the best! My wife and I have brought our cars here for about 5 years. Every time they go above and beyond to ensure you receive the best service possible with truly fair prices. Can't recommend them enough. We're lucky to have them in Milford.

I own a small car rental business and end up dealing with a lot of towing business. While I can't say it's a pleasant experience having a customer total one of my cars, everyone I dealt with at Roberts from Mr Bruneau to the young lady behind the desk to the gentleman who moved the car in the yard was courteous, professional and efficient

Extremely professional, clean, and neat waiting area. TV monitor in sitting area is a nice touch seeing your vehicle being serviced. Probably the fastest CT emissions site I've been to, ever. Highly recommended

Horrible place. AAA sent me Robert's as a tow truck service, 3 hours pass by, I called here and asked for a time estimate. AAA previously estimated 15 minutes, so I told Lauren Civitelli, the"manager" that I had been waiting 3 hours and if the time estimate was correct or if someone was on the way currently. She then very rudely said "I just told you 15 minutes so". Lauren then canceled my tow truck, which led me to get another much more friendly service to tow my car. Highly wouldn't recommend.Employee/"manager" who shouldn't even be considered which, is extremely rude. Don't waste your time.

Excellent work on my 2017 Honda Accord. It now drives like it's new! Super efficiency in the office and garage. Ride home was provided. I highly recommend them.Services: oil & filter change, transmission fluid, fuel injection service, Installed new starter motor.

Came here for an emissions test. Was quick, convenient, and efficient. They have dedicated spots on the side of the building for emissions test parking. Large waiting area with plenty of seating. Was in and out within 20 minutes. Be sure to get there early because they can get quite busy!

Needed a replacement starter and the shop was able to take care of it within a few hours without an appointment and at a reasonable price! Appreciated the quick turn around

Honesty would be my impression. Friendly staffWe found Roberts from AAA and hen we needed towing service. Glad we did. They also do emissions testing. Steve is the manager and he cares about the customer. The rest of the staff has always looked out for our best interests, especially with older cars.

They seem like nice little but, Had a $900 fuel pump installed that wasn't the problem. Never got that fixed. Brought it back took it Nissan when they said too. They said they fixed the part that was the problem from Nissans instructions. Idk if they actually did or if they cleared my warnings. I brought it back for another problem. They quoted me a price then charged me more. I didn't care to argue over little less than $40. Heard great things. But I wouldn't trust them again.they put in a $900 fuel pump that wasn't the problem even though their mechanic said the fuel pump they replaced (it was brand new I had it installed a few months prior) looked new. That wasn't the problem. Never got that fixed. Warrenty doesn't mean anything if it's not the problem and you replace a new pump with a new pump.

Wow, this place is great. I came to them with a unique, short notice project. They ran with it, managed to squeeze me in, and cared for my car as if it was their own. Everyone on the team was awesome, give those dudes a raise.Work was fantastic, billing was honest, don t think twice about trusting them with your towing or repair.

Brought my 2003 Ford van in on Monday with no brakes. They called me and said it needed new brake lines but they didn't make them anymore so he would have to custom make them. They were busy and they said they wouldn't get to it until the following week. I was coming back from new Haven on Wednesday afternoon and my phone rings. It was Roberts service center telling me that they stayed late and got my truck done. I was so grateful and the price was very fair. Will be using them from now on. Highly recommend.

This place is the best! I ve been bringing my Ford to them for a little over a year now. STEVE is amazing! He is always so helpful, so honest, gets my truck in and out. He is always so reasonable with the prices. I trust ROBERT S 100% with my vehicle. Great customer service and great mechanics. Thank you ROBERT S for making me a very HAPPY customer! Always a job WELL DONE!

First time here...employees friendly and helpful. Had my emmision test done, pretty quick. Just moved here from Maryland and will definitely be back for my automotive needs.02/2023 Went back to have a noise looked at from the engine. Great waiting room...couch and TV, great people and didn't find any issues. Next visit will be an oil change. Thanks for being so friendly and honest.

Great full service repair shop, looked at moms car and found nothing wrong, car is running great. While they had it they pushed out a small dent she had in the bumper molding. Not what we were there for, but it was really appreciated. Oh did I mention they checked out her car and did that quick repair for drumroll please...... NO CHARGE !!!New customer gained mom is absolutely thrilled with them and really liked the positive attitude from the employees and owner. We thought all the employees were really nice and courteous as well. Parking lot was really full and even the tow truck drivers took a moment to help. Why go anywhere else, we won't.

Honest diagnosis and GREAT prices with great work. Myself and several family members have used them numerous times. Updated 2023, using the tow service. This is the only place in the last decade I have ever taken my car for emissions. It's really easy in the afternoon without an appointment. Their tow service is top-notch, also. #rotator

I brought my car here for Emissions test - and they were excellent!! Very personable at the front desk and I appreciated that Steve took the moment to check to see whether my car was ready for the test (because I recently did work on my car. I definitely hadn't driven it 300 miles yet like Firestone said)I had no idea that if the codes don't cycle all the way through, you don't pass emissions test even if the car is totally fine. Very happy I found this group and will go here from here on for all my mechanical work.

I have been looking for a reputable shop to bring my Mini Cooper. Friend recommended this shop. Hands down best experience ever!! Staff was professional and service was exceptional. Incredibly happy and appreciative. Wont bring my car anywhere else.

I won't use anyone else again. Since moving to town, my wife and I have brought our cars here a half dozen times. Hands down, the best service center in the area. Honest, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable, these guys are top notch. Highly recommended.

This place is the best. They've done several minor repairs on my 17 year old Civic over the past few years. Every time I've been amazed at the honest diagnostics, very friendly and fast service, and fantastic prices. This last visit I thought it was going to be the end of the road for my car with the noise it was making, but it turned out to be a super easy fix, with no charge! I wholeheartedly trust and recommend Robert's to everyone!

I think Jose is the best hard working tow truck driver they have! He goes out of his way for people! He deserves a raise! He helped me in a time of need and I m thankful for that. I m glad there s still good people left in the world . You need a tow ! Jose is your guy!

Very clean, very fast, very friendly.I can only speak about getting my emissions testing done here, but like I said, my experience there was a good one.It's just a nice atmosphere that gives off a clean, friendly and organized vibe.I certainly will go back there in the future.
