I drive 45 minutes just to get my oil changes here. Yes, they may not be as quick as their name, however, their work is exceptional. I have been coming here for 3 years now and they always treat me with respect and courtesy. In all honesty, I rather they take a little extra time changing my oil, rather than making it quick and not to my expectations. Today I needed new tires. I had priced my tires at Costco first and got a decent price. Brandon and Raul told me that they could not match Costco or Walmart. However, they spent about 30 minutes searching for a place with a better price on the tires that they could match. They went beyond my expectations and they found an excellent price. I ve been to many quick lanes in the past, but nothing compares to the excellent customer service I received here. I highly recommend this place, you won t be disappointed.

Went in for an oil change. Friendly staff and efficient. Recommended air and cabin filter replacement which was doneI leave the place and get home to find my muffler has piece that is broken and the loud sound is really loud. Called them they swear it has nothing to do with them. There was no issue when I dropped the car and I am not believing the coincidence. Now paying big $$ to get this fixed as car is undriveableNeedle are to say won t be returning everServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

They got my vehicle right in and did an oil change, tire rotation, tire balance, rear brakes and an air filter replacement. They called and advised that the rear brakes should be done along with the air filter and I only wanted the rear brakes done at the time. They ended up doing the brakes and then added the air filter in for free. Great service.

I called ahead and was told they do not take appointments, but just an oil change would be quick. i arrive 1 1/2 hrs later, to be told for a simple oil change , the wait to even bring it in would be 1 1/2hrs, not bad enough, but the clerk actually giggled at the words as he said them..I drove up the road to valvoline, paid a little more, but was in and out in 25 minutes.I have tried to be loyal to Stevens ford, but this is the second time I have left upset, and was glad i did,. I wish i had so much business as to giggle at a customer.I bought my car there, new fusion titanium, and have been back many times for service, but I will be finding a new dealer.

Quick Lane.. aka the SLOW Lane. Takes them an hour for an oil change. Also I was there the other day to receive a new TPMS sensor on my 2016 Fusion. I thought it was on a side where a tire was flat. Do I know anything about tires? No?! So of course they do the work on that tire and the sensor they replaced wasn't the broken one! What car guy takes advice from a customer. They already work at 2 mph so why not check all the tires first.The new guy are Rob at the counter was saying I was giving attitude and hung up on me when I told him after driving 20 miles the sensor wasn't fixed.Yesterday was my last free oil change and also my last time ever taking my car to the "quick" lane.

For small, quick repairs. Part of Ford dealership but they worked on my GMC truck. Did a great job, very forthright and honest. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

This is the second time I had issues with this facility, a year or so back a technician left the oil cap off my engine and it spray oil everywhere inside the engine bay for an hour of driving before I noticed They power washed the inside and apologized and didn't offer any other compensation. This time when getting an oil change I received the car back with oil hand prints ALL OVER the hood, the dash, the center console and the steering wheel. Also, a technician either pulled my truck up too close to his tool box, dropped a wrench or did something else to ding and chip paint off my hood. To top it off I was met with a sarcastic attitude and even at times laughed at and left in the dark when trying to rectify this issue by Raul and his manager Anthony. I had asked for a manager to answer some questions that the reception desk guy Raul could not and the answer I got was "I'm too busy call me on Friday" in a very sarcastic tone, mind you this was at the end of the day Monday after Quicklane had my truck for almost the full day and had yet to look at it!I will not be returning to this place for ANY service on my vehicle. and I will not be recommending it to anyone I know.

This place is actually quick and easy and amazing for the price. You would think because they are connected to the dealer you would pay an arm and a leg but you really don't for what you get. Depending on the time you go you can get in and out in no time or you can actually be there for some time.

They are slow beyond understanding. If your in a rush or have plans, go to jiffy lube for an oil change.

Customer service is terrible. Over priced and they try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Would not recommend.
