We just picked up our car from Milford Collison and couldn't be more satisfied! This was a hit and run, and our insurance covered the work with a nominal deductible, but Tom and John and Anthony made this an easy turnkey operation. Their workmanship was incredible, and they completely detailed the car better than my car wash! I highly recommend them and would give them more stars if Google allowed me!

This place is phenomenal, I've been dealing with cars for 64 years and no one does the quality of work that this place does. The front office is amazing, treats you like family. I recommend everyone I know to come here.

My car was totaled in an accident and brought to Milford Collision by the state police. Throughout the whole thing Jonathan was SO kind and helpful. Even though my car was beyond repair he helped me navigate the whole process - they even helped load my car onto the tow dolly when we picked it up. Thank you for making this difficult situation a bit easier!

I had a very good experience. I needed an auto body shop and read the reviews and decided to check the Center out. It was very clean and Chris is very friendly and helpful. I decided I would have them do the Auto body repair to my car. It was a repair job not a replace parts job. The car was done sooner than what had been estimated. The car looked like a new one. The repair is so good you wouldn't know there had been any damage done to it. The inside had even been cleaned and it was like having a new car. I would not hesitate to go back if I ever need to have my car need auto body work.

I brought my car here. They were very friendly but had my car for 2 weeks. Mostly waiting on insurance to do an estimate. Aside from damage from accident, there were other repairs that needed to be done.I dealt with one person who didn t seem to listen and i didn t want to deal with him. He didn t seem to understand what i first discussed with the 2 first people. Other repairs were not done. I had to bring car back once again.Now I am waiting to see if these additional missed issues are addressed. I just wanted my car back. I just hope these issues are fixed and not keep my car another week.My insurance paid out more money than I expected on top of the extra I paid out of pocket.Were they trying to make a quick buck knowing my car was expensive to fix? If my car isn t returned to me fixed the proper way, I won t recommend this shop to anyone else. I am extremely upset.

I m a little late writing a review but I only just found out how terrible this place actually is at fixing cars! About a year ago I had gotten into an accident. My father and I weren t sure where to tow the car to and the firefighter recommended Milford collision. After going there and speaking to who I believe was the owner, we thought everything was going to go pretty quickly and smoothly. WRONG! After the insurance adjuster priced out the damage they were supposed to get started on my car. Needless to say, they didn t. We live nearby and would drive by everyday and see my car untouched. We would call and they would give us the run around. They knew I was pregnant and due soon and would need my car but they didn t seem to care. My insurance only covered 30 days of a rental and at that point my car was still untouched. We found out that supposedly they didn t realized what model my car was and ordered to wrong parts and needed to order the parts again to get the right ones. Let s fast forward to 2 months after I had my child, 3 months after leaving my car with them and I finally get my car back. Thinking it looks great I drive off. Now let s fast forward to about a week ago when I took my car to another auto body shop to see if they could fix and scratch. Turns out the parts put on my car we re not only used and beat up parts but they weren t even put on correctly! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

The owner took the time and cost to help out a veteran to buff out my truck when someone decided to accidentally scratch my brand new trail boss. Every other place was going to charge for a small job. I highly recommend this place if you are in Milford.Very Respectful,A happy vet

Great service. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Most importantly I had very serious damage done to my brand new car that was 12 days old. The axle was bent the suspension was jammed and although I had gap insurance the insurance company wouldn't total it because it was 2016 in the car was a 2017 these guys fixed that car perfectly I have had not one issue with that car, As well they accommodated me with helping me get my rent a car. I wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else.

Great place to get your car fixed. Staff is courteous and they even got me in a rental car. Took care of my car after an accident and kept me updated with the whole process. Told me it would take about two weeks, and got it done in 10 days. Would even call me before my adjuster did.

If you are looking for a Collison and/or a vehicle repair shop. Look no further, this is the one. John and his team were professional and very knowledgeable. My vehicle was damaged, due to someone hitting it. Not only did they fix my body damage to its original state. They went way out of there way to repair the mechanical issues too. I can t thank this shop enough. My car looks and runs fantastic. Milford Collision is the worst garage I ve had to work with. They promised to reimburse me the car rental fees I had to pay since they took extra long to repair my car (2 months!!) and 4 months later I m still waiting for that check.I call every week and they tell me lies, put me on hold for 5 minutes at a time, tell me to call back later, etc. always an excuse for 4 months!!My car was with them for 2 months and every few days I d call and they d still not have submitted a request for supplement from insurance.Total nightmare, save your time and stay away.

Horrible garage!! Had the car in their shop for over 3 months. Offered to have the vehicle transported to NC for a fee of course. Once the fee was agreed upon and it was time to transport the vehicle they suddenly lost both of their flatbeds. How convenient!! Had to scramble to get another delivery service set up. If you enjoy wasting your time please go ahead and let them work on your vehicle.

Highly recommend. Without going into too many incriminating details of my less than stellar driving, I showed up with several deep scratches on a vehicle that didn t belong to me a few hours before I was set to leave said vehicle for owner and fly back to my home state. MCC saved the day. Despite it being the weekend, and the car being a metallic pearl (requires several coats) they repaired and repainted the damaged piece and had me on my way before they closed and without missing my flight. I m eternally grateful for the good work, with no notice, at a fair price.

DO NOT trust this place. my tail light was broken and back bumper was scraped when my car was returned from getting front end suspension work done which they did a terrible job,something so simple. they lied about the incident of my car getting hit and a busted tail light while in there possession. they delete all the ad reviews this place is definitely not a 5 star DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY the owner is a liar and likes to scam people. WARNING this awful place doesnt even deserve a one star.

I reviewed this shop on Yelp and gave them the star they deserved they have done work for 2 separate vehicles almost $10,000. I was happy with the workers in the shop and the Shop Foreman, the Administrative Specialist she s cool, the Insurance Specialist I had a good relationship with until.... Funny as can be the Chief of Operations very accommodating, friendly helpful in command very nice guy. Not a dull moment fun place every timeI visited well that all changed when my daughter went to get her car after they had worked on it.She a college student working and going to school and maintaining her car so after she went back to get her car which was paid in FULL They way they treated her especially the Insurance Specialist like she got work done for free she was spoken to by him rudely he ignored her as she sat there asked her if someone else worked on her car apparently after realizing it and to have the audacity to tell her don t ever come back there for work to be done. How dear you she asked me not to say anything to let it go but after he bad-mouthed her with that nasty karma her car situation hasn t been the same she started having nothing but ISSUES. I would not a customer who had done business with you more than once paid you in FULL in that manner I believe in reviewing good or bad so they went from a 5 stars in my book to 2 star. Customer Service is big for me with any place and the Insurance Specialist Attitude causes this review for your business. If you don t know you would think he s actually the Owner by his attitude but Not the Owner is very nice.

I took my 2015 srubau legacy to get fixed Under the hood and body work because of a accident and I just want to say how AMAZING everyone was at Milford Auto body and collision was to me and my car came out beautiful and rides like brand new when I got it!!!!! They are the best and the work proves it!

Wanted to shoutout and thank Milford Collision Center and Anthony's Hightech Auto Center for fixing our semi truck and getting us rolling again and looking out for us! Emilio, Anthony and their whole crews were AMAZING! If any of our driving friends are ever in this area and need repairs or bodywork, check them out!! They are right around the corner from Pilot Truck Stop on I-95 at exit 40 in Connecticut. They can fix ANYTHING!! Our truck looks better than when we bought it! Thanks you guys for going the extra mile and for being so great!!

Super sleazy and dishonest. We considered getting our car repaired there after it was towed there after an accident.But first, they started using some high-pressure tactics to keep the car there, when they heard it was likely the car was going to get towed to another location. The car did not get towed-away quickly after all, and while we were slightly concerned about their behavior, we still considered maybe having the repair there.After we caught them lying to our insurance company about paperwork, we decided we'd use a repair place we knew and trusted (that was kind of far away). So Milford Collision started lying more, to pump up the charges to our insurance company.Completely dishonest. Do not ever work with them.

Extremely poor communication. They say they'll do something and then not do it. That happened multiple times. They'll string you along. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT allow these people to touch your vehicle. I was rear ended and had to be towed off the highway- when I asked to have my car brought to a location the next town over the tow truck driver made a big deal of it and said how expensive it would be to have it towed there vs the shop he worked for... I get it, he didn t want to lose the business. However the big issue came the next day, when I called to tell them to release the car to another collision center that would be repairing it for me. On the phone they kept jerking me around and putting me on hold for absolutely no reason- eventually the guy said- we also own that shop- insinuating they were owned by the same person and there was no difference... I insisted it be released and he eventually agreed... fast forward two hours to when my company shows up... Now Milford Collision is REFUSING to release my car to J&M auto (especially odd since he said they re the same company, right?). After I had spoken with them and given my authorization to do so. When I called back to see what the issue was LITERALLY the best answer he had was- he had no answer. The owner of the shop told him not to release it and gave no reason, and get this- COULDN T BE REACHED BECAUSE HE WAS IN COURT... I wonder why... It was only after I threatened to involve the police did their tune change and suddenly the owner gave the okay to release it. Unbelievable. I should have gone with my gut in the first place. Their tactics are insane and arguably even legal. Why would you trust a business to fix a valuable asset with practices like this? You can t just hold peoples property hostage and give no reason for doing so. The best way I can describe this experience is low- just low. Everything about them is low. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere reputable.

Had to stop here on the fly on my way into work as I saw my skid plate was hanging by a thread underneath my car. They took me in immediately (with a smile!) and fixed my skid plate in 10 minutes. Beyond nice and accommodating. Thank you, MCC!
