When buying a used car I decided to go to a professional car dealer. I chose Napoli Nissan Pontiac in Milford. They ticked all the boxes. Yes, I probably could have found this particular car cheaper somewhere else, but I was very pleased with the professional help I received from their salesperson Mr Ricky Mills. Mr. Mills is professional and was truly competent and an all-around nice guy. The peace of mind is worth it. My experience there was excellent and I recommend buying a car new or used from Napoli Nissan.

I ve been bringing my Nissan Maxima here for three years, ever since moving to the area. Literally, I will not ever go anywhere else for service, whether I continue to own a Nissan or not. Jose and Omar in the Service Department have earned both my trust as well as my gratitude with their patience, helpfulness, and honesty. They have never made me feel anything but informed and I am always at ease knowing that the entire team at Napoli, including the crew doing the actual work on my vehicle, sincerely does take pride in the work that they do. I must say, it is apparent and pleasant to observe the obvious teamwork and sense of camaraderie shared in the Nissan Napoli Service Department. Many many thanks for always taking care of me guys!

Customer service always good rick car sales man is cool . slight disappointment with the finance people, but it is what it is.Came in yesturday December 6 Josh took care of me explained my recall for my keys, very nice polite and clear with everything. Didn't pressure me to get anything extra and just told me what I need to get in near future.

We recently purchased our vehicle from Napoli. We bought it in January and ended up finding out several months later that the a/c didn t work. Napoli took care of the issue for which we are very grateful. Jonathan was a pleasure to work with; he was very communicative and kind.

I wasn't expecting much due to the prior experience with dealership service departments trying to rip people off. I was very hesitant to even make the appointment, but I wanted expertise in the issue I was having with my Murano convertible top. Staff was very attentive and displayed knowledge with the issue which made me comfortable. Omar went the extra mile to explain in detail the issues and how they were resolved. He even waited for me to get out of work. I will continue to use Napoli for my Nissan needs.

I have tremendous experience at this dealership as always great service, Also I was getting great experience with Josh from service auto department he was amazing he was able to help me a lot with my issues on the car he had so much knowledge all the time providing me with the details and people there fix my car the way I expected. I couldn t be more happy with the experience at that location. Thank you Josh for being there an gave me so much satisfaction for helping me out to get the service I deserve and thank you Nissan of Milford

Aryan did a good job handling our latest service, taking care of tires, a reprogramming, and misc other items. The service tech sent a video describing what he saw and his recommendations. And he did a nice job on the tasks.

I had a great experience at Napoli Nissan. After recently buying a car at a different dealer, I brought the car in for a routine oil change as it was a closer dealer to my house. As soon as the car was brought back, I was alerted to an oil spill in my engine that had to be immediately fixed and cleaned up. Napoli explained the process, got me in a loaner, fixed the part in less than 2 days, and then cleaned the engine up. Aryan my advisor kept me informed the entire time and everyone who works there was pleasant and eager to help. I look forward to my future service appointments with this dealer.

The customer service is top notch. As a women going to a dealership on her own, the treated me great and did not try to take advantage of me (as far as repairs). Omar even waited for me to get off work to explain some of his concerns with me. I recommend you go there to get your car serviced.

Michael was top notch. Friendly and very knowledgeable about the Nissan products. He was very patient with me, not knowing whether I wanted to lease or buy and whether I wanted a 2023 or a 2024. He took the time to go through everything about the vehicle including upgrades over my previous vehicle.

I recently purchased a new vehicle at Napoli Nissan. Our salesman, Jose, was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and addressed all of our concerns with the Vehicle. Unlike many other salesmen at other dealerships, Jose was very patient and not pushy at all. Frank, the finance manager, was excellent too. The whole process of purchasing a new car was very quick and painless. I highly recommend Jose to anyone who is looking to purchase a car!

I recently moved up from FL and needed a pick up as soon as possible. Gus, the salesman was excellent! He recommended a used truck that ended up being perfect for me and my dogs. The finance guy was great and the GM/Manager was very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to and eventually buy a vehicle from. I will definitely go back for my next purchase.

I had my car serviced here at Napoli Nissan and I always deal with Luis the service advisor he is sooooo helpful and knowledgeable and is genuinely nice. I very dislike coming due to the rudeness of the surrounding staff members but Luis is always quick to greet me and gets the work done in a timely manner. Everything with the car came out great.

Dropped my car off for diagnostic and was recommended $1900 repair for parts that were recommended to be replaced. When I asked for a formal quote/ estimate I was told they can t provide a formal one because they haven t upgraded their system. But the rep can provide a quote on a word document and send it to me. Totally unprofessional and just didn t sit right with me.

Ricky Miller was our salesperson, and he could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and understanding when our son laid down the ground rules for our car shopping experience - we are going to every dealer, needing the best price the dealership can offer, which we will compare to other dealerships, blah, blah, blah. Ricky did not flinch for a heartbeat, gave us what we asked for, and negotiated fairly and advantageously for us. So we took Nissan's deal.

Service went well . I was pretty much in and out as planned . I was greeted immediately which was nice . My only con was though my car was sprayed down with water it wasn t really washed I ended up having to hand wipe the dirt off my door in the parking lot .

Service was easy. The crew greeted me when I got into the service area and made sure someone was taking care of me within 60 seconds of arriving. They made sure I got a ride to and from work while my care was being serviced. They updated me promptly on the inspection findings and it was a hassle free experience.

The Napoli Nissan Service Center is always courteous and professional. They take the time to explain things and always explain pricing before preceding. Omar always takes care of me! I m very happy at Napoli Nissan service center!

The service manager, Paul, was a great help! We recently bought a car in October 2023 and the back bumper was coming off which I thought they fixed. I went around and around with the service manager before Paul and could NEVER get a hold of him. Once i scheduled an appt for my oil change I was able to talk to Paul in person and explained that the bumper was supposed to be fixed when we bought the car and it keeps getting worse. Paul got the bumper fixed while the car was there for an oil change at no cost.Great job by Paul and the service dept.THANKS!

We purchased our 2020 Nissan Rogue in late December from Napoli Nissan in Milford. They gave us exactly what we were looking for and more. Our first oil change went quickly and they included a detailed cleaning which we couldn t get when we first got the car, great service I am more than happy with choosing Napoli.

This was a recall the affected a major part of the exhaust system. I ve had this rattle and exhaust leak for several years and it was pretty bothersome. However, I looked up the recall and it was issued in 2013. Why did it take 10 years to contact me??Also communication could ve been better; it took about 36 hours to repair and my calls weren t returned. That all said I m happy this got fixed

Omar is an outstanding service rep! He is knowledgeable, patient, listens well and cares deeply about taking care of his customer's needs. Although the situation that I was dealing with was stressful and complicated, Omar took the time to work with Nissan towards a mutually acceptable solution. He is truly an asset to Napoli and Nissan!I would also like to commend the service manager for the outstanding experience. I forgot the gentleman's name, but when I arrived to pick up my car, he noticed all his reps were busy and, rather than make me wait for the next person available, he immediately jumped in, took care of me himself and got me on my way in no time. I can see that the focus on customer satisfaction at Napoli starts right at the top!

I had a great experience in the service the dept at Napoli Nissan. Josh, Junior and the rest of the service guys were great. I had a flat tire under warranty and they took me right in without an appointment. I appreciate the great care I ve received here over the years. I would definitely recommend Napoli Nissan to my friends and family.
