I have to say that they re the best. Thank you Dan for giving me the best discount every time! I ve been going since 2021 with my Santa Fe and every time that I ve had to get more than an oil change on my car, the service has been outstanding and they re extremely caring about safety!

Most Awful experience ever.!!Lies , lies and more lies.!!A broken drive shaft I was quoted 950.00 dollars.!!A little research I found it for 400.00 dollars.Also told me I needed both front and back brake pads and rotors which also was a lie. By the time I was leaving their Milford store I had a bill of sale of 2,500 hundred dollars.!! At this time I was ready to look for another vehicle . After finding an honest mechanic I had my truck fixed for 800.00 hundred dollars. Math was never my major but this my friends was 3 times less than what they quoted me. This is price gouging!!!!! Don t come here they are liars.

Was having issues with my breaks, they diagnosed it quickly and gave me a fair price to have them replaced. They also did a break fluid exchange for free. Breaks now feel like they did when I first bought the car. Definitely would recommend and would go back

They took truck right in. Fixed it fast and did an amazing job. Only complaint I have is their customer service skills are meh. Maybe it s me, in my business I strive for customer service excellence and demand it of my employees. Their work though is excellent maybe Company should have a front person at each location to deal w customers. Just a suggestion. If you want good work and reliable this place is amazing. This is 2nd exhaust system they have done for me. (2 separate trucks) Both fast and perfect work!

I was planning on heading in to get an oil change and tire rotation before the holidays. I went there to get a quote to see exactly what it would cost. As I was there I witnessed an altercation between a custom and an employee that was completely unacceptable as well as almost in believable in my opinion. The customer calmly told the employee that the tires they wanted rotated were not rotated. The employee strongly insisted that the tires were rotated. After the customer waiting and wanting the employee to simply tell the truth he then told the employee that he marked the tires to make sure they were rotated. I even witnessed the customer walk the employee out and showed him the marks. It was amazing. But still the employee insisted that he actually saw his worker change them. When they weren t looking I went and saw the said marks on the tires. After a long debate between the two the customer said he didn t feel he would be coming back ever again. This employee was rude, nasty, unreasonable and flat out horrible at his job. Anybody in customer service knows the customer is always right. And in this case the customer was 100% right. I have read a few of these review and it seem my thoughts are the same as many others. Something needs to get done. The management at that establishment clearly can t control there work force. Meineke as a company should clean house and bring in some people who know how to deal with customers. To make a long story short .. I will not be giving them my business. Being part of the largest teamsters union here in CT I will most definitely be letting my brothers and sister know not to go there either.

Typical scandalous chain shop. A close family friend of mine went in for an oil change today and was told she had no back brakes left and was quoted an exorbitant amount to install rear pads and rotors on her Mazda. Thankfully she declined and the brakes were checked by a family member and were found to have over 50% of the brake lining left on the pads. Also, she was told that synthetic oil changes are to be done every 3,000 miles. Well, those of us in the field know that 3,000 mile oil changes are a thing of the past with modern synthetic oils. They simply want to make money off of people who are understandingly naive about cars. Dishonest and downright sick business practices that are unfortunately all too common at these chain shops.

Always wonderful service. The staff is always sure to show me physically what is wrong with my car vs just telling me I need this and that. Never long waits for appointment. Love it here!

I scheduled online but when I arrived there I was told I need to wait about 2 hours to have the oil change.And it is not cheap.I am not sure I will go there again for my next oil change.The people working there are professional and nice.

I ve always taken my cars over to Meineke in Milford, CT. Easy drop off, and things get done in a timely manner. I ve never had to take any of my cars back for rework. Happy Holidays guys!!

I brought the car in for squeaky brakes. After they repaired for $250, i still had the same squeaking but they said they couldn't hear it. And they sold me on shock absorbers but i still felt the same vibrations. Do not trust this business!

Terrible!! Meineke will rob people of there money!! The estimates for parts are so far off from what they actually cost! For instant, the lower control arm for my car, they estimated $959. Actual price, $69!!! Where the hell do they get off ridiculously overpriced car parts?? It's not right!!! Please don't get anything done at Meineke! Just for looking at my car they charged me $159!! Sickening!!

Been going here for a decade, always happy with the work, the service, the timeliness, I drove my car into 3+ feet of water 6 or so years ago, flooded everything, they saved my engine and still drive the same car to this day.

ReviewTotal thieves bordering on criminal behavior at this location!! Especially rude when asked to recheck their incorrect work. My 80 year old father paid $276 for an AC service, which, according to their paperwork comes with a system leak check before recharging. They only tested the system when we came back inquiring why the AC was blowing warm again.The manager in the parking lot told us "that s what happens". They then checked the system reporting it needed a line which was hard to get to and required the bumper and radiator to be removed and the cost would be $850 down from $1,000 because they wouldn t charge again for the cooling gas.As someone with shop experience I found the part online for $47, I installed it without removing a thing. When I show up for them to refill the system, before even looking at the truck, I was told I replaced the wrong part (incorrect) and that if I was so good I could fill it myself. So I did for $50. They also missed the fact that the fan only worked on high because of a burnt out resistor. All facts in this case lead to these employees taking money from the elderly without doing even the bare minimum of work. Save your money and drive past.

Came to this Meineke location back on July 21st, 2021 for AC service on my 2006 BMW 330i E90. I truly wish I had never come in the first place. I paid $201.91 for them to deep evacuate and recharge my AC system, and to their credit, the AC did blow cold (for about 2 weeks - my car was discovered to have an AC leak, and that's not their fault). However, these guys paid no mind at all to my hood catch being old, and they jammed my hood shut. Attempting to open it from the release handle snapped the release cables, and trying to open it any other way was almost impossible on my own. I was forced to spend an additional $126.12 on parts to replace the now-damaged hood catch and release cables, plus another $140 in labor charges to my mechanic to get the hood open. My mechanic said he had never seen such a thing happen before. The experience left a very bad impression, and I have recommended to all my friends and family not to come here as a result. In the end, if your AC is blowing hot, I'd recommend doing the job yourself - a can of AC Avalanche from AutoZone is only around $35 and takes 15 minutes. Save yourself the trouble and the money these guys will charge you.Service: A/C installation & repair

I went in for an oil change. Pricing is great!Dan the manager was very friendly, professional and courteous. He took the time to explain to me that if I did a small repair on my muffler it would save me money down the road. He also said it could wait a few weeks and to let him know. When getting service done at this location I was impressed by the cleanliness of the sitting area and bathroom while waiting for services. Dan, assisted me over the phone prior to arriving to discuss pricing and immediately informed me of any delays if the parts for my car were not in stock. He was professional over the phone and personable upon my arrival. He remembered our discussion for parts and was able to assist me immediately, allowing for the service to be done quickly and effectively. He notified me of concerns regarding an expensive part and was able to provide me appropriate recommendations. I will be returning to this location because the communication with customers was polite, friendly, honest, and effective. As someone who has a basic understanding of mechanics, it is hard to find a shop that is honest. I will be coming back because I also felt the environment was safe for women. Very often I feel uncomfortable in mechanic shops, however, I did not feel that today! Decent place. Most of the charges for the brake job were justified with a normal markup. Brake pads seemed to be at least a 200% markup so FYI.One note: do not use the online booking system! Call or go there in person.Services: Brakes, Oil change
